Change of some letters in My Billing Address I am BOMMIREDDIPALLI BALA NAGA SAYI having Land lie connection with phone No[protected] i need correct name without spelling mistakes for submitting bill as resident proof for my pasport. The correct name and adresss is giving hereunder...SRI BALA NAGA SAYI BOMMIREDDIPALLI, 6/79, KATTAVARI ST CHEBROLU UNGUTURUMANDAL, WEST GODAVARY, AP.534406. I enquired regarding this change at chebrolu exchange they advised to meet commercial wing at Mothevari Building BSNL Office Imet one Madem she advised me to visit Thadepalligudem BSNL Office My age is not permitting me to run here and there as a kid hence I am compling to u sir. Please help me in this regard. The changes may be expected from next bill .

Dear Sir,

I, G.S.Rama Krishna, Assistant Manager (Traffic) in A.P.S.R.T.C., VC&MD's Office, Bus Bhavan, Musheerabad, Hyderabad have approached BSNL Exchange personel, Kothapet for providing Internet connection in the 1st week of August 2012. But the personnel is simply answering "No line to your colony hence it will take few days". Then I saw a pamphlet of S.S.Net works and approached through a call. The S.S.Net works responded immediately and given connection on the same day itself. Earlier in my apartment one flat is having your BSNL inter connection. After vacated the flat by them your connection has been dislocated. Again on 01.10.2012, my son was approached them but in vain. My house is located with in a distance of 1/2 KM from your BSNL exchange, Kothapet.

Previously, I have utilised the services of "BEAM BRADBAND" & "HATHWAY" also. My APSRTC department is also provided large number of Cell Phones to all employees from your BSNL. Hence I thought that the BSNL is the best net work provider and opting of net from BSNL is best, but it is sinking ship, the employees and officers are not responding even though many consumers are approaching them for internet connections. Your employees are showing interest only on selling of prepaid cards and easy re-charge, but not to increase number of bradband customers. If you have ethics and moral values, please respond for the complaint and kindly arrange to provide net connection to me as early as possible.

SIR, LANDLINE NO.[protected] IN THE NAME OF MY MOTHER PUSPA DEVI BANKA.BUT THE BILL COMES IN THE NAME OF PUSPA DEVI BAWRA.SO I REQUEST YOU TO PL.CORRECT THE NAME.

I am a BSNL land-line subscriber. I have got my name changed by giving notice in news paper, but due to number of complication for getting my name changed in my passport etc. I have dropped my idea and want to change my name in BSNL record to my old name. please let me know procedure for it.
