I just opted for a Bsnl broadband connection of ₹ 500 in which they give 1.5 gb free download during day time and unlimited downloading in night. The connection started on 20th august. I daily checked my data usage but it showed "You dont have a broadband connection. When today i checked it again it showed me a bill of ₹ 5124.23 from date 26 'september'. I dont know from where has this bill come almost instantaneously.
Please help guys. I am so stressed.

BSNL Broadband — extra bill

from 04-01-09 to 04-02-09, i got net bill 3000...presently i am in 250 package...my total download is 417 mb...bt here given that bbusgchg amount is 2500...what is bbusgchg??.why i got that much amount event though i didnt download...

I am BSNL subscriber past 6 years. I had broad band connection at my home. Last year I had shifted my residance from

I had given an application for shifting in December 2007. Because of Telephone exchange is same I got sanction immediately. But till today I had not got the connection. I had visited BSNL office number of times. They had told me that there are no men to dig out up to your building, if you can dig out we can give you connection. I had made the trench with my expenses. After that I had informed the BSNL officers the same, they started me telling that there is no cable etc. Till three months the I had visited so many of times but I got the answers we will survey then see or some time they tell me that there is no feasibility. If there is no feasibility why the hell you people asked me to dig the tunnel.

Recently I had when visited BSNL for the same, they are telling me in two day we will do, or four days we will attend. Today is 16th day till I am waiting.

I had met all officers in Tarapur exchange and till the issue is as is.

Are these people think I am mad or what. I need Broad band for my business purpose and I am suffering a lot with your service. Can you tell me are you going to provide me the connection or not. I am preparing to for the worst

I am asking any bsnl officer last time then I will surrender the connection also I will put complaint will all my communication with bsnl to Consumer Court.

I hope you are kind enough to under stand my problem.

from 01-04-09 to 30-04-09, i got net bill 3829...presently i am inH 250 package...my total download is 3470 mb...but here given that bbusgchg amount is 3123...what is bbusgchg??.why i got that much amount even though i didin't download anything.

    i call in Customer care Since first day of this issue still i don't get any refund or not start my out going.

      I'm living in a village named "sathanur" near vandavasi ( Wandawash), tamilnadu..

      recently BSNL has introduced the WiMax broadband facility for rural areas.

      i've bought a wimax device two months back.

      during the first month it worked properly, and the service speed is also good.

      the next month i've started getting problems like "No Internet Connectivity", "No Signal", "Even connected with very low speed of 0.3 kbps".

      i'm complaining daily about this issue to BSNl, Vandavasi (Vellore Circle).

      they are not responding to my complanints.

      It is around 12 days i'm not able to access the broadband.

      I went to BSNL office for about four times, they are telling that, the problem is not with my receiver, it is with their transmission itself.

      They simply tell that they will correct it soon (no date, nothing). i don't know how long it will take for them to identify and correct the problem.

      due to these problems i cant submit my M.Tech project report on time and i'm very disappointed about ur service.

      I can surrender the device and get refund of my deposit amount. But i dont have any other choice because BSNL is only providing broadband to village areas.

      Please take necessary actions to correct these problems and to provide a good customer support at ur offices.

      I decided to take a wimax connection from BSNL. But i have to rethink.
      Hi friend.. I am from Nambiyur. i also bought this wimax 2 months back... It works properly for 1st month then it started showing errors like "No Network Access". This month signal lost for every 10 minutes and reconnects automatically. I complained to JE, but no response. Try to find a solution for this problem.Because we all from rural areas.

      ived complaint so many times and they said the probelm is with the trichy regonal office not with me r my system and will be rectified very soon !!!
      last 15 days im not able to connct with the internet, but they sent the bill correctly for every month and the sad thing is that ive to pay around 800/-rs per month, there should be some discount for the non working days i mean the problematic days from the bsnl office server,

      Hey there. I live in Trivandrum and recently took BSNL Wimax connection because seriously, none of the other providers does not even have the option o[censored]nlimited broadband. Anyways, 1st I had to pay thru the nose to buy the 20 meters of C6 cable from the outdoor modem to my PC (8000 Rs for the whole thing, they neglected to mention that we were the ones who have to buy the cable after we paid for the modem). Had no troubles with connection during the first month but after 4 months o[censored]sage, its getting worse every day. "connection lost" messages, speeds that do not go above 20 kbps (even dial-up connections had 3 times the speed, for your information) etc,

      When I called up to complain they only kept saying that my outdoor modem is not facing the exact direction and all they ever do is tell me to "turn the modem this way and that". Reminded me of the times 10 years back where we had to turn the antenna get a good reception for the TV.

      Anyways, my point is - its this bad in an actual city. You can guess how situations in rural areas would be? I had to run a lot just because the damn net connection failed right in middle of registering for my CAT exams so that my ID and password were not recorded correctly. I'm using Idea Netsetter right now and its far better.
      My suggestion is go to a town and buy one of those usb net devices. It will give enough speed as long as there is enough mobile phone range in your vicinity even if you're in rural areas
      i am from eanduvambadi village in T.V malai dt, tamil nadu. i asked for broadband connection in kalambur bsnl office. but they are not replying properly and they are not ready to give the form also. about 2 weeks i am troubling with them. they didn't take any action..i dont know why they are working.so i want to complaint about bsnl service.. where do i complaint??..what should i do??..and finally i go for other network service...
      I also facing this kind of problem through wimax service..

        Sir,
        I, G.S.R.K.Sharma, Advocate wish to bring the following to your notice seeking proper action.

        My mobile phone No :[protected].

        On 04-7-11 at17.52 I received one SMS from +54000010. It reads "Thank you for choosing Humshakal. You can now see your humshakal any time you want-*** End*** "
        I tried to know what is 'Humshakal' since i never choose not only that I don't know any thing about it.not only that anmount of Rs.10/- was deucted from balance to my credit of Cell Phone. I Called 1503 at 21.00 hrs at last One Mr. Varun lifted and he could not give proper reply, then I insisted to register my complaint . Then after words neither he registered my complaint not given me any reply. Again at 21.16 I tried second time to get my complaint registered one Mr. Bharat spoke to me and when insisted to register my complaint he told me since the server is down,I have to wait for about half an hour or call again.

        Again today [ 27-07-11 at 17.39 I received another SMS from +54000010. It reads "Thank you for choosing Humshakal. You can now see your humshakal any time you want-*** End*** " Now another Rs.10/- was deducted from the balance to my a/c.

        I strongly object to this way of cheating a Customer , deducting amounts from his account balance with out his consent. I request necessary action be taken against the person responsible to this sort of things, and desire to have clarification regarding
        1. What is " humshakal" ? I never choose it since I don't have any knowledge about it. There is no express request from me.
        2. I demand the amount deducted from the balance in my account be repaid back forthwith.
        I would like to bring your notice, on Thu, May 19, 2011 at 2:34 PM I made similar complaint regarding the deduction of Rs.40/- towards Caller tunes. So it is evident it became a regular thing to deduct amounts from the balances of the customer with out his knowledge or express or written request from the customer.

        3. On 11/09/11at 17:28 i received one SMS which reads " Thank u for using Humshakal Service. You have been crenewed Rs.10. charged...end. " It was sent from +54000010; Immediately I sent a reply by sending SMS saying" I never opted hamsakal. I aleady made a complaint long back. Still you are charging without my concent. Revert forthwith..Sharma."


        4.AGAIN ON 25-09-11 AT 14.15 i RECEIVED ONE MORE SMS which reads " Rs.10 charged. Thank U for using Humshakal Service. You have been renewed..End."
        Thus my complaint is not looked into even after repeated representations by e-mails, and continuing to deduct amounts with out my express concent and on being raised written complaints.

        I request that the amounts deducted sofar since 7/11 should be given credit to my accout. Secondly , may i request to tell me what is " HAMSHAKAL" since the customer care has given the information and not only to register complaint.

        Please look into my complaint and do the needful.

          I am koushik samanta from last 11 days i did not get internet from my EVDO data card (no [protected]),it frequently disconnect .Near about 20-25 times i made complain to the customer care of BSNL on 1502 ,but they did not take any action to my complain ,they only register my complain and update again and again.

          I am totally helpless .It will be very good for me if you take an action to overcome my problem.

            I am not subscribed the Monthly Masti Service from the existing BSNL service. But the unwanted, foolish health tips are sending oftenly to my mobile phone from the above service and Rs. 5/- deducting for this useless effort. In this way torturing us by sending unwanted SMS. I have also sent similar cases previously. Here while I checking the balance amount, it will be deducted surprisingly. Due to this dirty approach, truely, I am fearing to recharge my mobilephone. So humbly request to do the needful.

              I have BSNL En Anbadan scheme SIM card no. [protected] using by me and from this mobile much amount is being deducted for unwanted facilities which i never opted.
              I don't want any facilities in this phone except dial the number and receive the call.
              I have made complaint earlier to BSNL, Sai Baba colony office not to charge any amount in my mobile and also I don't want any un-necessary messages and many unwanted messages are sending to my mobile, please stop this and don't charge any amount on this matter. Please look into the matter and stop this procedures.

                Hello, I am a BSNL Prepaid “Old Anant” subscriber from the year 2006. My mobile number is [protected]. At first it was a general prepaid account and after launching lifetime concept I have converted it to “Anant” (i.e. Old Anant) in the year 2006 by recharging of Rs 700+ and the condition was that I have to recharge this account by minimum of Rs. 50 within 6 months means if I recharge my account by Rs. 50, I will get 6 months validity. And I am doing the same till the month of May, 2011. As usual, when I recharge the account in May, 2011, I come to know that the account is valid up to November, 2011. But today (i.e. on 25.09.2011) when I recharge my account of Rs. 60 to extend the validity, it shows the validity till December 22, 2011 instead of May, 2012 (as per the condition of the lifetime recharge voucher). When I asked to the customer care executive he has replayed that my account has been converted from “Old Anant” to “Saral Anant”, and as per the “Saral Anant” for recharging of Rs.60 my account validity will extend by 45 days only not by six months. When I asked that executive who have given permission to change my account plan form “Old Anant” to “Saral Anant”? He told me that I can talk with the supervisor and I requested to convert the line and he converted and I spend more than 1 hour 15 minutes (22:47 hours to 00:04) on line but nobody has received the phone. So my question is that who have given permission to change my account plan form “Old Anant” to “Saral Anant”? And are they really ‘Customer Care’ Executive???

There is tower of BSNL esrected some years before which remains unworkable maost of the days resulting non-avilability of network.the service of BSNL is deteriorating day by day.                       i am deeply harassed by the services and inappropriate behaviour by BSNL.Last month in august they activated a value added service namely "my mobile tv" and deducted a balance of RS40.i put a complaint on the customer care and was assured of a solution.But solution is far away thing,same service got activated again after 7 days.Registering a complaint didnot help so i decided to put an email online as well as think of going to consumer forum.But on 30th august,out of the RS80 deducted,I was refunded Rs60 by BSNL chandigarh,with an apology on phone so i dropped the idea of filing a suite.But the company BSNL has lost all its shame.In 1st week of september again RS40 deucted for the same thing.Putting a complaint was useless but still I did and result was same.! week after that RS40 were deucted again.I again put the complaint but to no use as RS 40 were deducted again on 24th september and customer care is just useless..I have made up my mind to drag BSNL to the court because it has caused me lot of mental harassment.

                      BSNL — Undue deduction of balance

                      I recieved a call from an unknown number which, owing to my being unavailable, I was unable to attend to. When I called that number back, it turned out to be BSNL ring back tune number. I disconnected immidiately. In spite of this, I have gotten an EXTREMELY ANNOYING ring back tune from BSNL. Not only this, I am also charged about 30 odd rupees every 15-20 days, for 'renewal' of my 'entertaining' ring back tune. I am as irritated with this as one can be.

                      What I want is not just that I be relieved of this problem, but companies with unscruplous means like these to cheat their customers be fined and punished.

                      Please look into this matter.

                          My Landline[protected],i have broadband connection from 2 years by BSNL.. But the problem is Broadband DSL signal disconnection from the Bsnl ..i complianed many times to Bsnl but they didnt solve this problem.. i am paying monthly 750RS for broadband 750unlimited plan.. I am facing problem from 4 months.. i complained to bsnl number 1500... they didnt respod to my problem...

                            Monga — Land line problem

                            HI,

                            My land line has a problem since last one month and every day we are complaining about the same to BSNL, and their line checks and says there is no problem with line and after that again the line gets problem, there is lot of disurbance in the line we request their line man to check the instrument but they don't reply to that, i know my instrument is ok but why this people are not able to solve this problm god knows or they only knows and without making any out going calls by this no. still we get the bill showing the 200 calls, from where and who made this call, we have doubt that somebody is connecting wire to our line,

                            lets hope will come out of this headache soon or will discontiune this service...

                            i hope this mail will work to take the corrective action...

                            My landline no.is[protected], its not working since two weeks, i have submitted the complaint to customer care[protected] on 22nd onwards but they did not show any interest on it.besides they give me another number which i tried alot but noone was answering that, the number given to me was[protected].The people doing the job of customer care at bsnl office beside guiding us they used to misguide us and even use harsh language.
                            I really request to look upon the matter and teach a lesson to people(or staff) responsible for this act.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I applied for land line connection on 15 Sep 10 for Broadband. Telephone No 2370027 is connected at my residence on 24 Sep 10, it was noisy and intermittently dial tone is coming, then I inquired from lineman he told that just I will make it alright but line is still faulty. Broadband modem is provided on 28 Sep 10 due to line faulty it is also not working. In this regard I spoken to JE , TT but no use. I tried to contact to lineman but not responding. I visited the civil exchange personally 2-3 times and mentioned the fault in the register kept with Guard. I booked the fault on telephone fault booking no 1500 vide doket no. GR[protected] dated 27 Sep 10. But no action is taken till now.

                            It is request that kindly intervene for early action.

                            Sir. I already submit a request to your office last month (4 july 2012) for transfer my land line connection from Oottupara to Payynamon .The line number was [protected]. But still not get the Telephone connection. My self went there four time about get connection.
                            This is the complaint against the BSNL kuthuparamba, Kannur dist exchange employees that my land line phone number [protected] has not working since 15 days (september 15th onwards). I informed in kuthuparamba exchange and some one came into my house, but they failed to recover the problem and went off. The problem was still continuing without any improvement. Most of the days I called them, but they repeat the same answer that there was no employee available to repair. In this mobile age also I have been paying the rent for my convenience since last 15 years. I asked them that it is not not working even I am paying the rent also, their reply was joke "we will deduct the rent if you given a written complaint".those employees does not have the customers inconvenience and even they did not say single apologies word. Is it a correct method to handle the customer? or they insists the customers to convert them to private connection? So I wanted to recover the problem with my phone and solve it very soon. Otherwise I will take a legal action and put a complaint in consumer court with 48 hrs

                            I am holder of BSNL Landline, No:[protected] since 20 years using the same, recently we built up a new house beside of our old house, So normally we need the connection shifting to the new house.But unfortunately they are not done the same as of now, for that from the past 3 months, Several times we contacted(Direct &amp; By Mobile Phone Mr.Manoj) BSNL Konni Office, Junor Telecom Operator, Mr.Manoj &amp; his team members Ladies Staff over there.Still not rectified the complaint.their behavior is just like fuedal madambi style, they were considered the customers as slaves.Initial time they were told that the sufficient underground cable is not there stock, But several times we noticed the same cable from the BSNL Konni Combound.After that we realized they were take revenge against me, its because i made the complaint against them in the Pathanamthitta BSNL Office, Concerned Officer Mr.Ninan and Thiruvalla BSNL Office General Complaints, General Manager Complaint Section, Send personal Complaint to his Email Id, We several times take attention to Mr.Ninan(Pathanamthitta BSNL Office) for the same complaint.But now we realized he is helpless, So we are in trouble.Awaiting your immediate action on the same.

                            We have BSNL Land line phone for long time, number is[protected], this phone was not working more than one year, but we complained many time, they are not ready to rectify the problem, in the mean time unnecessarily we paid phone bill without delayed.
                            Last week i went to telephone sub engineer office in Nagapattinam, regarding for complaint we given written statement for failure of land line, later two peoples came and check the line after that they told, it will not resolved with us, better ask sub engineer office. later i went to office nobody there and i made call to incharge, they will not attended my call. so please take this matter seriously to rectify the problem, because we are working in shipping company, they called land line, but its not working, so loose the job on the time . so please take action to rectify this issue as soon as possible..
                            BSNL not responding to any complaints Their cable jointers are in strike, Dearth of manpower and their contract employees are under paid. Working level peoples are aged. Lot many problems going on in BSNL. At this stage BSNL is the only service provider offering reasonable rate and wide coverage. I think a systematic plan is going on to salvage BSNL. Almost no body is working.

                                Hello Sir,

                                I am raising new complaint for the same problem. I have given an application against discontinuation of Phone and Broadband connection. Application is given on 27th July 2011, and today is 22nd Sep 2011. This is the approximately 2 month over, but I am still receiving the bill for the connection. I am very frustrated with BSNL people, then are Incorporated in nature. I had shifted to Hyderabad on Aug 1st, So An urgent request is given to receive the instrument, But these people are not taken it, finally this month I went there and given them the instruments, and again one application submitted.
                                This week I again called them and received an answer that you have not applied for disconnection of phone no. If it so then why these peoples has accepted the phone instruments.

                                Please Please Please tell the BSNL people that I can't afford this to go to Bangalore and talking that people. Please refund the deposted money AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                    I am a customer of BSNL unlimited broadband service and I pay Rs. 750 every month for this but I did not get proper service from their sight. My ADSL unstable from 20/4/2011 and for this matter I docate time to time and they did not solve the problem permanently.
