[Resolved]  BSNL internet — Internet connection problem

I had a problem in BSNL brodband connection. it was not working more than one month. when i call customer care they are giving problem id. i have lot of problem id but no more use.i was dialled at 1500 BSNL customer care.

Could you please guide me where to log the compliant will be getting the resolution.

BSNL Broadband internet Telephone — Telephone No.25565673 is not working

Telephone No.25565673 is not working for the last four days.I ahve already booked complaint with Docket No 178. Mycomplaint has not been atended.I have been put to undue harrasment because of this.

INTERNET CONNECTION BSNL — internet connection not working

Our interenet connection vide tel. no.[protected] is not working last one months and we have made several complaints at the regional office but they are least bothered about issue.

We therefore would request you to please look into our case and give us justice.

BSNL internet — Internet Connectivity Problem

The internet connectivity of BSNL is very Bad

SIR There is my new connection of bsnl sim this is 2g sim my no. [protected] is purchased from saharanpur exchange i have recharge with 274 per month from internet & there is a problem is that connecting & server is very & very most problem in this area saharanpur so pls solve the problem my contact no. [protected].
cant open internet usage account
I am trying to open internet usage account for the past 3 days...

It is coming as "PLEASE CONECTION ERROR"...

Please help me to solve this problem...

BSNL Internet Connection — internet connection is not working

The Broadband connection is not working from 4th december, 2010 onwards.
My connecion number is[protected]
Follow these steps:

1. Turn on your modem, open any browser, type in the browser http://192.168.1.1
2. It will prompt you for username and password. put "admin" (without the quotes) in both field.
3. Go to Advanced Setup. There will be 5 bridge connection and 1 PPPoE connection.
4. Edit PPPoE Connection.
5. Click next, next. Then you will see PPP User Name and Password.
6. Set the user id to the first user id with which the connection was taken. and its password as well.
7. Next and Save and reboot the modem.

The Internet is very slow,and at times doe not work at all.i have complained many times at the local office but nothing happens
