Yes i too face the same problem, One of the worst service is BSNL. BSNL employes openly tell us, to favor private companies, they are doing this to the customers

BSNL — telephone alway become dead
my bsnl land line is working on 5-6 days in a month. i am fed up by giving comlain to customer care and local telephone exchange and no one their taking care of it. these BSNl people has taken bribe from other operator and now they force people to return their phone to accept other service.
