[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — want duplicate copy of landline bill

Please send our BSNL - Landline bills, of telephone no.26421264 for the last two months
which we have not received to the following id immediately- [protected]@rediffmail.com

i want to view my duplicate copy bill for this month no.[protected]

My ph.connection no[protected] and this ph.number is dead since 2 nd august 2011. I have made many complains on your toll free number of bsnl office kolkata but no action been taken yet. Due to this I am facing many problems so it is my humble request to you kindly look into this matter.

I had a telephone under Calcutta Telephones bearing No.[protected] at Barrackpore, under Barrackpore Exchange which is under control of Barrackpore Exchange and my telephone is outof order from 07 Dec 2011. . I had complained to the BSNL automatic complaint booking centre on 07 Dec 2011 Dkt No. [protected]. Till today, my phone had not been attended by the BSNL office. This is a emergency service and I kept for emergency purpose only. But your office is just sleeping on the complaint. Yesterday (On 04.01.12) I personally met the PRO in BKP exchange, but no action had been initiated till now.
