BSNL landline/broadband — Landline Basic Phone out of order for two months

I had taken a basic landline bsnl connection no. 2405868(aligarh) specially for using broadband. Connection was taken last year in Oct 2008, but since then phone remains out of order for 10 to 15 days a month. I had complained repeatedly but without any use. Now my phone is out of order for last two months but who cares.

BSNL landline/broadband — Phone Dead & BroadBand get disconnected quite often

Dear Sir,
I am using BSNL Landline (No[protected]. The equipment is not working for the past 1 week . I registered a complaint in person at a near BSNL Exchange a week ago, till there is no reponse from them. Also i am not receiving any of my Bills, no info from them in this regard too. Kindly do the needful.

BSNL landline/broadband — Not receiving bills

I have BSNL connection since December, I received only one bill for my landline / broadband connection.
after that i have not received any bills - and if the payment due date is missed, connection is put on hold.

BSNL landline/broadband — Irregular and Unexpected BILL

Sir,
My name is Sunil Kumar Das .I am holding a Landline as wel as a Broadband connection Phone number[protected] , under SURI telecom and Consumer Number 446332.
Here is my complain details present

Please read below few lines carefully.


- I have paid a bill of 1194 on 29the Dec,2009 ,but Till date I didnt
receive any BILL for that.They even said this amount will be adjusted next
month but that didn’t happen.
- My land line and Broad band was disconnected from 22nd dec 2009 to 15th
may 2010 due to some cable fault in BSNL.despite of that also I used to pay
my bill . All of sudden this month a bill amount came like 1764 INR.

Now I am fade up with the behavior of BSNL employee .Every day I used to go there offices but they don’t thing they need to reply a 56 + man .they are not ready to give a single response.
Now When I wanted to surrender my landline they are asking for the Bill for that period when connection was not provided.They said they won’t return my Deposit amount.I am feeling helpless.Please help me out
