I, Ravi verma have BSNL prepaid[cellone] mobile connection[on name of bijay manas roy].I activated bsnl std rate cutter plan of Rs-617 at date of 12-7-08 for 1 month[after that i can call to any bsnl network both local and std, free of cost].After that at the date of 23-07-08, this plan became automatically deactivated, and I charged by cellone for calls made by me on bsnl networks.I have already compint to bsnl customercare but they refuse to return my balance[charged in that faulty time].my cellone complait number was 2838475.

BSNL — Non Return of Registration Fee
HI, I HAVE REGISTERED ONLINE FOR NEW BROADBAND CONNECTION BEFORE 3 MONTHS AND A GUY FROM PALLAVARAM HAS COME AFTER REPEATED FOLLOWUPS TO COLLECT THE DOCUMENTS AND RS.500. BUT AFTER 2 DAYS GOT A RESPONSE SAYING THAT THERE IS NO FEASIBILITY FOR MY LOCATION AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR A WEEK TO CHECK WITH SDE OR DE. AGAIN AFTER A MONTH I HAVE ASKED TO RETURN THE APPLICAITON FEES AND HE CAME TO MY OFFICE AFTER 3 DAYS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION TO ME AND WENT BACK SINCE I AM ON A MEETING. SINCE AFTER THEN I AM NOT ABLE TO CONTACT HIM. NEED YOUR PRESENCE TO PROVIDE A BB CONNECTION OR SEND MY REGISTRATION FEE BACK TO ME.[protected]
So please do not use online registration since they are unknown to us. Their service is so bad.

For checking Broadband usage send and SMS BBU <space><STD Code><Landline Number> to 52295([protected] for Non BSNL Users) e.g. BBU [protected].
Self Care Portal :
Register at BSNL Self Care Portal (http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in). For registration follow the registration process given at Self Care Portal.
Login into Self Care Portal and check Broadband Usage.
