[Resolved]  BSNL — Landline out of order

Since 1 week my land Line (No.[protected] not working, Complaint given many time No use, please ac fast to rectify the problems

My BSNL landline with telephone number[protected] is not working past more than a month. There is no dial tone nor the instrument rings when calling. I have already registered the complaint earlier (more than 3 times), pervious docket num was 117 which was not attended. Registered a complaint once again (today 19th Aug 08), the docket number is 132.
I would request the BSNL people to kindly attend this problem at the earliest.

BSNL — PHONE IS OUT OF ORDER PAST 2 WEEKS

MY NO IS[protected].I'M RESIDING IN URAPAKKAM.FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS I'M CALLING EXCHANGE, I HAVE REGISTERED IN 198, NET...BUT NO USE.NOBODY IS RESPONDING.I GOT THE CONNECTION THREE WEEKS BACK.PHONE WORKED ONLY FOR ONE WEEK.WE ARE FORCED TO GET PRIVATE CONNECTIONS BECAUSE OF THEIR RECKLESS ACTIVITY.

I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authorities that my land line no.[protected] is not working for quite a long time and despite several complaints, it has not been rectified till date.
Will you please intervene and get the problem sorted out?

I have already registered the complaint earlier (more than 5 times), pervious docket num was 23. which was not attended. Registered a complaint once again ( 18th JUNE 11), the docket number is 21.
I would request the BSNL people to kindly attend this problem at the earliest.

LANDLINE PHONE CONNECTION GIVEN 15 DAYS BEFORE BY BSNL. BUT WENT OUT OF ORDER THIRD DAY. DESPITE REPEATED REGISTRATION OF COMPLAINT, NO ACTION IS BEING TAKEN BY BSNL. LAND LINE NO.[protected].

my landline no:[protected] is out of order for three months.our bharathepuram exchange is not responding our compliant.we have noticed them five times this month but they are not responding .so please kindly resond to my compliant very soon.
