sir, my land line phone no. 2452186 which i have taken for broadband connection after 8 days of broadband service phone is dead since 1st day of may 2010, i made a written complaint to for this but no action has been taken by your officials, now i don't want to continue this connection, for disconnection i went to your shyam nagar exchange but afraid to see why this exchange is established when there is no official is sitting in the office when his officials are not working how telephone get working.
