Dear Concerned Authorities/ Officers,

This is to inform you that my complaint has been ignored for the past 3 and half years.

I have been continually following up for the past 3 and a half years and till date there is absolutely no word or courtesy from your end to even check for a possible solution. While many of our society members have received their landlines transferred, I am yet to see any positive indications on my request.

Please consider this mail to be final request perhaps complaint for the delay in servicing requests. Failing satisfactory revert from your end, I would move this complaint further to higher authorities.

Dear Officer In charge,

I am still awaiting a positive confirmation on this. My 3 and half years old request is yet to be processed.

As per your earlier mail dated 10th November, 2009, our telephone connection was not transferred due to non co-operation of builder. I would like to bring to your notice that new lines have been installed in our society buildings now.

I humbly request you to honour this long pending request and do the needful at the earliest. As referred earlier, I always trusted BSNL services to be the best and I’m still waiting for this number to be transferred.

I believe that the needful procedures will soon be carried out properly.

Dear Officer,

Builder has handed over the responsibility to our Society which was formed more than a year back.

I had received a call from your office in this regards and they had requested me to ask our society members to contact your office.

I was given to understand by our society people that they were contacted for the work of laying telephone lines; however there were some disagreements on the way work was to be carried i.e. digging and re-organising of the same area.

Request you to re-initiate the talks with society members.

I had experienced best services from BSNL in the past and still wish for your services. Only this instance is being a hindrance for me to avail of your services.

Hope to have continued relation with you and appreciate your efforts to resolve this issue.

Dear N. Kumar Sir,

I am a customer of your reputed company since more than 5 yrs now, based in Kalyan.

I had given an application to transfer my Landline #[protected] in the year 2006, for which after many follow-ups there was no reply. With regular and disappointments each time, I had lost hope of getting this issue resolved.

Yesterday I got a notice for cancelation of my connection, stating this was my final notice to contact your office.

On investigating, I understood that your communications till date never reached me since the address updated at your end was incorrect.

It has been a very bitter experience interacting with your officials in Kalyan who never took any ownership and never showed any interest in having this matter resolved.

Request you to look into this matter on priority.

MOBILE OFFICE GPRS — Nonco-oprations

Dear sir, i want to bring ur kind notice that after recharge sum of the rupees 498.00 ( four hundred ninty eight ) for GPRS MOBILE OFFICE service yet not activated on my fon after seven days. On the date of 13.09.2008 when i maked contact with custmer care for information about nonactivation they told to wait for two hours they are going to activate the same in between this time. Sorry to say they forgot what they had said. After two hours i make contact again to C C and request them to do the same. But this time also they repeat the same words. Next day i maked contact again but result was the same. I am requesting them daily for activation of MOBILE OFFICE on my fon. But result was same as usual. Even today i called 198 for launch my complain regarding this matter. Sir i am surprised when the refused for launch the complain but assured me that my service will be activate in between two hours. I am again very sorry to say the result was the same as earliar. The third time today humbly request the representive for forward my call to senior. This time they forwarded my call to Miss savitry. She again assured me for activation in two hours. But you cant belive that this time also result was same. Sir i cant understand why the authority of this treating me like this. Is this yours promissable service providing system?

Now i want to humbly request you please if you could not provide me the service the please my money back to my prepaid a/c. I dont need this type of such service. I hope i am right time in right place where i will get the true judgement.

I have been strugling to get BSNL broadband since 31st march,and now its there I can't use it and no one is responding.

services Provider Not Give good Services
This Phone NO. Most of Time not working Still IT Is not working Last 15 Days
Pls Sir Do Something For That
Even after continous try it's unable to talk to anybody on call center nos 1503, holding call for 15 to 20 minutes...need to inquire about gprs activation on my handset...please do something....!
