I made a recharge for my mobile No. [protected] (BSNL) for Rs 100 through SBI Freedom Mobile Banking Services, on 08.08.10. My account was debited but recharge was not done. I request that the amount may be credited back to my account at an early date.

BSNL — recharge successful but services not activated

I have recharge my bsnl prepaid no. [protected], for Rs. 98.00 on 05Th of December. but till date The services are not being activated, or The bigger Thing is when ever i have tried to contact bsnl customer care, They are saying The same Thing That link fail hai sir, and disconnect The phone....

I recharged my mobile for Rs.220/- on 15.11.2012 (11.20 AM). It is not sucessful I received a messahe from BSNL as follows : Sales transaction for Mobile Number [protected] could not be processed please contact customer care for further assisatnce in the matter. Ref.No.[protected]

Dear sir.
I have recharge to mobile No. [protected] through online from my VISA debit card No. [protected] of Canara Bank main Branch College Road Nagercoil on the following dates
2/5/2013 recharge for Rs.55 At 03:09:36PM (I have received message form Canara Bkank " "An amount of INR 55.00 Has been debited to your account XXXXXX3680 on 02/05/2013".)

3/5/2015 recharge for Rs 100 at 9:40:02PM ( I have received message form Canara Bkank " "An amount of INR 100.00 Has been debited to your account XXXXXX3680 on 03/05/2013" )
But so for the amount is not credited and activated to the cell no [protected] (BSNL)
Why the recharge in not successful in the above cell number. Also How to verify these details
Hi,

I recharged my mobile number [protected] with Rs 118 pack (which includes 0.5GB data and unlimited voice calls) on 17 Dec 2020 from Paytm. Reference number for the same is [protected]. Amount was debited from Paytm and recharge was not done at bsnl end.We didn't receive any message from BSNL regarding the activation of pack.
I have recharged my bsnl no. twice of rs.139 and rs.49 but not received any mssg for the same, my no. Is[protected]

When ever I call from BSNL number it saying outgoing call is barred, if I try to recharge my BSNL mobile it's not getting recharged, I don't know what happening with Bsnl, it's not even allowing me to connect customer care number
I tried to recharge my father's phone using gpay, but almost on all the plans I need, it is showing "plan outdated".
How can I resolve it!!

i have recharged 56 rs plan from bsnl portal.

my data is deducted from
94 rs plan .
What happened to 56 rs 10 day 10 gb plan .
please do the needful

Earlier 18 rs 19 rs were also wasted.

Yesterday I recharged an amount of Rs. 386/- but service was renewed. Screen shot attached.

I recharged the bsnl number followed by [protected] just now of Rs 21 and the amount had been deducted for the same but the recharge service is not activated . I acknowledged the details of recharge resolve the issue or refund the amount back to my bank account.

    Sorry that i forgot to mention the mobile number of mine in the previous complaint.
    MOBILE NUMBER:- [protected].
    I dont know when i subscribed for the devotional messages from bsnl. I might have done it by mistake but when i wanted to unsubscribe those messages i couldn't do it.
    I am getting devotional messages from 12555 which i coudnt unsubscribe it after two futile attempts. Monthly 20 rupees are being cut for those messages which i dont even read.

    First time i called for customer service but i coudn't remove it (they asked me to sms UNSUB GETHA to 12555) but message is not at all reachihng them)

    Second time i directly went to bsnl center where a woman noted the complaint but nothing happened and its almost a month since that incident. Thank you.

    Plzz provide a solution for that.
    I have been try by custmer care. According to his advice i have call on 12555 but there was no any option for unsubcribe the bsnl devotional service.
    So plz stop bsnl devotional service from my mobile no.[protected]

    I am from Trichirapalli, without my permission to my BSNL mobile number [protected], a sms received into my inbox from the number 12555 that you have subscribed for mobile radio, for this service Rs.25-00 deducted. on receipt of this message we checked our prepaid balance, Rs.25-00 has been deducted, even our hand set is not compatible for this mobile radio facility.
    Kindly arrange to reimburse the amount into my account

      My cell no.[protected]. I have never subscribed any type of sms services from 52906 but receiving the cricket scores. I think Initially it was free of cost, I'm not sure because I have never noticed the deduction from my account. But now a days I'm noticing the deductions as Rs. 3.00 per day. I receive the message as - call charges to [protected] are Rs.3.00. I just want to get rid of this service. Just stop this service from immediate effect.

        I have bsnl broadband connection([protected]). I had complaint in the last month that my connection are getting cut.

        No improvement and still i am facing the same, which very poor customer service.

        Needs to be looked very serieusly.

        BSNL Broadband — INTERNET CUT

        Dear Sir,
        i request to kindly help me in solving my regular problem. we are facing every second internet cut

        BSNL — excessive bill and cutting of connection

        i have a connection of bsnl broadband connection at my home ( phone number [protected]) , i had taken the plan of rs 250 in which there was a limit of 1 GB download . The bill was coming normally
        Rs 250 for internet connection for 5to 7months and then abruptly they started giving bill of in excess of Rs 4000 for internet connnection without giving any appropriate explanation . After this i had taken airtel broadband connection and was using it and not using bsnl broadband then also they keep on sending me bills of broadband in excess of 4000. i submitted them also but now they have cut our connection and are balckmailing us to submit RS 9000 for the month of november inspite not using any bit of bsnl broadband , they are mentally and economically torturing us and are asking us a ransom by doing this. please help us in getting the broadbans connection cut and restarting our bsnl landline and help us in getting our money back which they have taken away illegally. actuaaly these bsnl people had problem in their system an to evade that they are illegally forging these bills and making life difficult for a common man lile me . please help me as for past few month they are continuously cheatin me.

          My landline telephone No[protected]. is not working from 8.8.2010. I had lodged a complaint on 9.8.2010 vide communication id No,[protected] . On today also the situation has not improved , but to my utter surprise when I enquired about the complaint status , voice response is coming" No complaint is pending against this telephone". Finding no other alternative I have lodged another complaint today i.e on 10.8.2010 vide id No.[protected].

          Please look into the matter urgently

            I have on 09.08.2010 at 6 pm paid Rs.550 for recharging my mobile No: [protected] through Megha Mobile Point, No:9a, Presidium Commercial Complex, ATTAWAR, MANGALORE (KARNATAKA) vide bill No: 609 dated 9.8.10. The shop owner showed me an SMS which reads that my above mobile No: is recharged successfully vide Ref No:[protected]. But no recharge took place actually. Please reimburse me the amount paid to BSNL through the Shop.

              Dear Sir,

              I have given an application for transfer of my landline no.[protected] on 9/7/2010 at gandhi ashram, near subhshbridge, ahmedabad. Now we are shifte to paldi even after one month , we are not in receipt of connection of landline phone. i have visited esslisbrider ahmedabad telephone exchange , staff has given reference no. ELB 85023 but they told that they are not able to install the phone at our new address. kindly look into the matter at earliest . let me know the staus at earliest

                sir iam BSNL landline customer but LL is not working with in one year i give so many compliants to nearest office and also i register the compliant in online also no is[protected] and other no is[protected] there is no response my LL no is [protected]. Every month bill will send to home we are not using the minimum call .sir i requst you to solve my problem thankingyou sir..........
                due to virus, i format my laptop, after dat i create an connection...then, whenever i use internet after 5-10 min, net dont work but status says it is connected...i need to restart my laptop to use again...
                or when i use my laptop in my office(airtel connection)...it works very good...no error comes
                when i complaint of dis to customer care...i recieved cal from technical person...i discuss with him about the problem(Network Attack...Error comes INTRUSION.WIN.DCOM.EXPLOIT)...he simply said this problem are also facing by BSNL employees...so i[censored] get the solution...then plz tell us...

                i have been facing lots of problem from the time i got this connection, this is third time for me, phone is out of order, i gave complaint on 10/11/2009, still no response from bsnl, i have called local exchange, i spoke to JE there he os not responding properly,

                BSNL — NO ONE RESPONSE FOR COMPLAINT

                PHONE / INSTRUMENT ( NO:[protected] IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. INITIALLY WE MADE COMPLAIN FOR INSTRUMENT AND THEY COME & REPLACED WITH SOME OLD PHONE EVEN WITHOUT CHECKING FROM THEIR SIDE. FROM INSTALLED (OLD) PHONE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY CALLS. REGARDING THIS I MADE TELE. COMPLAINT ATLEAST 6 TIMES AND MEET JE / BSNL- ZILLAPARISAD-VIZAG & GIVEN WRITTEN COMPLAINT TOO.
                AFTER THAT ALSO, LAST 15DAYS NO ONE REVERT BACK. WE WENT TO CHECK JE OFFICE & GOT REPLY JE WENT ON SOME TRAINING PROGRAME.
                POOR RESONSE & IRRESPONSIBLITY OF JE SHOWS THE BSNL UNDER POOR LIGHT.
                NOTE: ALL MY TELE COMPLAINTS ARE CLSOED WITHOUT ACTION & WITHOUT COMMUNICATION TO ME.
                I HOPE, BSNL DO GOOD AT OTHER PLACES.
                REQUEST TAKE ACTION IN THIS CASE IMMEDIATELY , OTHER WISE INFORM ME , IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE SERVCE.

                BSNL — no proper response

                bsnl has worst cheap third grade customer care service , mobile plans(as they are only valid for 90 days 180 days etc), as well as third class network(not in sense of coverage but problems), there are no young and dynamic workers as seniors who can take care of it properly. if the managers and the seniors change and become caring towards customers then no doubt it will be no 1 in our country but!!!!!!!! bull it now its the worst i have ever experienced. i shifted to docomo. it has best customer care response also good network and internet speed . good bye for bloody slowish irritating bsnl.......

                BSNL — no proper response from bsnl

                I am senior citizen and i am using bsnl landline and my no is[protected] .The phone got repaired several times a year and when they come for repair they ask for money.and now the phone is repaired and i called the customer care of bsnl and got no proper response i even send a letter to the vellore division senior office and also there is no response..but they asked me to pay the monthly bill without even using the phone ..
                MY BSNL PHONE IS DEAD .I APPORACH CHAVARA EXCHANGE.BUT THE JTO THERE ASK ME TO APPROCH KOLLAM OFFICE.THE JTO IN CHAVARA BRACH IS AN IRESPONSIBLE PERSON.SHE IS USELESS THERE.SO PLS TAKE AN ACTION IMMEDIATELY
                I raised a complaint regarding frequent of broadband connection and noisy landline voice. My complaint number is [protected], but my complaint has been closed without any response. My problem was neither resolved nor any one even called me regarding that. I waited four days but got fooled. I called to customer care and explained what happened to me, the person booked an another complaint "[protected]" and cut the call. Its been four days since I booked the complaint but still no response.

                I subscribed for unlimited plan and I have to pay the full bill regardless of all these problem. No one cares whether I have the proper connection or not. Even after raising complaints no one cares. If I dont pay the bill then my connection gets disconnected automatically.

                I wont care much if I had problem in watching a movie or for entertainment using internet. I am not able to do my job because of this problem and I am not able to study as well since I have to relay much on internet.

                Being in India and using a national network seems to be a problem. Country's situation is pathetic.

I have got msg from[protected] which contains Thanks for downloading Javagame at[protected] & 50 rs. has been deducted. But I havnt download any type of java game in my mobile. no new game is downloaded or install in my cell phone. I have complaint to Customer care on 30/07/2010, they give me complaint no.G30891688 & says your problem will be solve in 48 hours. today is 09/08/2010 but my problem is similar stand & they are not waive my deducted balance. Please take a effective action in this regard.

                      i have not able to receive call on my nokia mobile when i was using GPRS THROUGH BSNLLIVE on my bsnl nokia mobile
                      .this problem is from last 2 months.but i did't get any respond for this.
                      service provider first told me to change ur handset and after that they told me to renew ur sim.but this problem is still accured .
                      i have complaint about that many times to our nearest bsnl custmer care center (ABOHAR)
                      but that told me that we can't do anything we can only post ur complaint to ferozepur
                      so plz help me or send me any no.where can i complaiant about that

                        I(Mitrajit Chatterjee ) has taken broad board connection[protected] from BSNL(calcutta Telephones ) and the plan is 1350/- per month, but from last 4 month i am unable to use the same as every alternet day this connection is getting faulty, I have lodge several complaint for this but no action has been taken , when i enquered from technical department , it was know that there is some big fault in this exchange for which there is no proper supply of power so this is getting faulty every alternet day, & no action has been taken to solve the issue , would request you to help me in this regards

                        My broadband line[protected] is out of order from Saturday 21.12.2013. Fault booking done. No remedy.
                        Each month the line is out of order. Totally fed-up with service.
                        Each time I have to go to the exchange and request the engineer and get the fault corrected.

                          Subject : getting justice from the apathy of officials.

                          Honorable Sir,
                          I am a consumer of BSNL. At the same time I am a victim of apathy of the employees of BSNL.
                          My landline phone was disconnected in the year 2007. When I went in to the nearby Harsul T point BSNL office I was told to go to Mukundwadi head office. There in the head office I was informed if you pay Rs. 178/- you will get your phone re-connected. So, I went to the BSNL office beside Jalna Road and paid Rs. 178/- on 30th April 2007. Bill no. is 99044/30. The copy of it is given below:


                          For my great surprise the next day my land line got activated. The whole family was very very happy. But our joy did not last more than one day. The very next day again my landline was disconnected. Then I paid no heed for almost one year.
                          Again I felt like getting my phone connected I used to go to Harsul T point BSNL office.
                          They finally told me to pay Rs. 844/- and your problem will be solved permanently. I reluctantly decided to pay that amount on 16th August 2008. I paid Rs 844/- bill no. is [protected],25,26,27.




                          Again the next day my phone got connected. We were again very happy. But automatic reminder calls came repeatedly and warned me to pay the bill. It also comforted by saying “if you paid the bill please ignore this call”. As I already paid the bill, I ignored those calls. But for our utter disappointment our landline connection was again disconnected after one month.
                          I kept on contacting and requesting BSNL Harsul T-point office and Mukundwadi head office umpteen occasions, but all in vain. Finally, one man from the BSNL Harsul T-point office kindly informed me though I paid the bill there is no entry of that amount in their computer. That was the last official information I got. I did not know whom to contact further.
                          But the main problem I face is after paying the bill what else I should do to get the entry of the amount into their computer? Is it my job entering the amount into the computer? Should I pay extra amount for computer entry? All these are the questions I have no answer.
                          I don’t understand why the landline employees of BSNL are treating innocent people like me in such an irresponsible manner. When telecommunication took India by storm and global giants of handset and cell phone manufacturing companies are competing to invest in Indian telecommunication field to reap heavy returns to their investment. It seems that the employees of BSNL are absolutely unaware about what is happening around them and the huge loss incurred to the departed because of their fault.
                          Honorable sir, is there any way out for me? Is there any provision in BSNL for me to get my landline phone reconnected again (not for one day or one month, but on the regular basis.) If there is no option at all remaining for victims like me it is my humblest request that please let me get my money and the deposit back so that let my soul escape from the BSNL landline trap permanently.
                          I hope that at least you will pay attention to my grievances. I conclude here with high expectation of your favorable response to a victim like me.

                          BSNL — DISCONNECT CONNECTION WITHOUT WARNING

                            Sir,
                            I have been registered to BSNL 500 COMBO PLAN for the last 1 month. BSNL promised better speed and usage during the free hours i.e. 2.00 am to 8.00 am. But from the last week I am really disappointed. I am not enough speed not enough to even open a simple Google Homepage. I agree that there can be heavy usage but BSNL should take care of it. After all we are paying them the bills for our usage. If we are not able to have proper usage as promised by BSNL then whats the use of sponsoring big ads stating good broadband speed.

                            I switched from Broadband 250 PLAN to 500C PLAN hoping to make proper usage since I have to deal with many softwares for my projects. Hope my complaint will be considered.

                            Please provide the service BSNL promised.

                            i have taken the bsnl broadwand connection of 256kbps but i dont think that i am getting the speed of256kbps and when i try to call the customer care they donot take call or do not talk in a proper manner.so inspite of paying them and remaingn with them since so long i am not provided proper service.so please i want that what they are advertising and promoting abt 256 kbps services they should fulfill it

                            i am sending you problem of my brother what he faced in opening an account in sbi branch of khokhra.he was told that they open an account only after 10th date of all months.more over they promise to open an account in 10 minutes, but it took more than 8 days to open an account due to their inactiveness.so i wannt that they keep their comitment and others like my brother do not get harrased.

                            I have recently switched my BSNL Broadband plan from 500 C to 750 C plus couldnt get the 512kbps speed as offered in my plan 750 c plus .. only geting around 30-60kbps... am fed up.. pls help..

                            the bsnl had said that they will provide a speed of 256 kbps but they hardly provide 25 kbps. when i asked them ,they say this is the correct speed!

                              ISSUES WITH BSNL CONNECTION for quite some time[protected] BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY TELEPHONE TECHNICIANS SO FAR. I HAVE THE LANDLINE CONNECTION 2 FROM BSNL FOR OVER 12 YEARS. I HAVE LOGGED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS BUT NO ONE BOTHERS TO ADDRESS THEM. I DON'T THINK IT IS WORTH A DIME I AM PAYING. EXCEPT THAT YOUR BILL IS ACCEPTED BY GOVT DEPTS. IT TIME EVEN THE GOVT SHOULD STRIP THIS PRIVILAGE OF BSNL, THEN BSNL WILL REALIZE THE HOW MANY CUSTOMER ACTUALLY WANT TO STICK WITH YOU. ITS NOT PERSONAL BUT SEEMS LIKE BSNL HAS BECOME A LIABILITY FOR THE COUNTRY BY NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICES AND CAUSING SO MUCH ON PRODUCTIVITY LOSS FOR THE COUNTRY EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR CONNECTION. IF SOMEONE IS READING THIS AND HAVE GUTS SHOULD CONTACT THE D.E OF MUSHEERABAD AND MAKE HIM TO TAKE SOME ACTION AND PROVIDE AN UPDATE BACK TO YOUR DEPT.

I complained to the exchange morethan 15 times. some peoples coming from exchange (Telephone and Internet), then they will put this problem other persons head.I mean, tel person told us this is internet problem, and internet person told this is Telephone line problem. They are playing with customers, what we want, wedont know now...? Also my connection is one year subscription.So please arrange to clear our problem problem as soon as possible.

                                  this is to bring to your notice that the bsnl landline number[protected] located at karmik nagar, dhanbad is out of order for more than a week. attached to it is the bsnl broadband connection which is not functioning simultaneously. the complaint has already been made for more than a week, and constant reminders are also given but there is absolutely no response from the side. non working of both the ladline and broadband is adding great trouble to the scene.
