Sir, i have bsnl broadband connection plan 299 (combo plan) , in the month of april 2010, i ask for bill to the said office (b,cas bsnl didn,t send bills at home) then i came to know that Rs 10360/- are due till the month of april, other side my phone shows again Rs 6000 for the month (may 2010), therefore total is Rs 16287/- but in the month of april my phone was tatally out of order for 17 days due to underground fault. this is indvl use at my home, the usages of my internet is very low, why this BSNL are killing to the genuine customers by genrating long bills. i will be honoured if my bill is rectified immidiately and send my portal id & password or refund my security of modem + advance rent for one month Rs 750/- THANKS

My broadband networking is slow..i do not download big file.. this problem occurred for last 10 days.if i down load anything, meanwhile occurred 404 error.
it will be continue long, i will try to change another broadband.. please ensure never occurred that problem and networking speed... please do the needful
