[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — Land line not working

BSNL Landline — Land line do not work 10 days in a month

I took one land line connection on 29/01/2008. It is not working 10 days in a month. When ever I try to make a call there is no dialatron. Since last one week It is dead.

We are using the BSNL Land Line for the last 1 year. But from last two days the land line is not working. My land line number is "24622482" . It is very critical to me. Kindly repair it as soon as possible. Its very urgent.

Dear sir,



I have to inform you that I am having the BSNL landline connection (Tel N[protected] from last 15years in patna. I had lot of faith in BSNL. But I, am very sorry to say due to avoiding attitude of BSNL my telephone is not properly working from last 3 months.

Presently my telephone is dead from 18/may/09.The Complain N0 is -KHB: 51028, Date-19/may/09. But without fault repairing my complain number has been removed. So, I have again logged complain, which complain number is MW: 79201, date-13/june/09.

Due to irresponsible behavior of BSNL department I am very upset and suffering from mental distress. I have also met to concern SDO, but no action has been taken. I have only this landline is option for me to be in touch with my children and relatives.



Here I am requesting to you all the BSNL officials kindly take this matter seriously and try to solve my issue.

Landline — landline number not working

i have an mtnl connection [protected], it is not workling since last four months, we have complained many times but nobody is turning up for its maintainence...RIDICULOUS paying the rental for every month without being used

Caller ID Telephone instrument is faulty. My telephone No. is[protected]. Inspite of booking complaints several times, the complaint is being closed without attending to the problem. The staff are arrogant and non-co-operative. Please do the permanent action.

bsnl ll — land line not working since August 2010

In continuation to my complaint dt 07.04.2011,I am to reiterate that my ll is not working .Please solve my problem immediately ,because I am an Advocate and the land line is bare necessity for me in my profession and day to day life. Due to the carelessness of Bsnl Authorities I am suffering a lot.

May I request concerned authorities to look into it urgently?
