I have purchased new BSNL Broadband service. it is not working for 15 - 20 days every month. and no one listens to the complaints.
all give another to another to another numbers to call for complaints but no one answers my complaints
it is just not working
from last 2 months i am having the net i asked several times in the BSNL office of how to check my data usage but no one told me... is there anyone who could tell the answer to my question??????

i have complained many times but no person has come here. I have broad band 6000ul+ connection. And it never works proper from the date i have purchased it. No proper respose given by the BSNL office they have given one small modem Siemens C2110 it not gives the link properly. The link of the modem is not in continuty. After every 5 minute i have to restart the modem. Our Branch is online we do all work on the internet. So, we have taken this connection. But it is useless because it is not working properly. So our money is going use less.

Hey guys i too was having the same problem when i took the internet..
the main cause for this problem might be
1.the distance from the exchange
2. the cable from exchange might be damaged which you cant make out from the phone, the phone will be clear but you have to complaint for the exchange cable check engineer to check the cable quality.
Out of 100 cables of BSNL the proper ones which can be used for the broadband is 25, so try that.
3. the modem settings might be wrong try this.

BSNL Broadband Internet — huge bill came on 250- rental plan

till last bill .our modem is in rent and we are getting normal bill .so we decided to buy the modem and we are facing huge bill problem.it hascame above 6000.

the BSNL customer care is a league of "bindass" CSA's. i have called them several times and many times they simply pick up the receiver and keep it aside the table. all you could here is those [protected]@rds gossiping with there friends. bsnl has no problem paying worthless employees like these. i wonder if they even barge there calls for monitoring purpose.

BSNL Broadband Internet — Net not working

I got my Broadband internet connection on 29th March 2009. But till now not even a single day I could not work with this broadband connection without complaint. Every few munutes the DSL light on the modem went off resulting disconnection of internet.I made somany tephone complaints and even written complaint without any result. I am fed up with this connection and seriously thinking of disconnecting the broadband line if my problem not getting rectified early as possible since I am paying my internet will everymonth with out getting proper serive from you. Hope this complaint will have some effect in solving my problem.

this BSNL is coming out with new technology and product, think so it is very good, but infact it is stupidity to do so.Because of there poor quality service. I have serious problem with this connection from day one and i have visiting this local exchange office( Rajajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka) for many times. I donno whether employes there are really educated. They dont have any idea about the problem and Most of the time our area lineman will be absent and more unfortunate matter is, the JE who will be in charge, is donno about the presence and adsent of that lineman. The lineman name is Poovaya. Well my problem in net is, most of the sites like google, orkut, etc are not openning, they will only open at night but not in day. I have lodged complain through phone and one more problem here is to connect to customer care executive.Its take hell lot of time to connect and more i have faced a situation where couldn't able to connect to them. This BSNL first need to serve existing customer instead coming out with new, then they can look through diversification. I am a user of Broad Band Internet service from BSNL. Since last few months I am not getting Internet Service frequently. Many times I have made complaints through telephone (my tel no.2882909). Complaint gets registered. But the complaint is not solved. Maximum number of times when I try to connect the internet service through modem provided by them only, I get message "Phone line busy" though phone line is not busy. On some days I do not know, how after trying 4/5 times, it gets connected. But after some time, it gets disconnected. I am unnecessarily paying the necessary charges which I have already paid yearly. I have taken Rs.250/- per month payment (I have paid yearly) internet service. Their person should come to my house and rectify the fault in their modem. I have liked the speed of BSNL Internet, but what is the use of speed of internet to me when it is not connected despite paying yearly.

My telephone number ([protected]) has been connected with Kaippattoor telephone exchange under Thiruvalla SSA, provided with broadband facility.This telephone number(both broadband and telephone service) are not working for the last three weeks. I used to pay my telephone bills regularly, but the BSNL hesitate to rectify the fault in my system. I have communicated the fault with my number at the telephone exchange Kaippattoor exchange several times.But no response from BSNL.
On 14th August 2013 i have registered my complaint through 198. Till now i am facing the same iresponse from BSNL. Requesting for favorable steps.

          My land line No 020/25280726 is dead since 21/10/2011.The complaint is lodged on 22/10/2011 vide complaint No.3854. I am not aware about the magnitude of the fault due to which the PH.is dead for about a Month.It is also not known as to when the fcility would be restored?.Is there any body to look after this issue & let me know the status of this issue

            I am using BSNL 3G service and using prepaid gprs. I am facing problem due to poor service since one month. I am also trying to contact customer care but i am not entertained.

            BSNL — poor gprs connection

            i am a regular user of bsnl and i have a post paid connection. only 02 months before i had take the gprs facility also. but in my residence the gprs is not getting. my place is Polo (demsiniong) near Laitumkhrah, Shillong, meghalaya. But when i have open it in any other place the situation is ok. it means the problem is only within my network area. so you are requested to please upgrade the gprs throgh the nearest bsnl tower. I have also visited the bsnl office near barak, shillong for lodging a complaint. But nobody is answered my queries.
            I am user of BSNL GPRS in shillong area. My postpaid connection number is [protected]. The GPRS facility in my phone is not working since last two weeks. When I enqure about it in BSNL, thay are saying 3 G upgradation work is in progress. It is pathetic condition of BSNL in shillong area, they are not providing GPRS to any customer in this area of shillong.
            I activate my bsnl mobile connection on 17 march 2010 with gprs plan of rs 274 from patiala telecom office. But problem is that gprs service is very poor. I try phone no [protected] and [protected] but no reply I try at customer care no 123 but it waistage of time and money.
            Bsnl gprs is like anal .since 1 month it displays "temporary network problem" on accesing.bsnl company is a"mother " company.AIRTEL is 1 million times better than bsnl.
            from last 5 to 6 day i found that in every 10 to 15 minits gprs connection are dis connected and i loss my money for connecting every time this problem i face frequently so please solve my problem as early as possible

            I recently use BSNL Gprs for Internet on my Nokia 5233... For 1 years I was using Airtel net and that was good.. But bsnl is very poor connection. If it works day, will not be connected night. Next day night it works, but day it becomes useless again. Bsnl net very difficult to connect in day times and taking too much time in full network also... If connected we can not work properly, too slow also... Unnecessarly payed Rs 98/-.... Very very poor + poor Gprs network belongs to BSNL.

From that time I keep complaining that my telephone is not working prperly- there is disturbance in line . But no one has either responded to it or sorted ou this issue till now even though the complaint is lodged to sector 34, chandigarh through Phone and in by person. No one has responded till now. In spite of all this problems I paid my bills regularly.

                  BSNL — DISTURBANCE IN THE LINE

                  MY LANDLINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THERE IS PROBLEM IN MY BROADBAND CONNECTION ALSO.
                  I have been suffering with problem quite frequently. This time it started yesterday and after lodging complaint technician came but he could not solve the problem and asked me to lodge complaint again on Monday (November 16, 2009) for the same defect. BSNL should make efforts to avoid recurrence of such problems.

                    I am using BSNL broadband plan-BB Home UL 499-about 7 months.At the initiative stage the plan had given speed about 256 kbps.But after few months the speed decreased.Now i have only getting very less speed.It also take more time to enter in to a website than earlier.And also the downloading speed is very less now.It take a lot of time to download even a small song.Please solve my complaint as soon.

                    This is a pathetic condition of bsnl services in this competitive time.
                    If still my complaint is not sorted out,
                    I am planning to dis-connect my telephone.myfather continuously complaining but still there is no action against this case,

                      A person from the company collected money for a IPTV connection with 6 months subscription, promising to give the connection within 4 days. For two weeks, the people on the contact numbers gave some or the other excuses. Now, they don't pick up any of the phones. It's a clear case of cheating and they are using the name of BSNL to get entry in to unsuspecting households. The toll free and sms numbers given on their websites also don't repond.JAAGO GRAHAK JAAGO! It happened to me, I don't want others to be fooled by these thugs.

                        As regards item (B):- I have received a letter from CAO-TR-ALP bearing No. CAO TR / Email /[protected] dated.[protected] while I was out of HQ. It appears from the letter that either CAO ignored the aspect mentioned regarding disposal of the disputed issue by BSNL Hd. Office in 2009 or avoided issue through a normal reply. Probably CAO is not aware that two of his Senior Accounts Officers had to attend my residence for a detail discussion at the directive of CGM. As such situation stands same / objections sustained as informed vide letter dated[protected]. To enable to pick up loose threads of earlier settlement, only few correspondences made between the parties are mentioned for ready reference and a large number of refund adjustments bills may be connected.                         It transpires from a communication received from concerned AO (he has not been addressed) that they have not gone through the earlier settlement made by CGM and just replied casually. Thus issue remains unsettled and I am required to pay bills “Under Protest” In this connection it is further to place on record that all future reimbursement of erroneous bill will be charged interest @ prevailing bank rate in pursuance with Interest Act’1980 since BSNL is in a habit of drawing erroneous bills as pointed out vide letter dated.25.04.2011

                        In case earlier settlement papers are not available with BSNL kindly let me know by return that “we (BSNL) have lost the earlier documents” I send you papers for ready appreciation and necessary actions.

Thus BSNL made mistakes for the fourth time and had to rectify their own mistakes subsequently. This is not a good scenario / image for a commercial organization like BSNL.

                        3. As regards item A & B (Except Rs.14.22 mentioned above) suitable remedial actions as requested are yet to be taken.

                        Sorry, that I had to write again. Kindly refer my letter dated 04.04.2011 in ref to your mail dated 23.03.2011.

                        No response received so far with regard to item (A) referred to at above.

                        As regards item (B) I & II it is to state that Rs. 14.22 erroneously charged & paid vide Jan’11 bill towards late fee is yet to be refunded. Jan’11 bill also paid through cheque & in case not received by BSNl, please let me know so that I can refer the matter to concerned Bank & Police authority. Confirmation by Banker’s statement received.
                        With regard to ‘Fixed charges’ of Rs. 120/- it is to state that payment was made under “Objection”. It is to inform that Web bill shows that the fixed charges of Rs.120 [- is again included in bill for April’11. & no cognizance has been given to you mail dated 23.03.2011.

                        Incidentally it is to mention that a settlement was made by you ii 2009 when a fixed amount of Rs.662/- (fixed payable amount for HP=UL750) is required to be paid, a life time modem is free for me etc. Since then there has been no change in billing & status. The issue was settled at the intervention of CMD / BSNL by CGM / Kolkata. It is now apprehended that one fine morning some down stream official of BSNL may raise a question how this can be done by CGM i.e any subsequent differential treatment tantamount to challenging authority of CGM.. However sine the issue is with in the knowledge of CMD, a copy of this will be endst. to CMD after a week for initial information in reference to CMD’s letter dated.10.03.2009. Namaskaram.

                        BSNL Broadband, Kolkata — Lack of information given by BSNL, hence I am being charged wrongly.

                        I had taken BSNL Broadband service 2 years ago. The service was activated on the 21st of the month for an hour or two and then was disconnected, and got finally started on the 28th of the month. However, I had to pay for the whole month even if I could not use my total free internet usage. After, 3 months I had disconnected due to unsatisfiable connection.

                        Now presently I have again taken the BSNL Broadband. This time the connection was activated on the 17th of the month. Keeping in mind that previously i was charged for the complete month, since i did not want to waste my free usage of 2.5 GB, I used it completely. Now, the bill shows that I was granted a free usage of 1.2 GB as per the fractional no of days. And hence I am being charged for all the extra 1.3 GB I used.

                        BSNL does have a customer care center, which is just worthless, as they themselves are confused about the information. Some say that one way while the other contradicts. So it is totally unreliable.

                        BSNL's Broadbrand services in 24285212 are terminated in every 2-3 minuites intervals throughout the day. Complain in 1504 for 24285212 have been done for 7-10 times in last one month. But no service from BSNL are not available to revive the Broadbrand Services in 24285212. Please revive the same.

                          I would like to port by mobile no from bsnl to airtel but bsnl subscriber is creating problem in portibility process. My latest upc no is be482857 dated 25.05.2011 which again rejected by bsnl subscriber. This was my 6th atempt from march 27 to till date.
                          Yesterday (24.05.2011) I deposited my mobile bill while my no is attached with my brother's mobile under bsnl plan ek duje ke liye and my brother is not closing his account (mobile no).
                          It is verious serious matter it is denial of goverment ruling.
                          Please take it seriously.

                          yesterday bsnl Represntative contact us and aware with my problem and told me that I will call you back after discussion with my seneiors.
                          But still I am waiting for call ..........................

                            I have a telephone connection with broadband service attached to this number provided by BSNL The tel no is[protected]. Since 5th May telephone and broadband was dead. On 18th May again I complained. The phone worked for a day and was again dead Only net was working. Till date every time I complain I get new complain no, Bust the phone has not been working. BSNL charges for full month but half time we do not get service. My latest complain no on 26th May 2011 is F 4975.

                            Kindly look in to the matter

                              My complaint No. is E25UP1009650 and I was assured of being attended to my complaint in 24 - 48 hrs. but its over a week time and still my complaint is not attended and when finally today I called BSNL CALL CENTRE and told them that I am getting speed of 30- 40 KBPS. on my laptop using my BSNL 3G sim and the customer support says that this is the best speed you can get on 3G. My observations is that BSNL gives a damn to what its customers are facing or else they wouldn't have kept such an UN-TRAINED ill-mannered staff for attending to subscriber's complaints. I know I have been getting around 3 MBPS. speed on my laptop till last month when my 3G sim was ending towards the validity then I renewed the validity for another year by paying Rs. 280 (approx.) and since then I am getting 30 - 40 kbps. speed while browsing. Kindly if this complaint can be raised to the appropriate authorities it would be of great help. MY CELL NO. IS [protected] and I am residing in Kanpur (up east zone).

                                Hi,

                                I live in Perumbakkam and went with BSNL for Landline and Broadband connection. The phone and internet works only two days before failing. After lodging complaints and circling around BSNL exchange pleading BSNL people, the service will be restored. This process takes 1 week time and again after two days, it will fail.

                                I am tired of lodging complaints, sending mails to DGMs, AGMs and visiting BSNL exchange twice a week. Every month I pay heavy bill but use the service only for around 7 days in a month.

                                Not sure what is the issue with BSNL and why no one takes any action to correct such re-occuring problems.

                                There is a serious problem with service in this area. I have lived in other areas like Anna nagar and Adayar where the service gets restored within a day and it won't fail every two days.

                                Appreciate if BSNL officials take a look at these upcoming areas which are in IT corridor and IT guys only live on Internet.

When I request to change my plan to "BBG Combo 1111", the T.T. of the District Broadband Section of BSNL says that you should pay Rs.11,110/- for the plan changed. In that time I already cleared my Bill and a Xerox Copy of the Bill also enclosed in the request peper. This is strange to me. I don't know what is the reason of this. Please Help me.

                                    Sir, i applied for home 250 paln to bsnl naroda office for last 1.5 month, but still i can't get connection of broadband and today is 13th april and this month is include in bill charge, when i talked to that guy about my connection he is telling me about some setting ( bribe ) with the line man, and very surprisingly matter is, that guy is already two times visited to my house. i bought the modem from bsnl. this all things is subjected to bsnl naroda.

                                    I am a broadband user of BSNL - DATAONE. So many time I have complained to change my broadband plan. But they don't do so. They are not giving the reasons for not changing my plan although it is written in their site's FAQ.



                                    They have told me that they have changed my plan on 8th April, 2009, but our area's commercial officer - Mr. Raval (phone no.: +[protected] says that they haven't and it will be on effect from 1st May. I have read the FAQs of BSNL Broadband. I have seen in it there a question "

                                    My father in law Mr Manoranjan Choudhuri applied for the transfer of name to his daughter Mrs Pushpita Nath on Joka Telephone office vide docket number 103634 dated 29.05.2010 and telephone number is[protected]. But till date He did not got any communication or the work had not done till date.

                                    My name is Rajkumar R.am a materials Officer in SPM,Hoshangabad.My landline number is[protected].i am having BB connection with wifi facility for the past one year(march 2010-till date)
                                    My problem is 1)i have applied for name change of this number since it is having still my predecessor name in connection.,2)applied for change of plan fr my BB.to BB Home Combo ULD 900 ,
                                    i have made the complaint through written request on last march 2010 to the concerned bsnl officer,also i made my second written complaint in june 2010 in my official letterhead itself.
                                    i also made complaint to 1500 toll free no.even then no response.
                                    it has been exactly a year wen i started to give complaints,till date no response from the BSNL office side.i even talked to DE etarsi,(cud not remember the name )even then no response.waiting for a year and no plan change is accomplished.wen will this happen/?????

                                    apply for broadband plan change from 250 rural area to 500 rural area unlimited plan . i apply on 28 may 2011 they not change my broadband plan but they reduce the broadband speed for 250 rural area plan speed is 512 kbps to 2mbps they reduce speed less then 500 kbps. so many time visit bsnl office TANDA URMAR . but nothing gain. still wating for broadband plan change . my phone no.                                       I buy the 3G data card from BSNL Head office Sec-17 Chandigarh. Now it is not working. I buy in September 2010. It is not working from March 2011. I went to the Head office number of times, but there is single answer that is we have no 3G data card call us and then come. Even they are not trying to repair it. What should i do.                                       Bsnl is a truly cheat company.It does not give satisfactory services to customers.
                                      I am a resident of Amritsar. I brought 3G data card and 3G sim on 20-feb-2011. At that time there was a promotional sceme going on (Rs 4200 unlimited internet for six months). I made that recharge on my sim having number+91-[protected].
                                      I paid all the amount on the spot. It is shameful to say that your company is a cheat and does not give full credit to the customers. My plan has been closed since June 26, 2011 which was to be over on 20th july 2011 as per the scheme. Scheme was from 20 th Feb(from when i got Data Card) to 20 th July. My credit has also been crashed. I made a recharge of Rs 50 on my no 91-[protected] and this credit was just finished in 30 minutes after I made recharge even i didnt make a call. Please look into the matter because my Rs 700 are at stake.
                                      I went to Bsnl Office at Albert Road Amritsar but the officials there refuse to claim their words and speak harshly.
                                      I m extremely disturbed by all this chaos. If I go to one office they say go to another one etc . No one is ready to take responsibility.

                                        I have been offeredfree trial pack in the first instance through my land line number 0241/2423792 and though i have discontinued using it long back, i am charged in monthly tel.bill since last 4 to 5 months.THIS IS CHEATING ON THE CUSTOMERS. i HAVE ALSO LODGED COMPLAINT ON YOUR TOLL FREE NUMBER TWICE. My last ultimatum will be to discontinue BSNL land line services for ever.
