we are using bsnl landline in our office since last 8 years, since last 8 year there was no problem at all but now a days we are facing the problem of not receiving the hard copy of our bill since last 5-6 months we also complain in your head office of gujarat but they not responding on phon so please solve your problem as soon as possible.

My phone bill always exceeds Rs.1100 per month.Seeing that Ihave checked the usage of my BSNL landline phone.But the bill amount has not changed a bit yet.
I am quite eager to know the bill details of my telephone number[protected].For a long time I have been trying to find the correct helpline number and make an application regarding the foresaid problem.Unforetunately I have failed to get such helpline number or proper guidance from BSNL.Atlast, being very worried about this problem I am forced to lodge a complaint here.

Kindly note that the Instrument is not working properly and specially we are facing the problem for Incoming calls (ringtone of the incoming calls not working properly).

i want to place a complain for my land line, for which i could not find any window in this website.

My complain is my telephole (land line)is[protected]. I have placed a complain since 31st jully since that problem has not been solved. My telephone no has changed with no. 25330079 so any one who will dial my will no will talk with the person having 25330079 and vice a versa. so all of my calls are divertied to the no. 25330079.
i am facing lots of problem since 4 days.
and other thing is i am not having the scheme of 111/- so who will bear the bill if the call have been made during this period.
so i would request to look in the matter and do the need full.

i have suffring problem last three days
e.g.- supposs i am calling my home no([protected])
but calls going on another no .but main problem it my home no. ID caller is show my mobile no.
so i want resion of this foult on my mail ID with BSNL logo & authoraised signature.

I have applied for broad band but the line man says it is not possible to give coonection in Hyderabad city.
If the coonection is not available in the city what is the situtaion in the villages.

My BSNL landline telephone no[protected] is dead since 28/08/2008.I have made 3 complains on 198 (fault repairing system) .nos being u-8198/28.08.2008, v-8527/04.09.2008 and w-5919/09.09.2008.but salute to BSNL complaints are always erased without any action.My address is as follows- RATAN PRAKASH VERMA, SI-85, ASTHA, SURAKSHA ENCLAVE-1, ELDECO UDYAN-2, RAEBARELLI ROAD, LUCKNOW.

I am a subscriber of BSNL land line connection and my Landline no[protected] is non-functional since last one month.despite of making lot of complaints no corrective action has been taken.
Please look in to the matter since we would be missing lot many important calls.
