bsnl indiagames on demand — cancellation of bsnl india games on demand

bsnl has offered bsnl india games on demand on trial basis for the month of Oct 2010 on[protected]. I have asked for withdrawal of the facility during october 2010 w..e.f[protected]. But for the month of nove 2010 Rs. 200/- as charged .
The facility is not withdraw. till date. There is no respons from call centre and on toll free no. [protected].
Hence it is requested to disconnect the faciliuty immediately and may be informed over[protected] .

We are not interested in bsnl games.Since last month it was free but this month onwards we don't want to waste Rs. 200. I can't able to cancel my account through online.
I forget my User name and password. The Toll-free no is always busy. So kindly cancel my bsnl games account.

I am also one among them where i called the customer care two months back and told to deactivate the india games but they have done in the system due to their blunder i payed two month subscription of 400 Rs which is not at all fair.The BSNL needs to take some action on this otherwise at the end of the day they will lose the valuable customers.
