[Resolved] BSNL Landline — Music on demand service activated and charged without my confirmation | |||
Dear Sir, I have been using BSNL broadband for some time.My BSNL land-line number is[protected]. Last month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.149/- has been charged against Hungama MoD(Music on Demand). I didn't contact for this service and the service was activated without my knowledge or approval and i didn't get the activation details for this service. It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this, as i feel it really humiliating (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL. I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassles. OUR BROADBAND ([protected]) link goes down within 60 seconds of logging on .We have complained many times at all your offices but no response .EITHER RECTIFY IT OR LET US TAKE PRIVATE network and disconnect your service & refund our money.This complaint is there from the beginning
