I have taken an EVDO card 18 months back from BSNL, for which i have paid 3650 on the same day of taking at, as officials at BSNL made it clear that we need to pay that amount at the time of taking the device itself. So i paid the amount in full.
After 1 month i have received the bill for the EVDO which has my EVDO data card price included in it.
I was surprised to see this as i already paid the EVDO amount during initially while taking the device only.
Even after frequent followup's with the BSNL officials also this issue was not resolved, but, they were giving me free advice to pay the amount and then apply for re- embrusement, which i did not agree with.
So i made it clear that i am not going to pay the amount unless the dispute is settled, but there was not response from BSNL, instead they terminated my services from 2nd month.
Then after from last 18 months they have been sending me the bills and harassing me, for the connection which is already disconnected.
Now the bill amount is around 17000/- which is pathetic as it has already crossed the credit limit even according to them and still they are sending me the bills.
Now i understand, how much corrupt are the BSNL officials with their leisurely behavior.
I request the BSNL to kindly resolve the issue.
