[Resolved]  BSNL MANIKJOD plan — following double standards by the company

dear sir/madam,
i am a subscriber of bsnl MANIKJOD plan of kolkata,west bengal.
they had given an advertisement in the all leading newspapers that, those who have landline of bsnl in their house will get a rent free mobile for lifetime(subject to the condition of company's lifetime too).
and all calls made from that mobile to the home landline, against which the mobile was given will be absolutely free of cost.
and in other numbers the calls will be chargable.
all the bsnl customers were attracted to the plan and subscribe the same.
but unfortunately, they have recently levied Rs.40/- rental/month,which is totally leaving its customers in a double standard.
it is in this regards, a consumer case was also launched.i want to know what is the present status of the case and why they are charging Rs.40/- on the same per month?
