Sub: BSNL Land Line Complaint – No.[protected]
I am using the landline of BSNL for the last 04 years but I am very much dissatisfied with your service. My number is[protected]my address is Pradeesh Kumar D, Kochuveetil Kizhakethil, Thevalappuram (P.O), Puthoor, Kollam (Dist).) I am just booking the complaints for the last 60 days, daily the service man is coming to my home and doing something and within Two hours I am receiving the same complaint. I can’t even tolerate if this problem persist I will surrender the landline within 10days,
And I also very sure the BSNL should bear the rent for my landline for this month else i will complaint to the authority I am very sure I am highly dissatisfied with your service.
