[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — complaint about the landline

Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 10years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is[protected]my address is B.sornavel 37 selva vignesh nagar sankarankovil road thachanallur tirunelveli. ) i am just bokking the complaints for the last 30 days, daily the service man is coming to my home and doing something and within six hours i am reciving the same complaint i cant even tolrate if this problem presist i will surender the landline within 10days,
and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my landline for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service

I am using BSNL Landline for more than four and half years, Every month I am facing the billing problem. Last month I had made complaint in the BSNL portal. But, there is no one to care about it. Very Very Poor response from your side. Finally, I had paid full amount. This month also I am facing the same problem. If BSNL is not able to make honest billing they can call and tell us. Without doing that if they are making dishonest and non transparent billing then it is really unfortunate. I don't know to whom I have make a complaint.

The BSNL higher ups must give attention to the complaints and monitor the the progress of the action taken on each and every complaint.If any one at the lower level is complacent with regard to his work strict action should be taken.In my own experience the officers at the higher level are keen to attend to such complaints.So if there is any complaint that was not rectified normally immediately take it up with the higher officials.

The status of my complaint and also sought details regarding the official who is responsible for not responding to my complaint, the details of action taken with regard to my complaint, the reason why it was not attended, and also to fix the responsibility for the deficiency of service of the BSNL..With in 48 hours my complaint was attended and Iam awaiting the reply to my petition as per RTI act.

I am using the broad band of bsnl for the last 2.5 years. This is not a complaint. It is a request to keep my telephone # 240048 in Gayatrilok Apartments working as I return to India and Haridwar on Sept 17/13 after about five months.
Since there have been lots of rains this year it is likely that the telephones may have gone out of order.
That is the normal way with land lines.
My request is addressed to SDO/Tel Haridwar.(Mr.Ramanand Yadav).
I would need the telephone service immediately as I am there after long absence.
It is my earnest request that the department should restore my telephone to function just in case it is not so.

The telephone instrument connected to my land line No.[protected] is not functioning for the last 2-3 months. I have made several complaints at your office at Vaikom. Though your officials/technicians visited my residence, nothing concrete has been done by them to rectify the fault and the instrument continues to be non-functional. I have been paying the bills regularly. Though I am eligible for 100 free calls a month, I am not able to avail the same due to the fault in the instrument.

Kindly take immediate steps to rectify the fault and to refund the excess amount paid by me due to the non functioning of the instrument. Please note that the Broadband connection attached to the landline is functioning normally.

You are lucky as some one is coming to check the complaint. As far as my case I am making complaint on web but nothing is happening, Wish you all the best,
I have been using your BSNL landline No[protected] is not working properly since the installation of the telephone connection. I am really surprised that despite my repeated request to send my bills on my email" sushil.[protected]@sbi.co.in" the concerned department has not accede to my request. My broad band is not working for last 15 months. telephone no for making Complaint is not responding very well. No one is there to respond. In this circumstance, should I discontinue my Telephone No with broad band service. It is last call if you not respond to the request I will have no option to disconnect my captioned phone connection.
I have landline connection bearing no[protected], It was just connected two months back but it was not working since last 30 days. I had complained about this in B.J.B. nagar, they told to inform the SDO at Laxmisagar and also provide their telephone number.I am very sorry to say that in telephone department their is nobody to pick up the telephone to attend a customer but BSNL is advertising that it will provide door step service because of this attitude, people are going away from bsnl and depend on other campanies.
Inspite of their worst service they are providing their monthly bill.
