I am a user of bsnl broadband service known as Dataone. I am having Home 500 Plan in which the company provide 2mbps surfing speed and 250KBPS download speed. I am only able to get around 300 as surfing speed an 35 KBPS download speed.

[protected] है। उसने दिनाँक 01/08/2009 को कार्यालय से ज्ञात किया कि 525रू. के टेरिफ प्लान पर एक रेंट फ्री सिम दी जा रही है तथा जिससे नये नंबर व आपस में दोनों नंबरों पर बातें फ्री में की जा सकती हैं तथा यह फोन अन्य किसी के नाम पर भी लिया जा सकता है अत: प्रार्थी ने दिनाँक – 03/08/09 अपना टेरिफ प्लान परिवर्तित करवा लिया। अत्यन्त खेद के साथ कहना पड रहा है कि आज इस विज्ञापन युग में उपभोक्ताओं को तिल-तिल की जानकारी दी जाती है किन्तु आपके द्वारा तो उसे प्लान की भी जानकारी नहीं दी जाती हैं। पूर्व में प्रार्थी से कहा गया था किसी अन्य के नाम पर भी कनेक्शन दिया जा सकता है किन्तु जब प्रार्थी ने अपनी पत्नी के नाम कनेक्शन माँगा तो कार्यालय में पुन: कहा कि आप अपने नाम से प्रार्थना पत्र दें। प्रार्थी को दिनाँक – 07/08/09 को फ्री सिम न देकर रसीद संख्या- 26, बुक संख्या- 196 से 110रू. की रसीद काटकर सिम संख्या[protected]-3046 दी गई तथा आश्वस्थ करा दिया कि 24 से 48 घन्टे में नया नंबर चालू कर दिया जाएगा किन्तु उसका नया नंबर अभी तक चालू नहीं किया गया है। इससे पूर्व में प्रार्थी के एक जानकार द्वारा जिसका मो. The Broad Band Connectivity on my telephone [protected] has not been working satisfactorily for the last two months. It gets disconnected after five - ten minutes of connection. I have to switch off Modem again and again and then switch ON physicaly, after 5 - 10 minutes it gets disconnected again. It is very difficult to down load and upgrade my windows file system. I have made complaints through the help line on 27th March 2009 vide complaint no 11982 and on 7th April 2009 vide complaint no 12397 respectively. I do get calls from the conserned officials seeking directions to my house an engineer visited my house and changed the IP address but problem is still persisting and the same is in the knowledge of that engineer.

BSNL is one of the main Broad Band Service Provider. The connectivity shall be continueous till the user wants to disconnect.

May I kindly request to look into the matter and direct a competent engineer to attend the same.

I have been using broadband of BSNL for the last 8 months. It has been observed that on 1st day of ever month I can't view data usage and it can only viewed after booking the complaint with BSNL authorities and again same problem is repeated on 1st day of next month.

well i am facing the same for months ..Even sent a mail to nodal officers, Gm operations bsnl and circle nodal officer but of no use ...all the rquests have fallen on deaf ears ...its bsnl's habits of not improving until unless someone breaks their monopoly in broad band section.Its a Shame .THey r expanding their network day by day but they dont bother to look at such a pile of complaints .huh

even i m suffering from the same problem.i am not able to check my account usage. i got this "home 500c plan" in which there is 1.5 gb of download/upload free n usage from 2 am to 8 am free. The thing is that when i get bill amount it is as if they are charging for night usage also. i m not able to confirm if they r doin so. also when i try show some sign of dispute with my bill they force me to pay the bill n make me write written complaint to it, for which there is no response.
sir kindly tell me how can i take some legal action against them, so that they are answerable to me..

Thi is to inform you that after displaying the correct user name (rkhandoo) and the correct password as indicated by the BSNL Gandinagar Jammu ( J & K)., your observation is displayed that username and password is not correct, with the result, I am not in a position to view the daily usage of broadband.This may be looked into and the fault on your side rectified, otherwise it is nothing betrayel.

HI, I HAVE REGISTERED ONLINE FOR NEW BROADBAND CONNECTION BEFORE 3 MONTHS AND A GUY FROM PALLAVARAM HAS COME AFTER REPEATED FOLLOWUPS TO COLLECT THE DOCUMENTS AND RS.500. BUT AFTER 2 DAYS GOT A RESPONSE SAYING THAT THERE IS NO FEASIBILITY FOR MY LOCATION AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR A WEEK TO CHECK WITH SDE OR DE. AGAIN AFTER A MONTH I HAVE ASKED TO RETURN THE APPLICAITON FEES AND HE CAME TO MY OFFICE AFTER 3 DAYS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION TO ME AND WENT BACK SINCE I AM ON A MEETING.
