[Resolved]  BSNL-Land Line — BSNL-Landline not working properly for last 2 years

This message is regarding non proper service of BSNL land line phone number “[protected] “, which is being placed in Kannur district under Vaniyapara telephone exchange.
For last two years we are having cross line conversation while we use land line phone. Now days we have some issue with the connection cable and the telephone instrument. We are not getting a proper customer care from your local exchange. 3 of our family members are out of state for there studies and job. For last three months the service is very poor and telephone is dead for some days and some days non proper rings and so on. We are loosing the trust with the big company BSNL.

Our place is a rural village in Kerala, Kannur, Angadivadavu named URUPPUMKUTTY most of telephones in our place is having same issue. We are paying the regular payment to your bills. Please consider it as a public issue. Because most of the residents in our place is not aware of this type of complainant system.
