[Resolved] BSNL LAND LINE PHONE AT PANCHKULA — TELEPHONE NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I AM ASSISTANT GEN. MANAGER IN SBI AND PHONE NO.[protected] HAS BEEN PROVIDED AT MY RESIDENCE I.E. #203, GH-8. SECTOR-20, PANCHKULA (HARYANA) BY MY EMPLOYER. MY LANDLINE PHONE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE ONE MONTH. THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHILE HAVING CONVERSATION THE PHONE BECOMES FAULTY AND THE CONVERSATION IS BECOMES VERY WEAK AND DIFICULT TO LISTEN. ONCE COMPLAINT WAS LODGED AT CUSTOMER GRIEVENCE CELL AND TWO TIMES ON PHONE DIRECTORY- COMPLAINT. BUT EVERY TIME WE ARE RECEIVING SMS THAT THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED, BUT IT IS REGRETTED THAT HOW THE COMPLAINT CAN BE RESOLVED WITHOUT DOING ANY THING. YESTERDAY WE RECEIVED CALL FROM EXCHANGE AND WERE TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM IS AT TELEPHONE EXCNAGE AND WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE PROBLEM OR RESOLVING IT TODAY RECEIVED SMS. I FAILS TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHETHER COMPLAINTS ARE RESOVED ON THE PAPERS ONLY OR ANY EFFORT IS MADE.

MY PHONE IS VERY IMPORTANT AND I HAVE TO INTRACT WITH MY BRANCHES AND MY SENIORS. I SHALL BE OBLIGED IF SOME ACTION IS TAKEN AT THE EARLIEST.

land line phone — Telephone not working properly

I have applied for new connection for Broad band and Telephone usage. Now Broad band is working fine but my Telephone is not working yet. Kindly know the status and when this problem could be solved?

We are a Pharmaceutical company, had lodged the compliant having no. [protected]. The telephone lines no.: 2561244 & 2590114 is dead since last four days. We lodged the complaint but still no action has yet been taken by the department. We are facing a lot of problem because its out direct customer lines and due to it we are facing a business loss. Kindly rectify the problem at earliest.
