mai date : 17.12.2011 do BSNL 2g plan ke ander 555 rupye se recharge karbaya tha! jismai 15 gb data milna chahia tha ! nahi meela. kya kru?...

i m a user of BSNL EVDO from last 6 months. but at the time of last recharge, BSNL CSC person made a mistake at time of recharge. i pay him for 44o recharge, in thias i will get 15 days unlimited. but he made a top-up instead of recharge. so i get some 400 rs which will deducted from my account at mb usage. this will be zero in 2 hours. next day went to BSNL office for clarification of the problem. but they will waste my time(approx. 1 month)....

My Telephone[protected]Kerala, Alappuzha SSA, Mavelikara- Chennithala) becomes fault once in every 10 to 15 days and not properly repaired. At present dead from 15-12-11. No responde to my complaints.
After each complaint I have to contact higher officials. Each complaints are attended after 5-10 days. Again becomes falult within 7 or 10 days.

I wish to bring your kind notice that a Mahamagic 4 ( ACT 4 ) plan was activated for my BSNL prepaid mobile no [protected] on 16-12-11. Accordingly, charges of Rs 4.00 per day are being deducted from my balance since 16-12-11 and hence I should have been charged one paisa/minute for BSNL network (out going charges). But it is observed that I had been charged one paisa/second for BSNL mob no [protected] ( a Kisan card ) on 19-12-11...

I had a land line connection no. [protected]. i have since been transferred (incidentally, i also work with a psu). I had cancelled this phone connection and had paid the final bill, details are as follows:

receipt no. pdy[protected] dated 20.06.2011 for Rs. 1047/= along with surrender of the instrument, and
receipt no. pdy[protected] dated 20.06.2011 for Rs. 1168/=

both payments were for...

and most important thing is that OUTGOING CALLS AS WELL AS MESSAGE NOT SENDING.........

This is the regard of landline phone connection, which is apply more then one year now, at address mention blow, the officer at yerwada exchange Mr jatar is not at all co-operating nor even tell any fix date,

I bought a Universal ITC Calling Card of Rs. 300 + Tax.

I can't able to make calls using the procedure they given in website. I get those information from http://www.bsnl.co.in/service/uitc.htm. But its not work out for me and tried many times in my BSNL land line number.

Guys...Don't buy ITC cards any more. They are fraudulent.Will i get the amount back (refund)? I am also one of the victim of this....

I Had BSNL Broadband plan of 250. Then I changed the plan to 500 [Unlimited].
In the previous plan I got speed of 256 KB/sec as the plan said. But my new plan gave me a speed of max 70 KB/sec till my usage reached 5 or 6 GB and after that the speed reduced to 32 KB/sec. Why it's so? Does the plan gives only this speed? But others who have this plan gets 256 KB/sec.

Hello Sir,
My name is Gourab Bhattacharjee. I've taken a new BSNL sim one week back(number [protected]). I've submitted all necessary documents and it was also activated. I've recharged with FRC 48 and RC55. I'm able to receive incoming call and sms bt unable to call and sms to any number. It is showing sms barred. Also outgoing calls are barred. Even i'm unable call customer care from my number also.
