    I AM FEELING VERY HARASSED BY UNKNOWN SMS WHICH SENDS USELESS SMS BUT ARE CHARGING MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT. WHEN I REPLY U"UNSUBSCRIBE", MESSAGE DOES NOT GO. SMS IS COMING FROM[protected] WHICH IS REGULARLY DEDUCTING RS 10 EVERY WEEK. FROM YESTERDAY SMS CAME FROM 55678001 WHICH DEDUCTED RS 1. I HAVE PAID MONEY TO BSNL & CREDIT STANDS TO MY MOBILE ACCOUNT. WHEN I HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY AUTHORITY TO DEDUCT, FROM MY ACCOUNT HOW BSNL IS DEDUCTING AND TO WHERE IT IS BEING SIPHONED. I HAVE TAKEN THE HELP OF BSNL CUSTOMER CARE [protected] , THEY TRACK THAT THESE MESSAGE ARE CROPPING UP FROM THEIR SERVER AT CHANDIGARH, BUT ARE NOT ABLE TO STOP THEM. pL HELP & GUIDE TO STOP DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT AND TELL ME THE PROCEDURE TO GET INFORMATION UNDER RTI ACT AS I WANT TO SUE THESE BSNL OFFICIALS FOR UNNECESSARY HARASSMENT TO CONSUMER.

    BSNL — Unknown SMS

    I am a customer of BSNL, Srinagar(J&K). My complents are as follows
    Frequent SMS for ring tone, Chat Gazal etc which i do not like.
    Do not get mobile bill in time resulting in disconnect of mobile service due to non payment of bill.
    Roming charges when i do not on roaming
    Poor connectivity in Shalimar area of Srinagar
    Detailled billing is not being provided on my email address.
    Phone no written in the bill ([protected]) for further clearification is always out of order.

    I am one of the BSNL excel consumer.

    I have a connection of excel jodi prepaid plan, the numbers are [protected] and [protected]
    using myself and another one with my mother respectively.

    BSNL service has been deducted unknown deduction from my Mobile from December 2010,
    I was try to contact their consumer care number 123,1503,[protected] continuously but unable to reach the call center executive and directly contact the customer care center in Tiruvottiyur, they are also not response to me.

    I have send a mail to nodal officer also, there is no reply for that also.

    I expect your favourable reply.

    I am a BSNL Pre paid subscriber and using atariff card of Rs222/month. According to this plan BSNL to BSNL night calling is free. But some of my balance is daily deducted by BSNL service provider .I have already complain many times, But BSNL customer care has not taken any action till now.

    BSNL — unknown deduction of money

    Dear Sir
    The BSNL number [protected] (BSNL < Kerala) is in of women power scheme , used by my wife. Please look in to the many comp[laints registered through your customer care centre regarding unwanted SMS (like wap activation, hot pic download etc.) followed by deducting of money from the account
    Please note that we have never activated or requested for any such cases. So this unwanted money deduction may be stopped immediately or else we are moving ahead with recovery procedures.
    Also , we feel that the complaints are not considered as these were registered by women and taken it as granted and ignores. Also please note that we were compelled to use this forum due to ineffective response from your staff.(for example please check what happened to complaint no. J04KL572812 dtd 04 Oct 11 which is informed to us through SMS)
    Thanking you in the hope that an ealier action will be initiated by BSNL.

      From 28 May 2010 till 28 July my landline no-2729540 remained cut-off due to GVMC road work and cutting of cable.On contacting the concerned DEE and down yhe line SDO and JE all promised me for providing rebate for that period but so far nothing has been rebated.Truely represents India "Hopeless"

        My Name is Bhole shankar goyal. i have took a BSNL Broadband Internet connection dtd on 3 jan 2011 on my landline no. 233547 but since the date thare is no regular connectivity of internet and after calling on customar care centre they give a No. that is 1957 and told me to register your complain on this no. and after half and hour contuine calling on this no. i didn't get any satesfied answer so will this consumer fourm do a fovour for me its a highly oblised request from my side plz. short out my complain as soon as possible plz. otherwise i have to do somethiing vary strong.
        and Please call me in day time.

          I have Bsnl prepaid mobile phone. On 18/01/2011 Bsnl charged me Rs.5.00 but I have never call or message to anybody. Then I have complaint customercare ( Complaint no.4678246) they told me your problem will be sloved within 24hr but problem not sloved. Then After 4days I have again call to him then agian he told me sorry sir your problem will be sloved within 24hrs & disconnect the call & thattime he charged me again Rs.9.59 for calling with him on his toll free service no.So I have agian complaint ( no.4691295) but they till never sloving my problem & never return back my balance refund. So i calling again & again but they are not transferring my call to his & never slove my problem.My other Bsnl user friends are facing same problem.

            Hi im Shiva, im a BSNL PREPAID customer since 2years, in this two years i faced some problems with this provider like deduction of balance from my prepaid account for unknown reasons, charging me more rates than usual, and more over the customer care providers, they will make me to hold for nearly half and hour or more to take one complaint and not solving it after more than 72hrs after making a promise in solving it in 24hrs, making me hold in line and improper response from customer care people.
            I recently logged a complaint against my balance deduction recently while i was looking to change my service from bsnl to other service through MNP, i got shocked by looking my balance as negative from positive.i logged a complaint on 23rd jan 2011 regarding this, cc people said i activated some service which i dint do. after taking that complaint he promised to clear that within 24hrs, which he dint do, later i called again after 24hrs they said they will review my complaint and send me details in 2hrs, which again he failed. After 48hrs i called again, but response was again poor i logged a complaint again on that, no response again yet. Each time i was wasting my half an hour to one hour of time for calling to cc, answers i used to get were, NO ACTIVE SERVERS, NO SENIOR EXECUTIVES, CANT HELP, MUST WAIT FOR SOME MORE TIME, CALL US AGAIN AFTER 1HR OR SO, etc..,
            I please request you to solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you

                BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
                I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

                I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

                Dear admin, please escalate my complaint to BSNL officials. i badly need good net speeds, but unable even to surf websites with bsnl 3g.

                  Hai I am residing in a village named Poyya in Thrissur District, Kerala. I applied for a broadband connection from BSNL office in Mala, which is the office to provide BSNL service for our area, in November 2009. I got WLL connection with a guarantee that I will provided broadband landline connection as soon as possible. I waited for 6 months...after that one day the lineman came and told me he can arrange for connection. I said ok...then I went to BSNL office to pay my bill and met JTO and told him that lineman told me he can give the connection and asked him to kindly process my application. He asked me to re-submit an application stating to change the WLL to landline...I did that. After 4 months the cable came to my house and it is still lying in ground. When I enquire about this with an officer in Thrissur office to whom complaints are given, he said he will look into that...then no answer....Then I called JTO and asked him...he told I will get the connection in 1 month....I called the lineman...he told he will not do anything since I contacted JTO....I asked JTO...he told lineman only can do anything....suddenly one day my neighbor got the connection after giving an application just one week before....I asked him how....he told "BRIBE the lineman" u will get it.....

                  This is what happening now....JTO and lineman and not in good terms and they are playing with my connection which I deserve.....secondly, I have to bribe the lineman for the connection....

                  One day a lady from the exchange called me and asked did I apply for the connection? Is BSNL laying cable to all the house in the country with applying for that??? then HOW come they lay the cable to my house....

                  From my experience to get a connection from BSNL either kneel to ground and beg with every person in the exchange or bribe them.....

                  Even giving a complaint to the person authorized for that is not enough

                  I dont understand what mistake I did.....not paying bribe or contact JTO....

                  anyhow I had enough with BSNL....let me wait for a private provider....I will cost me more but I will get the service.....

                      My Telephone no is 2540 7763 and my Regn no is ASN/BB/H9/08-09/0105 Dt. : 28/06/2008 regarding broad band connection and in the connection form i have mentioned that i have a laptop and i need a Type - II type modem which has Wifi system but surprisingly your JTO Broadband for Barrackpore Area supplied me a Type - I type modem which i didnot asked for, now I have question for you if you want to give me a Type - I type modem then why did you asked me 1800/- for procurement the Type - II type modem intead of 1200/- for the Type - I type.
                      Are you not cheating the customer?
                      I do not know what I shall do now.

                      I apply for BB connection with Land line phone in DEC 2011. Rs1800/ deposited for Type 2 modem but type 1 installed with the condition that type 2 will be fitted After some days. After passing of 4 months BSNL not replaced the modem. I oraly request Dupty GM of Jhansi to adjust 1800/ in next bills &grant permission to purchage from market because according BB rules customer may have his own Modem.they refuse for it.we use Laptops &modem type 1 is unconvinent. therefore I request to forum to solve the prob.

                        there are five counters at berhampur bsnl office.one is for duplicate bill(.counter 5).remaining for collection of bill.but just two are functioning.i have attached some pictures also.the counter 1 and 2 are functioning.where as 3,4,5 are out of order. but the working hrs written are 9.00 am to 4.00 pm for counter 5, and for others also. and see the situation of complain box

                          My father have a BSNL (kolkata) prepaid connection since 2006.Due to its poor network, we decided to shift to VODAFONE through MNP. I have submitted all required documents in the vodafone store on 20th jan,2011. From 23rd i am calling vodafone customer care they are telling it will be done when BSNL give us clearance.                           Same problem with me arising too.. neither vodafone people are helping nor bsnl.. have requested to port my number on 21st jan still today no response several times called vodafone helpline they people talk so rude as in m getting paid for that. my number which wanted to port is[protected]...

                          i'm using bsnl from 2005.but i faced the prob for a while and after that the network restored.accoring to my opinion i would like to say that don't disconnect bsnl because these private operators are rubber.whatever i know in kolkata bsnl network has no problem.I[censored] watch that bsnl added highest customer during last 3months.That is why give me a answer how is it possible if bsnl give poor connection.
                          are u sure u will have no problem i[censored] switch to vaodafone.

                            I am dissatisfied with the service of BSNL as they took more than 2 months to put my Landline phone
                            at my home and now it has been more than 3 months and they still have'nt activated my BSNL Landline.
                            Every time i have called them there has been an excuse saying it will happen soon not to mention from the S.D.O who himself has talked atleast 5-6 times with me assuring me it will happen soon but to no vain. All my requests have fallen on deaf ears . I am putting this complain because of my utter frusteration and dissatisfaction against BSNL authorities. The Govt. should realize what kind of loss is this if someone installs the landline set and its been just kept as a showcase at home as the landline has not been activated from past 3 months.                               This is very sad to say but after launging 3G and MNP, BSNL EVDO services are at their worst. From last 3 days and 4 complaints still I am nor able to connect my EVDO and as usual BSNL is very slow in process.
                              My Problem is very clear:
                              01. I start my Laptop.
                              02. connect EVDO from its shortcut and It got connect.
                              03. Within a minute Down Rate goes on "0".
                              04. I wait for 5 minutes but Down Rate remains unchanged.
                              05. I disconnect and try to connect again.
                              06. When I try to reconnect it starts showing "Remote computer does not respond..."
                              I file 4 complaint on 1502 but still not got permanent solution. They are keep saying we forward your complaint and all. I want they solve my problem but they are just interested in forwarding my problem.
                              God knows what to do now.

                                I HAVE TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE 3 DAYS AGO REGARDING GPRS SETTINGS, HE TOLD ME THAT I WILL SHORTLY RECEIVE MESSAGE OF SETTINGS, THEN AGAIN I CALLED IN THE NOON THEN AGAIN HE TOLD ME THAT WE WILL SEND YOU SETTINGS IN SHORT TIME, NOW THE TIME IS OUT OF ACCESS THAT YOU PEOPLES DOES'NT UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF THE CUSTOMERS.NOW WHEN I CALL AT CUSTOMER CARE AND TELL THAT I WANT THE ANSWER THEN THEY JUST PUT MY CALL ON HOLD, AND DON'T EVEN COME BACK TO GIVE THE ANSWER.
                                THIS IS THE RIDICULOUS SERVICE THAT YOU ARE GIVING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
                                I HAVE HEARD A LOT THAT BSNL IS THE WORST COMPANY IN GIVING SERVICES BUT NOW I HAVE REALISED THAT IT IS REALLY A WORST COMPANY, THIS COMPANY DOES'NT CARES THAT WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE.

                                BSNL should be noted in Guinness book for its worst service..
                                it also seems that no action has not ever been taken till date against such company because it's government company. do you think this is a professionalism. the way they provide service is worst ever i have seen so far.

                                  My telephone No. is[protected] in village Mandhol PO Thara Tehsil Baijnath Distt Kangra HP is faulty since 14/1/11 and complaint lodged with BSNL Dharamsala not attended till today though 14 days has elapsed.It is under SDO BSNL Baijnath.Bsnl is going to introduce new schemes of Broadband and not paying attention to od connection.

                                    I HAVE BEEN BILLED WRONGLY. WHEN I APPLIED FOR THE CONNECTION HOME COMBO ULF-1000, IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I FOR THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, THE USAGE OF THE MODEM IS FREE OF CHARGE AND FROM THE AFTER THAT TIME, I WOULD HAVE THE OPTION OF EITHER MAKING A FULL TIME PAYMENT FOR THE MODEM AT ONCE OR PAY RS. 80 PER MONTH UNTIL THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE MODEM WAS RECOVERED (10-13 MONTHS, IT WAS TOLD).
                                    THERE ARE NO CALL CHARGES. IN MY DEBIT ADJUSTMENT DETAILS, I HAVE A CHARGES UNDER ADVANCE RENTAL DEPOSIT PAID (ADJUSTED WITH ADVANCE PAID, NPC-INST. CHARGES, INST. FEE BROADBAND AND MODEM DEPOSIT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO BRING THIS TO ATTENTION OF THE BILLING AUTHORITIES, BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE ON ANY OF THE NUMMBERS MENTIONED IN THE BILL, INCLUDING THE COMMON CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS. PLEASE CHECK THE NEEDFUL AND GET BACK TO ME.
