Sub : Surrendering of WLL Phone[protected] & Harassment by BSNL staff

Dear Madam/Sir,
It is my obligatory duty to inform you that my dependant father (Ratnakar Maharana) is a consurmer of BSNL, Cuttack (WLL Ph No.[protected] since Dec 2005. Till recently due to frequent network/customer service problems and massive uses of mobiles we surrendered the above mentioned phone to SDO, Banki, Cuttack on 15 Jul 2010. But all our efforts failed because of silly excuses by the bsnl staff of Banki telephone exchange to get a receipt for it. The dealing clerk advised us to talk to SDO/JE. When we approach JE he told us to approach to SDO. We have visited 10 times to meet SDO, but he is always out of station duty (as told by the staff of Banki Exch) and rarely turn up for his obligatory duties. Finally we tried to contact him on phone. Out of 50 calls he once attended one call and told us to do the needful but nothing he did for us. Till date the matter is pending.
I, being a defence serving personnel, get a chance to visit home only once a year. My old and allied father have left the hope for getting refund of Security deposit amount from BSNL. It is my painful duty to request you to interfere in the matter and do the needful for which I will be ever grateful to you.

BSNL Landline — BSNL security refund

Hi, I had wanted a BSNL connection and paid the 2000Rs as deposit. But it was 2 months and no phone line. I decided to exit and I completed all the procedures. It is now more than 3 months and NO refund yet. I would like for the refund to be sent to my home address

I have depoited amount Rs.2000 for My BSNL Land line connection for[protected] no.& after disconnection my deposite amount not received from last eight months. My deposite details as under :

BSNL Refund of security deposit — BSNL Refund of security deposit

Hi,
I have taken BSNL Connection on 04/11/2006 with 2000 rupees as security deposit at IndraNager BSNL Office, Bangalore. Telephone Number[protected], consumer Number[protected].

After 2 years the phone number is changed to 25400805 by the exchange. After this date i started getting problem and finally frustrated and surrendered the connection on 15/11/2008 after clearing all my outstanding dues.

i was told that the money will come to my address as a draft within 3 months. I started pinging BSNL office through phone but no one is responding (as usual). As of today its been more than 8 months and no refund. My wife is housewife and she is always at home. i am sure the money has not returned back from my address. Its really pathetic.

I am attaching the pictures of all the necessary documents.

BSNL — Refund of security deposit.

Sir/Madam,

We took BSNL connection on 27th Feb.2009 and due to some problems we have to shift our office from Cyber towers. Accordingly we have applied for disconnection on 7th June 2009 and all the pending bills were cleared on 26th June 2009 and moved to our new place were we opt for other ISP . We have enquired no. of time to BSNL office regarding our security deposit of Rs. 9500/- (refundable) and as per the information given was by one month the security deposit (cheque) will be posted to our office address. For your kind notice till date we neither received any cheque nor any update /status on it. On enquiry they say they have some backend problem or server problem.

Its our humble request you kindly look into this matter and take some serious action.

bsnl/land line — Not refund of security deposit

I have submitted my Land line no.[protected] on 5th May'2010 in Durgachak,Haldia,East Midnapur Exchange with all dues. After from that I have continuously follow-up with Durgachak & Kharagpur Exchange for the refund of security deposit amount Rs 2000.But still I have not yet received that.Local exchange said that there is some problem for change the system from manual to computerized but still one year gone nothing has been informed to me.

We have submitted my Land line no.[protected] on 25th June'2014 in Kharagpur Exchange(Pincode-721301) with all dues. After from that I have continuously follow-up with Kharagpur Exchange for the refund of security deposit amount Rs 2000.But still I have not yet received that..

I have surrendered my telephone no.[protected] long back but I not got my security refund. I again handed over an application to BSNL Office, Near Darshan Lal Chauraha, Dehradun but still no response is given.
