[Resolved]  BSNL kerala,trivandrum,attingal. — Fifteen land phones(including my phone) are not working from[protected] .

Dear Sir,
1. I am a regular user of “BSNL land phone” in kerala (trivandrumAttingal exchange) (Tel no:[protected].From the month of APRIL 08 I regularly complained to BSNL Attingal about my telephone fault. From[protected] the phone is not working, from to still there is no repair is done. So I need your kind help.

Below details are my complaint numbers in telephone exchange and BSNL public grievance cell form April 2008.

Here I have noted some faulty telephone numbers which are not working from 30-05-08 and they are[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected].So i request your kind cooparation against this matter.

i am ashiq, i have a bsnl wirelless connection in the number of [protected] but now i need a landline for broadband. i request to the extange in kanjiramkulam (trivandrum) before two mouths they didn"t take anything

I have telephone connection-[protected].I applied for Broad Band 0n onam season at Mela attracting a lot of benefits.But not give any thing till this time.Got connection on 8-9-1009.Without asking me -they included me in rental scheme and take money for instillation and fixed deposit for Modam.I give an application at Kallambalam office on[protected] that please avoide me from the instllation charge and fixed deposit and include me in purchase type but yet now ie 0n[protected] they told that your application not accepted ie the last day of remittance.
They will not give the following offers
1.One month rent free
2.Caller ID phone
3.Excemption from installation charge.
4.Rent of Modam-by changing it into purchase type.
Please hear this too
My Phone not working for the last one month.We can dail from this but the others can’t hear what I am talking.
I complaint many times they they not did anything for this.
They will cut the complaint without asking us.
On[protected] I went pallickal and told that we have no use with the phone because it is not working.At that time the JTO told me thar if you have no use you go and give one request at Kallambalam for disconnecting your telephone.So I went and give request at white paper.
While enquiring from Kallambalam to Pallickal they told that we shifted the connection from top to bottam.It is not correct.They give connection in the ground floor.
Please give necessary directions to solve this.

When I came there "they told that they will solve all problem and told to remit the amount Rs.3347/-
After remitting the changed their attitude.
I never remit telephone bill with fine.This is the first time that I am remitted with fine.
I remit the amount for one year with their offer.So I am forced to continue as a BSNL customer - one more year.
If the resposible persons not consiider this kinds of matters -no doubt this BSNL company very near future came as of like KSRTC and the like.
If continue like this all the complaint persons will unite together and forced to form against an ABC ie ANTI BSNL CAMPAIN and please remember it willhelpful for private sectors.

I am a consumer of BSNL coming under Kavalayoor exchange.My Consumer number is 343519and my telephone is[protected].
The fault of my telephone had informed the exchange authorities by my family members. But there is no use.
Therefore so many complaints were registered before the various offices of BSNL.All efforts become failure.On Septembeer 19th 2010.I registered the complaints as docket number T 716, but there also no use.My BSNL telephone is still out of order
my telephone no 2416722 is going out of order for nearly ten days in every month. Now this is out of order from 20/09/2010.when they will make it alright?.
bsnl attingal officers are doing their work without responsibility, i gave an aplication to add wireless internet on my telephone on month of august 2011 not yet they will come to install the program, everyday we call in office, that time they will tell we will call after some times, or we will come afternoon this is always their answer, i think they are not know to install the programs on computer, so they are refused to come, next step is in my mind that will affect their job, then only they will do their jobs, if they are not take enough action i will complaint to their bsnl head office

I am a BSNL broadband customer with phone number [protected] (Kazhakuttom) My internet connection is very poor from the past 6 months. I have been registered complaint against this several times.(more than 25 times).Still no proper maintenance done from the authority. still my internet cut several times in hour, that is recently complaint. Last several complaints are for no internet connection. Technicians are coming and telling like lines are not working properly. please do the necessary action.
