[Resolved]  BSNL Landline and Broadband — regarding disconnect the broadband service

Respected sir,
I had the land line and broadband connection of bsnl whose number is[protected] in the month of September i have registered the request for discontinue my broadband services 2-3 time by telephonic complaint and i also summited a written application for disconnecting the broad band on 4-Oct-2011 after that i also inform them to take any action with respect to last application on 11-Nov-2011 but till now i haven't received any kind of response from bsnl burhanpur . as i have already registered application for disconnecting the broad band 4 - 5 times from September to till now, now its there duty to disconnect the broad band on time but they haven't done this and also they have charged us for the month of September and Octomber. as i m not capable for pay such a bills so please look forward to it and reverse our charges of broadband. for last two months.

BSNL — frequently disconnecting of landline and broadband

i complained u earlier abt my frequently disconnecting of landline & broadband but sir there is no response from ur side. sir, please help me....

BSNL broadband/Landline — Disconnection

Dear Sir,
I have applied for disconnection of my BSNL landline number 2607824 in the month of September 09. and stopped using it but till date I am receiving bills for that number, as no one from BSNL is bothered to disconnect the landline/broadband connection.

Sub: To stop sending Telephone Bill against disconnected Telephone Line.

With due respect this is to inform you that you sent one over excessive BB charges of Rs.4852.00. Your bill amount was totally illogical and huge burdain for us and huge. As per your bill we requested you to disconnect our line immediately, but after disconnetcion regularly you are sending the bill month by month.

So you are request to stop sending the bills further.
