[Resolved] BSNL — closing docket number without attending fault | |||
I have a BB 750 plan. The plan is for broadband and I do not use the phone for any other purpose. I was out of town for a few days and when I returned home on 1.1.2012, the New Year Greeted me with a very noisy BSNL landline. I could not use the broadband. On 2.1.2012 early morning I complained for noisy line docket number [protected], they just removed the noise and closed the complaint on 4.1.2012 . I had to once again register a complaint on 4.1.2012 for no broadband . This time they just closed the docket number [protected] on 7.1.2011 without rectifying the fault. I called 1500, and they are ready to register a new complaint. I am without broadband from 1.1.2012 , but technically they have attended every fault and this one is fresh. Customers are eligible for rental rebate if there is continuous disruption of service for 3 consequent days. Here they close the complaint every 2 and a half day and technically , the customer is not eligible for rental rebate. If a Govt owned company is cheating customers like this. called the Nodal officer Smt K.Oyari at[protected], she heard my grievance in a very professional manner and resolved my grievance within minutes . In my entire lifetime I have never come across a polite and professional BSNL officer like her.
