I have submitted the bsnl form at your sanganer branch on 10|09|12 with all the documents and Rs 500 for land line connection as i wanted broad band connection.but i have not received any proper answer yet. if possible, please provide me a land line connection otherwise give me proper answer in written.

Is there any one in BSNL Jaipur who is really concerned about the consumers. I am having a BB connection of 4 mbps speed but the speed is NEVER NEVER made available to consumers. I have made infinite number of complaints. After the complaint I get the message for its registration and in couple of days I get the message that the complaint has been resolved. BSNL has got a magic wand to solve the problems without doing any thing.

india worst servise of internet broadband why the continue that company they need to stop the servise why airtel take over bsnl braodband serices thats's why a proper servise need to be received plz take action ...

My phone Is Dead Since Last 31 Day(No.[protected]. Phone is totally dead and i am lodged complaints on 15/8/2014 No. [protected] also I reminded again & again call center No. 1500 (Complaint no. ), but no responce from bsnl.

My broad band number is[protected]Jaipur) I had applied for telephone disconnection three months ago, but the same has not been disconnected by bsnl, but telephone bill is issued since last three months. I have not used telephone or broad band since last three months. I have made request for disconnection many time last letter handed on[protected] at Vidhyadhar Nagar Telehone office. I shall not pay any bill. Please refund my security deposit.

On getting messages, pay your 12 month's bill one time and get 25% discount, I applied in Heera path BSNL office. My telephone number is[protected] and I get month's bill around 590/- with BB. I got. Jan, 2019 bill 8376/-. My bill has been inflated may be by 25% more. I have not calculated. Which BSNL office will help me, I don't know.
