BSNL — could not get unique id

I am having a BSNL landline in Punjab circle and tried to pay bill online, but could not add my phone number there as I could not get out THE UNIQUE ID needed for the purpose. Neither it is mentioned on the bill copy as shown on the portal.

From where should I get the unique id foe the purpose.

from my mobile phone more than worth 3000 rs called to some no and i never did but bill is in my account i enquired they said bluetooth hacking any solution because i have to pay the bill i am a doctor the calls are to austria and callers friendship i dont know
