[Resolved]  BSNL — internet not working properly

my internet conection is not working properly for phone no [protected] for which the problem is arising .the connection is terminated freequently in between the sesssion ,i made complaints in the bsnl site([protected]@bsnl.in) but of no use .

nothin — Internet is not working properly for 12 days

Dear Sir/Mam,
I have made a complaint in MTNL but no one take any action regarding the complaint. I have lost many work due to this problem. If you can do something please resolve the problem otherwise i will take some legal action in consumer court regarding MTNL.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.

BSNL — internet not connecting

Sir,
My BSNL Broad band has been activated on[protected].Since then I am not getting Internet. For the first few days I could connect for 2 or 3 hours at night. Now I could not connect to internet at all. I already complained regarding this at BSNL office 4 times and at customer care same number of times, complaint number is 10165.they are not solving the problem despite of repeated complaints.
As my plan is un750+, I has to pay the total amount of 750/-at the end of the month irrespective of the usage. Sir please take the necessary action as soon as possible.

bsnl-internet — non functioning of internet

i have taken internet connection from bsnl mansarower jaipur 278 level exchange the internet is not functioning and always ramain under break down more over i have deposited plancharges in advance for one year (@750)but credit in monthly bill for plan charges is not given every time i have rush to bsnl office for correction which is very trouble some job being very far away from my residence and i am being a old person . can TRAI help in the matter . sir, I have been using your BROAD BAND net connection after I returned from USA and resumed my Ind. Consultancy Services to BULGARIA and some Industries inINDIA . I normally use your net From 5.0 AM in the morning and from 4.0PM in evening . Of late in early hours itsef the net connection not accessible and the error indicated is < SERVER CANNOT BE FOUND > invariably I make a Call to no[protected] and lodge compliant and after about half hour or so the net is restored. Similar is case in the evening. As i am required to interact with our represatives at BULGARIA and USA frequently to suit their timing this sort of inaccessibility is pained me . As I am using since long your Telephone connection at HYD. and previosly at RAJAHMUNDRY, I decided to go in for BSNL BROAD BAND only with aim of encouraging our NATIONAL NETWORK instead of going in for AIRTEL or RELIANSCE . In fact last since months I have been advocating people to go in for our NATIONAL NETWORK but some how I feel dioppionted regarding srevices ..If you feel or opine that presently services cannot be improved please feel free so that I can take decision to go for other NET provider as My consulrtancy work is total upset becuase of frequent outages .
I hope to get a few lines reply to my mail.

Sir,

I already complained regarding this at BSNL office 4 times and at customer care same number of times, ki.they are not solving the problem despite of repeated complaints.i have to pay the bill of 2199 witout any usage done now the service is very bad
As my plan is 500 plan homeI has to pay the total amount of at the end of the month irrespective of the usage. Sir please take the necessary action as soon as possible.

BSNL — Not connecting properly

Hi, iam Dinesh from Vijayawada, I availed BSNL Broadband Services. Initially, the linemen of BSNL had not connected the broadband connection to my landphone[protected], but, somehow, they managed and provided broadband service, but, gradually, I noticed that the BSNL service is not working properly and getting disconnected frequently. Due to said act, I also gave complaint to BSNL Customercare, registered the complaint and promised to set back my problem, but, it is very pity to say they even not attended the complaint for two days. Atlast, one of the executive visited and checked and come to a conclusion that the main reason for getting disconnected frequently is only due to wire, which was connected in parallel and he simply left without rectifying the problem. Again, on the next day, I gave a complaint to the BSNL broadband about the same one, but, it proved futile. Even the customercare service of BSNL is also not feeling responsible. I am working as Personal Assistant in A.P. Judiciary, while taking connection, they gave an offer that any Government Officer be provided 20% discount out of the rental, but, its funny to say that I am not getting any socalled discount of 20%. When they are meant to provide any service to public, they should be implemented correctly and properly with proper authenticity, if, they doesn't mean, they should not do like this. Being a Public Sector, they should not do like this. And, now also, I sent this mail from Netcafe, but, not from my home, this shows how this BSNL broadband services are concern to provide their services to the public at large.

sir i have complained about the non working of the internet of my phone no [protected] many times but of no results .the internet connection is terminated in between the session most frequently . the complaint has been rejistered under docket no l29 pb305672 on 29/12/12 at 18 pm . again under docket no l30pb304169 on 30/12/12 at 14pm every time they gave me new number but no body bother to solve the complaint . I am using this connection at phase 10 mohali . I have taken 8 gb data from bsnl and as 20 days have passed whout internet working properly so if they are not able to correct the internet then I should be given more time validity as my internet validity expires on 30/01/2013 so if the internet does not work properly then I should be given extra time . my alternate no is [protected]
Hello i m the user of bsnl internet on my cell phone but from last 10 days it is not working properly.Iade complaints but not yet rectifide.Hence requesting to please solve my problem.
