[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — VOICE IS NOT CLEAR AND INCOMING RING

Landline — Incoming ring not coming properly

Incoming ring tone not audioable at-all . It is not due to instrument problem. It is due to connectivity problem from exchange to instrument(land phone).

My I have bsnl landline connection. My phone no is[protected].
During last one or two months the incoming phone in the receiver the
sound is not clear. This is the problem of my phone.

i am using bsnl land-line sice 1995. before 3 months i got a new brodband connection. problem is when its raining or windy the signal is not clear. i have reported complaint regarding the above many times but still action is not taken

Dear sir
I have a lendline phone at my home[protected] in Jalgaon.
From Last 6 years its not working properly and after many complaints, concerned department tried to repair but with no result.
Presently I have one problems in phone incoming call in the receiver is not clear, Please do the needful immidiately.
