My phone no[protected] which comes under (Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad Exchange) is not working, on this line I am using Broadband as well as Telephone , Problem is that Internet is coming on line but Telephone is not working surprising thing is that automatically my telephone get disconnected and connected and on checking it has been found that primary line has been damaged for that , I have registered complain many times , latest complain...

To, Bsnl landline,

The telephone number[protected] dose NOT belong to me, there is no connection ever made in my building related to this number at my address, Then why are you sending outstanding bill related to this number at my address. ? ?

I have receieved 2 such bills for phone number[protected] at my address for which there is no connection in my building.

Please stop sending wrong...

I have repeatedly compalined that my landline telephone SH-[protected] with Broadband connection is completely not working since very long time. But no response for the reason not known to me. If it is due to outstanding bills, I would like to clarify that I never defaulted in paying my bills. So, naturally I have to go for bsnl 3G (postpaid) which is also not serviceable in my locality. I,ve recharged my mobile with 550 full talk time and balance came but after approx. one hour it was cut down by company and the message for cutting was " DUE TO WRONG RECHARGE YOUR BALANCE IS CUT DOWN". it was quiet late so next day morning i call my retailer. Yesterday I Have received a message (sender Name- No Name, No.[protected] Thank You for using FRENZO serviceto make friends and send gifts to your friends go to... and deducted Rs. 10/- I have not registered any type of such message.
Kindly stop this deduction and not do such type of things in future. I am not interested such type of message.

with BB Home Combo ULD 900 plan .
since i have taken connection, i am getting a very less speed of about 650-750 kbps.. Actually according to my plan i should get 4 Mbps speed , but my speed is too low and after complaining about it twice to head office , there is no change in speed .

I lodge the online complaint many times but nobody has taken care to resolve is or contact to me.
I am a working women and only my mother (AGE 72 years) remain at home. She cannot understand the technical language or could not answer to the question of technical person related...

I purchased a BSNL Penta Tablet on 26 August 2012 from PRIYA CELLULAR HUT (Shop no 115-146 Sec. 14 Main Market Gurgaon 122001), He affirm that if i would be facing any problem he will replace it or refund.

When I found that it does not have all the features and functions as i explained i went there to replace to my tablet on 27 August 2012 he told me to come tomorrow than i went again on 28 August 2012...

Based on there faulty bill & continued with disconnection, I had surrended the landline[protected] on may 23, 2012. Still they had failed to disconnect and refund the balance as this was taken under 18 months package. The useage was only 07 months.

No one take response, action to close this issue...
