Dear Sir,
With the above reference I would like to inform that I have not been receiving Telephone bills for the above number from last two months, I want the information when the above nos bills were dispatched and want to know whose responsibility it is if the bill has not reached the customer.
Kindly do the needful.

i am a new user with a wll connection bearing number[protected], i had applied for the connection on 27th January 2012,
i although received a used second-hand handset on the 18 th of february 2012, sir i have always respected bsnl for its services, but sorry to say that i have been cheated by the company on its promise of delivering a new handset, instead when i paid Rs 932.00 i was told i could expect a new connection and handset as well.
why should i pay for a used handset, which does not give proper battery back up and is faulty??
am enclosing my scanned copy of the acknowledgement receipt and expect to get a new phone for the money that i have spent, am i not entitled to a new phone?i have complained to the exchange, but then none of them want to take resposibility for their inaction.
i surely hope that you would look into the matter and sort it out amicabily,
after waiting for 20 days at least for my money am i not entitled to a new phone?
waiting in anticipation to hear from you.

Dear Mr Baskaran
this was my last mail to you in the month of february, i am still waiting for your company to serve me--i have received a faulty set and that set does not show me any network whenever i try calling through it. i m not being able to make any calls from the phone and the i feel its no use keeping such a phone connection and keep wating for it to show me network.
i had heard that bsnl had the best service, but sorry to state that i have been complaining since past 3 months and have not received my value worth of money.
sir, i am very dissapointed with the service bsnl has offered me, i am sure this can be rectified if properly looked into.
eagerly waiting for some good news and definately a good handset.
