Dont pay the bill infact it is not that amount which anyone can pay. I think BSNL had palyed their same trick with every broadband user and when you ask them about the reasons as why had they charged so much they say that their server had not uploaded data for long time and now they had uploaded it and charging for the same. but this is not meant to pay the bill for that period for which i had already paid. Thats their problem if they had not charged for extra bill at that time they cant ask for more money for that period.
dont pay even a single penny to them they are the biggest frouds they might disconnect your service but friend it is good to suffer once rather than a life time. contact anyother service provider like Airtel or Reliance. all o[censored]s unite ourself and get to the consumer forum and should file a case against them.

Im using the landline of bsnl for the last 12years but from last couple of months we have also taken BSNL Broad Band i am very much dissatisfied with BSNL service. my number is[protected]. i am just booking the complaints for the last 30 days, Even went to BSNL office Faridabad also have problem in Bsnl broadband So many times i complan in BSNL Office but no received any reply till now.. And now my BSNL phone is not working from last 15 days This problem raise in every months
Besides all above problem BSNL ..is also proving that they really want to shock their customer reason is In My Last bills i got bills of Three thousand (3000)which was almost thrice of our normal bill.when we asked to GM of BSNL Faridabad he said we will ask detail dill from his head office...Till date no detail i got/Recd...But this is not enough ...now i got the bill of amount of RS 17000 ...This is too much...Now.I don't know why BSNL person dont think even single time they are service provider or what??????
They want to harass their Customer and always looking for different ways to harass their customer.
Can any one give answer?
Or
Do I need to appeal to the highest authority of bsnl to look into the matter and compensate for the My loss.
