BSNL Landline — new landline connection not yet received

new landline connection not yet received. I am already appliedfor the connection before two days from the date of 11/01/2007. I am also want a dialop internet connection with this new connection. I hope that you will take neccessory action for this complaint

Dear Sir/MAdam,

We have applied for new landline connection on 01.10.2007 following are the details:

DEMAND NOTE NO.: 00022526

We have been following up for our new connection applied since 1.10.2007, and uptil now we have not given the connection.

Inspite of several mails to all the BSNL nodal officers concerned of the area but no action has been taken, neither we have been intimated about the status of our complaint.

We are in constant touch with following persons on phone but to no avail:

Could you please suggest what else is expected from the consumer???

new landline phone — not connection & not reply from company about new connection

i have alredy filled up form for new landline connection but till date no anyone person or message or mail come from company that they cant give new connection to me. when i go to the office of B.S.N.L. then i no one person had give me proper information about when i will get landline connection ? since 4 months i getting board from B.S.N.L. that i cant get new connection after filling all information and money also. this is very injustice.

Two year ago, I had applied to vasai bsnl office for new landline telephone connection but
still I am waiting for new connection. From last two year i am not getting any response
from bsnl office. I am totally fed up with bsnl staff.

BSNL — delay of 3 weeks for giving new connection

on 25th of jan i had ordered a new connection and it has been 3 weeks now and still i dont hav d connection ........... just six months back som1 else was usin a bsnl lanline in my house wen i had rented it to som guy .......... dey dont even bother to do somthin ......i think may be it s bcoz it s a govt. organisation ..... i had an airtel connection before and tat connection i had it in a day , in d mornin i had ordered for it and by evenin i had it with broadband ........

I have a bsnl(rajasthan)prepaid mobile number [protected] which i regestered for ndnc (do not call) in 2008 but stil many sms i received perday from bsnl for ringtone, wallpaper, mms related.two times in dec 2009 i receive also call for callertune in roaming time. I complain to customer care but not satishfied till today please give me solution

my D.V.L Narasimha Rao Retired Teacher i had live in Mylavaram Krisna Dist last 10years i had one BSNL LAND LINE CONNECTION phone no[protected]. Due to the inconvinece of my Health and age i had shifted to my son home Bhimavaram. I had cancelled my phone on Decemeber 2009 but i am not getting any deposit to that connection. Till last 3 months i am suffering with Financial problems. i am asking BSNL authorities they said your check is posted to bhimavaram but i am not check. the check amount is around 926 rupess check number 374960. They are told me ur address in wrong all postal letters are coming to that address only. They are said to me please collect ur check in Vijayawada. i am unable to walk properly, my health is not comfortable. so please kind solve my problem and give me that cheque also.

BSNL — new connection of internet

i have applied for new intrtnet connection from B S NL on 09.08.2010 vide demand note no 1085730 for rs 600+1600=2200 and another demand note no 1085724 for rs 100. register number of both is 3714731 but today nobody has come for even inquiery.

BSNL — taking prolong time

i have booked for a broad band two months before stil i not recived any information about the connection .they are not showing intrest on delivering the modem nd the connection whenever am asking the are it is in the process and they are not ready to cancel my connection when am trying to get some other connection who is giving better service so kindly do somehting on this issue .and as soon i get the product my connection num is[protected]
