[Resolved] BSNL — selfcare.bsnl.co.in not working

i have bsnl broadband 500 combo plan, recently bsnl changed its site bsnl.co.in to selfcare.bsnl.co.in for checking the usage.. n i have also registered to this site. bt unable to check usages for the past 3 or 4 months n it only shows current month usage.. n for the current month it shows usages after adding usage of past 3 or 4 months.. so, i m unable to identify current month usage... n becoz of that i m getting very high bills for the broadband without any reason.. i request u to plz resolve this problem as soon as possible..!!

Customer care people from BSNl always advising to get information on 1504. But in 1504 the music tone is going on after selecting option for a quite long (about 15 minutes). Sometimes, all BSNl Executives are very busy (I think the customers are idle) message. Ultimately, the call is getting disconnected. We, the customers don't want to disturb you people and no need to wait on 1504. Kindly rectify the selfcare.bsnl website.
