    Dear sir,
    This is to inform u that i am using BSNL prepaid no [protected] and without subscribing any chalisa pack every month 20 rupees are deducted from my balance in the name of 10 rupees for 30 days(instad of 10 rupees 20 are deducted 10 after 15 days although the message says that 10 will be deducted after 30 days).The mssg also says that to unsubscribe call 1255530 but on dialing they say that i am not subscribed with any pack.So i feel this is a simple scheme of loot lo people without any information.Why should i suffer a loss of 20 rupees and even more without subscribing any chalisa pack.kindly take actions and refund my balance or i will take some legal actions against the BSNL .I have already made several complaints in the office but no action was taken.Hope for UR COOPERATION

      BSNL — games on demand charges charged without activation of any plan

      Rs. 49 have been chared for games on demand since june 10 to may 2011 in phone bill and this bill came in april 2011 from june 2010. Without activation of any plan. I hav'nt register for it. Deactivate it immidiately.

        i inform to bsnl customer care and bsnl customer care email id but they did not reply and when i call customer care center they always reply system problem . i call more than 5 times. and i email to bsnl customer care id more than three times .

        i recharge amount rs 110 rs in 110
        talk time at 15 august 2012 at that time i already have at least 40 rs balance. balance done successful .so at that time balance is arround 150 rs..
        but yesterday 20th august all balance gone up. and my balance is now null. i also recharge 25/07/2012 for Internet 98 rs.
        i like to say that i am not using 2gb still system give answer u have not any data usage. i am not using even 1gb and bsnl system give answer u haven't any balance.
        firstly bsnl debit charges for message via way2sms.com application in my mobile. i am using android phone and i am using Internet and i send sms through way2sms application not bsnl server so why u take charge.

        this is purely cheating to me.
        i want to check all detail in my no. and send my call record and statement of charge.


        i hope this portal give me justice.

          BSNL — Unauthorised Messages on Mobile

          From Since last one Month I have received unauthorised Message on my Mobile No.[protected]. It is headache for me.Kindly stop it URGENT.
          my request was not taken seriously think, so i m goin to take action now

          i have not subscribed for any subscription from indiatimes-5888, yet i have been sent stupid messages every month regarding renewal of the subscription of "hollywood sizzler", from last 4 months the process is being continued, a day before the deduction of money a bogus link of "unsubscribe" is sent which doesnot work, i have saved all the messages from last month as proof, despite on clicking on the unsubscription link so many times the service is continued, i have complained twice before too, now i am talkin to my lawyer to put up the case in front of the consumer court regarding this....the subscription is stopped for about a week or so after the complaint n the this is being continued since last 4 mnths. I m going to lodge a petition against Indiatimes wap if company is not going to credit with 120 inr( for last 4 months subcription ) in 3 days, the company may verify my words against ur subscription service.
          this is my last complaint, n i want immediate action this time

            due 2 my ignorance regarding my newly got bsnl mobile connection,i went for taking assistance from BSNL customer care.I made my call on 9.18 pm,27/3/2010.
            But to my surprise the customer care executive was in no good mood to clarify my doubts.it seems that he was on a bias to solve his customers.I am dejected.

                My Mob No is [protected] taken in Rewa in Aug 2008. I used to subscribe to Astro services but unsubscribed to it last year. However under sms BZ[protected] Rs 10 are deducted from my account despite my sms o[censored]nsubscribe on receipt their sms for renewal. The irony is that despite forced deduction the Astro Service in not providing any such services! What a cheating?

                  I have tried to recharge my BSNL prepaid mobile ([protected]) on line through paytm.com of Rs. 410 (330+80) and this amount got deducted from my bank account but my mobile balance and validity has not been increased. I have checked with the customer care of paytm.com and as per them recharge has been successfully credited and the reference no. is[protected].

                  So please take the immediate actions in getting this issue resolved.

                    I am a prepaid customer of BSNL mobile.I used to call/receive call from my mobile. But during incoming or outgoing call it disconnects frequently every after 2 to 3 minutes.It is so a serious problem that I have to call 3 to 4 times to a person for a full conversation.I reported this problem to the customer care representative of BSNL,they are talking that it is due to low signal in that area,but in my house there is always full signal. Please help me to solve this problem.

                      dear sir. It is very unfortunate that a few messagesare coming through sms to my mobileas Iam holding your Post paid service provided by BSNL. I repetedly complained to your customer service for seven days continuously but no protection was given to me or to stop the sms whichare coming nestily...my mobile nois [protected]. I hope you will solve the matterand do the needfulactionas tothat I will not be disturbed. . The messagesare coming from BV-ITIMES, but no mobile no or noaddressareavailable.at the end.                         I have applied for new broadband connect at BSNL New thippasandra, Bangalore on 27-August-2011. And from then there was no cummincation nethier status update.Every time i visit office they say it will be done by next week and noboby gives the proper response. An then i raised a request for change of address on 07-April-2012, so based on this change they said they willl check for fesibility and let me know the status, which they didnt communicated. Later again when i visited BSNL office they said their is no fesibility for the plan (BB-Home-Combo UL750) and asked me to chanage the plan. And for which i have submitted a request to change my plan to (BB FN Combo 600) but these request is still not been change or affected. After a long time they finally gave the phone connection on 27-August-2012, but till now i havent got the Broadband connection. When i checked with them they Broadband provision (Ref No:[protected]/19-March-2012) is still not closed and due to which nothing is been processed. And also the change of plan request is also not been raised till now. As this is missing now there are asking me to raise a request again now. Am really un happy with all these process and time they are taking any process. Kindly request you to do the need full and raise a Complaint.

                          Since one month, Im Trying to change my network provider from BSNL Prepaid to Aircel. i have been connected with BSNL since May 15.2012 ( 3 months Completed). I Approached Aircel people they said, "it was Rejected by the BSNL"..i don't know what to do.
                          Again today[protected] i went Aircel Office and they communicated me like.. u r request already submitted for the permanat number [protected] Error No: 888.

                          Kindly help me
                          I AM A CELL ONE POST PAID USER. I WANT TO PORT MY NUMBER TO ANOTHER NETWORK. BUT, BSNL DONT ACCEPT THIS. THEY DONT GET MY NUMBER FREE FOR PORT.

                            since last two months illegal recovery of 2 paise per hour is being made from my prepaid mobile NO: [protected]. After repeated approaches to customer care NO: 1503 ultimately my complaint was lodged bearing NO:IH[protected] dated: 28/8/2012 @ 3=10 pm. I was assured that your grievance will be redressed within 24 hrs. Though a period of almost 5 days have been lapsed neither the grievance is redressed nor any satisfactorily reply has been given to me. BSNL being government concern should not keep such a negative attitude. This will spoil the image apart from loosing the business.
                            Hope my grievance will be redressed @ the earliest possible.

                              without my request the service of 5 ka tadka from hanygo activated in my BSNL Mo.no[protected] and deduct Rs.8/- for a week (till dated 06.09.2012) I send request to deactivate that service via message "UNSUBTAD" to 55678 and also register a complain on custmercare ( docket noH13UE306325, H31UE307647) but till there is no response for my complaint. so i request you pl deactivate that tadka service and refund my ammount. Pl. reply my complaint.
                              SIR I HAVE A PREPAID CONECTION.[protected]. I HAVE ACTIVATE DATING SERVICE 3 MONTHS BEFORE.NOW I WANT TO DEACTIVATE IT BUT IT DOES NOT HAPPEN.I HAVE MESSAGE SEVRAL TIME, TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT IT IS USELESS WHAT THEY HAVE TELL TO DO.TELL ME WHAT TO DO NOW.

                                I placed an order of a BSNL tablet on 07th Jun 2012 02:07 pm. I never received the product as per their mentioned SLA of 15 working days. I placed a cancellation order and asked for refund. I never got a call back from their backend team department which they call so. I daily call Timtara Customer Care and they always give me same answer by tomorrow I will get a call from backend team which never happened. Also they say I will be refunded by next week. It is happening since 2 months. Please help me getting my payment. I am too much frustrated now.
                                I Placed this order with www.Timtara.com. It is now more than 2 months I never gt a cancellation call back.

                                    My phone no[protected] which comes under (Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad Exchange) is not working, on this line I am using Broadband as well as Telephone , Problem is that Internet is coming on line but Telephone is not working surprising thing is that automatically my telephone get disconnected and connected and on checking it has been found that primary line has been damaged for that , I have registered complain many times , latest complain no is [protected] dated 19/08/2012, I also personally requested to SDO Telephone Pratap Vihar to look the matter, But as per my knowledge he is help less because linemen is the BOSS. I also request to lineman, but he doesnot listen I request many time to change primary.

                                      The telephone number[protected] dose NOT belong to me, there is no connection ever made in my building related to this number at my address, Then why are you sending outstanding bill related to this number at my address. ? ?

                                      I have receieved 2 such bills for phone number[protected] at my address for which there is no connection in my building.

                                      Please stop sending wrong bills to my address.
