Dear Sir/s, You are herewith requested that the BSNL Landline telephone No.[protected] dead from last 10days and their are no register the compliant on the net of BSNL Online till last week and their are no body repair the phone, everybody want money. J.E.and Linemen also not comes. No. any online service that book complaint bsnl no.197, 198, 1500 are not booked complaint. My telwphone No [protected] is not working from last one month I have lodged complaints in the excange regiter three times I have complained with A.E phones No [protected] on 1st 0ct I am trying Jr.Er. but reply comes in comming facility not available on this phone I am trying Line man no[protected] reply comes not with in the reach.
I am asenior citizen aged 67 yrs. facing great difficulty with phone
