Hi,

Hope this compliant gets the deserved recognition from BSNL in due time.

Well, this is about the BSNL landline transfer requested 2 months back from JP Nagar 1st Phase to JP Nagar 8th Phase, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. And the concerned work order number is 51025239 which is reported to have been generated on Dec 15th, 2011. From last 2-3 weeks the person who is in charge from Gotigere, Bangalore, Karnataka area for this transfer is giving false assurances and making excuses saying there are no telephone poles near your area, etc. He is stating that OFC cable needs to be employed for the connection.

Okay, fine. I understand it takes time to lay down the cables, etc. But, how long - a year??? Damn. It would hardly take few hours or a day at most. Even then this guy is making false promises of providing the connection on so and so date. Well, he guaranteed that the connection will be given in the previous week itself, but as usual that was a false assurance. And again on Saturday when we called, he told on Monday(that's Jan 1st 2012) the connection would be given for sure. Damn, again one more false assurance. Come on, we are not fools to be following you every day and every minute to get a damn connection!

Also, this guy doesn't respond properly in the sense, before the talk is over he disconnects the call every time. This is heights of arrogance. Damn it. Even I can do the same but I won't do it for good reasons! Also, he receives the calls only during afternoon and in all other time, either his phone will be busy or out of reach. Oh come on, this is not the way you deal with a customer.

And even more annoying was locating the actual telephone exchange followed by the actual person in charge of giving the connection. Damn, I made almost 50 calls to same and different people at same and different exchanges to know the exact telephone exchange and hence the actual person. Why not maintain a proper online database of telephone exchanges with respect to a city?

I really doubt and will be surprised if anyone from BSNL would consider this complaint at all seriously as the direct phone communication itself is not being properly handled. This is pathetic. I am sorry to say all these, but being an existing BSNL customer if this is the service I get, it's definitely frustrating.

Concerned BSNL people - Jaago, get into action at least now!!!!

    HI, BSNL customer care people is very argent in nature dealing with customers. I have just spoke (2/Jan/2012 9.40PM) ) to a BSNL customer care executive Mr: Vamsidhar to raise a complaint for getting activated to unnecessary services without our notice.
    Mr. Vamsidhar (BSNL customer case executive) , instead of taking my complaint and helping me he is talking very rudely using bad words.
    At first I started speaking to him very politely using words like Sir and because of his language Mr. Vamsidhar used, I lost my temper and asked to connect me to his manager. But instead of connecting me to his manager he disconnected my call. Also my purpose of calling customer care is not solved.
    Now I want to make a complaint on him. Can I one give let me know to which mail ID we can send a mail.

    BSNL — Rude and arrogant

    My telephone number is [protected]. I have made a call to the bsnl broadband service customer care at 8:30 AM in the morning on 27/06/2012. i.e. to 1504 toll free number. I had applied for a broadband connection almost 2 weeks ago and there was no response yet So wanted to know the status but this lady on the other side of the telephone did not respond to properly at all on above she was very rude and kept down the phone from her end without having the whole conversation completed. This was pretty insulting and very annoying as well on the top of which no outcome made the thing more unsatisfactory. And the next call made at 8:35 AM but there was no response. I have no idea what her name was. But surely there must be some record maintained since I have mentioned my phone number and time of call. I expect that proper steps would be taken in this regard.

          i would also like to share my experience in this regard. i bought bsnl evdo card in 2008 with Rs 550 plan, after few months Rs 100 were increased with the statement that evdo will work in whole rajasthan......ok no problem.......after few months there were again an increase of Rs 100 by stating that evdo will work in whole India.

          Now my question is from BSNL Admn. that Why a customer take over the burden of extra charge, who is not interested to go outside Jaipur and Rajasthan ?

          i am a student. Initially it was bearable by me but afterward not. so in my opinion it was not a justificatory.

          administrative officer takes these kind o[censored]nreasonable decisions for bribe offered by Private organisation. BSNL can provide "Cheaper in price and higher in quality" basis service and result will be that private organisations can't stand in market against it and if they do. The benefit of competition will be transferred to customer.

          However this organisation is not able to satisfy it's customers and not able to retain them.

                I am using BSNL landline no.[protected] but it is out of order since last 10 days,

                regarding this i have complain and visit many times but no action is taken. BSNL

                employees says that in your area only one phone connection and we dont like to

                waste our manpower for one connection you can cut off your connection. According to

                TRI rules if any phone is out of order more than 3 days then no bill is paid that

                period. Please let me know what should i do next.

                Telephone no.[protected],133/64,Juhi,Hamirpur Road under Kanpur Nagar,208014 with broadband connection is out of order intermittently for last eight months. I had filed a complaint on 17th June 2010, complaint number 0784..
                Due to this, i am not able to avail the other facilities like

                .no calling is possible
                Had even spoken to the S.D.O and the D.G.M regarding the same...but no action has been taken....the phone is still out of order.The connection has been provided to us through a pole which is 10km away rather than using the pole which is even nearer to the location.I personally feel that a strict action should be initiated against the defaulting officials including deduction of their salaries. The public is your most valuable customers and their grievances should be attended to at once without delay or latches.The services availed by us have to be without any deficiency or shortcomings which sadly is not the case when it comes to department.We are made to pay through our nose even when the services are riddled with loop holes.
                Hope my grievance shall be looked into and some relief provided for the same.

                  I have purchased a new sim from sector 34 office of BSNL on 28.12.2011 and not activated till 30hrs passed then again i have purchased another new sim of same network BSNL on 29.12.2011 that is also not got activated further till 30hrs wwhere as In both the cases it was said that the new sim will be activated within 30mints.This type of cheating as well as harashment being made by the subscriber who claim himself is the largest in india.A strict action as well as panality should be imposed to the person makes such delay and defame to the organisation.

                    I am a senior citizen residing at Jamshedpur. I wish to deposit Annual Advance Rentals for my land line telephone no.[protected].

                    I wish that BSNL should add the Annual advance rental charges of my above land line charges in my land line telephone bill for the month of December, 2011 so as to enable me to deposit the money at the collection centres through agent as I can not run for the administrative formalities and forms fill up etc.

But problem is not resolved till now. agents at 1503 not giving any satisfactory answer. they says you change your plan, or you talk more than 30 mints. or wait for 24 hrs.

                        Inspite of sending message to UNSUBSCRT 59595 BSNL has not stopped deducting Rs.15//- per 15 days from my mobile [protected]. Though I have stopped recharging my mobile and promised not to pay my landline bill which is more than 6000/- and shall not pay any amount for my another post paid connection and got vodafone connection.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I (Ompal Singh Mobile No. [protected]) am an user of Cellone mobile service provider company since last almost 4 yrs and i had a plan on my no. 1 paisa per second since last one or more year but i don't know when the company deactivate the plan from my no. without any intimation and my balance was going end very quickly then i noted that i am paying 60 paisa per minute plan for local calls.
                          Then i called to customer care no. but as the computer give the option of press 6 for talking to customer care executive the call ended with the pressing 6. This is happened several time when i get Frustrate i registered my no. for port.
                          Then on 27/12/2011 at around 10.54am i was getting a call from customer care (No. was [protected]) they asked me why are you interested in porting the no. then i was explain my problem in front of her (The Lady, Customer Care Officer). But she replied very angrily ok you can change your no. in any other company and i did not get any satisfactory answer from her and she cut the phone.
                          Now i just want to know that if cellone is a government co. they will do such behavior with customer.
                          Kindly do the needful.

                            The usage data is very outdated in web care service of BSNL. For one month usage of broad band, data updating is one week old in broadband usage information service which is not at all useful.The data updating should be immediate(at least up to previous usage session)

                                while surfing mobile net suddenly a message pops up stating the bsnleast nexg tv activated Rs 50 deducted for subscription again after amin a message pops ups saying Rs 99 deducted for bsnl east nexgtv subscription . as my connection is a post paid one i am not yet confirm regarding the deduction as bsnl helpline is not able to help me already i have talked nuimber of times.
                                if the avobe deduction is correct the please un scribe the service as bsnl has a tendecy to continue the service with out taking clearence from customer.

                                  I am a bona-fide customer of Calcutta Telephone having telephone no.[protected] Customer ID[protected] under the name and address of Mrs. Rubi Das, 46/1, Satyen Roy Road, Behala, Kolkata-700034, since long. I wanted to surrender the above telephone connection due to some unavoidable reasons. In this regard I have already submitted an application to Commercial Officer, BSNL, Alipur, Kolkata-27 along with the photo copy of the paid Telephone bill for the month of Nov. 2011 amounting to Rs.200/- on 25/11/2011. But at the aghast, I have received one telephone bill from BSNL amounting to Rs.4055/- out of which Rs.3856/- has been shown as previous balance amount and current bill amount Rs.198.54, total Rs.4055/-for the period of 1/11/2011 to 30/11/2011 having different customer ID no. ([protected]). In this connection I want to mention that right from the installation of my telephone connection nether a single penny has been kept as balance and nor the BSNL has raised any bill showing such credit/balance amount till date. All the telephone bills till date has been deposited within time limit by me.
                                  It is not under stood how such huge amount of previous balance has been shown against my account suddenly after so long time when I have decided to surrender the telephone connection. It is therefore requested that the current bill sent to me, be immediately rechecked and verified and send to me well before 05/01/2012 with detail information regarding payment of bills right from the beginning till date, so that I can settle my bill and get rid of mental agony and harassment. Otherwise I will be compelled to take the shelter of Hon’ble Court of Law/Consumer Court. Not only that if the above grievances is not been addressed urgently, I shall surrender my another land phone connection having No. 23983044 and mobile No.[protected].
                                  Till the above grievances is redressed before 05/01/2012 it will not be possible for me to deposit the current bill amount Rs.4055/- where in the previous unjustified and unethical balance amount is shown as Rs.3856/- . Expecting an immediate action at your end please.

                                  BSNL — Irresponsible and unjustifiable billing

                                  sir, what is happening in BSNL? lot of communication gap persisting here. kindly look in to it. I recently transferred my land line Tel No:[protected] from Malleswaram Area to hosakerehalli BSK 3rd stage area which is exclusively using for internet purpose.After getting bill amount through SMS paid twice.i.e Rs. 165/- and hopefully 199/-. But all of a sudden I could receive a bill Amounting Rs.3870/- and bill no:[protected].
                                  Please see that the iresponsible levying of this kind o[censored]nnecessary billings must stop with immediate effect. I, atleast now understood why more people is opting other services. If this is not rectified, within short notice than i don't have any other option than to approach consumer forum for justice.

                                  BSNL — inflated telephone bills

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I am a subscriber to mobile no [protected], though I have not been using the mobile no for the last three months yet the office has sent me a bill for + Rs 1300/- I just cannot understand how this has happened. How have they metered the calls, since I have actually removed the sim and kept it.

                                  I am a broadband subscriber against landline no 24982833 and my A/c no is [protected] and customer Id is [protected]. In this connection I want to mention that my bill plan is BB Combo U L D 900 and under this plan 400 calls are free. But this facility that is 400 free / discounted calls are not considered while preparing the bill for Jan 2013.

                                  So I request the competent authority to issue a fresh bill after discounting 400 calls so that I can make payment on or before due date that is 27/02/2013.

                                      I HAVE A TARIFF PLAN OF 20 PAISE/MINUTE TO ALL BSNL NUMBERS IN INDIA. BUT SUDDENLY IT HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 49 PAISE/MINUTE PLAN. AND THE RIDICULOUS FACT IS THAT MY PLAN IS NOT CHANGING TO ANY OTHER PLAN ANY MORE. I HAVE TRIED TO CHANGE THE PLAN BY APPROPRIATE STV BUT THE PLAN IS NOT CHANGING.

                                      I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE NOT LESS THAN 10 TIMES. BUT THEIR ANSWERS WERE ALSO RIDICULOUS. SOMETIMES THEY SAY YOUR PLAN HAVE BEEN CHANGED AND IT CAN'T BE CHANGED TO ANY OTHER PLAN FOR 1 YEAR. AND SOME TIME THEY SAY SYSTEM PROBLEM, WE CAN'T SAY ANYTHING NOW ,CALL US AFTER 4 HOURS .

                                      I AM FEELING VERY UPSET WITH THIS.PLEASE HELP ME. I JUST WANT MY PLAN CHANGED.
