my phone no 2411195 is dead since last 3 days

Our telephone Nos.[protected] &[protected] are dead from today morning i.e.12.07.2008.

Please take necessary action at the earliest.

Telephone number[protected] has been dead since last 5 days. Complaint number 54117 has been registered on 28/07/08. repeated reminders have been given to your Customer Service Officers.
But we have not getting any favourable response from BSNL. Our telephone is still dead.

so, kindly do the needful immediately

I have submitted the bsnl form at your vaishali nagar branch on 12|09|07 with all the documents and Rs 500 for land line connection as i wanted broad band connection. but i have not received any proper answer yet. if possible, piease provide me a land line connection otherwise give me proper answer in written.

In Septembet made complaint several times and my telephone worked only for 10 days and I will have to pay full month rent, beside that lot of inconvinence caused to me for that I will have to go in LOK ADALAT.

All complaint no's already stored for giving reference.

Phone is totally dead and i am lodged complaints from 4 day to BSNL NIRMAN NAGAR . I am Disagree for the staff of nirman nagar who is did not take any responsibility about the consumers,

Instead of correction in the line they give suggestion to each other. They do not motive to do, have more politically

In a month 15 days Internet not run and meanwhile the phone line also dead even still not solved.
If somebody takes responsibility then let me know.

I have a BSNL Telephone & I Have A broad band a Conection( Rs 250 per month plan ) also.Which Phone No is[protected] . I have a problem with of this month of Bill. My Bill amount is Rs 2597.00 of this month(December-2008).It has a mistake of this bill. Cause in last few years it hasn't come more than Rs 1000.00(in a Month) after conection of broad band.And I saw this bill copy, it hasbeen showed that I have been used Total 2708 Mb & See Below Detail.

It has a realy mistake.

But I am very sure that I don't use havy internet I Can't used its more.

If You Have Detail of this uses MB. So PLZ send me details of this no[protected] uses.

I lodged my complain thrice of time against "Bill is not delivered to resident address on time" in Vaishali Nagar exchange but there was no response. my complain is still being lingered on from so many weeks. My number is[protected]

the service of bsnl landline is really poor . i am using two basic connections, broad band, and iptv. right now both telephones are dead . complaint has been made but it is of no use. they have changed the plan and charging extra for that.
