Total Bill amount was Rs.18525/- in Bill period May' 09(Excess Billing of Rs. 9368/- due to non-updated / faulty programming in your computer, now being regularised, but 10% S/Tax i.e.Rs. 937/- deducted against this excess Billing are not being regularised by A.O.(Shri Podder, BSNL,Jessore Road.Kol - 28) on the plea that once it is deposited in Govt.Treasury cannot be refunded/regularised. 2). Total Bill amount was Rs.8399.27 in Bill period July' 09(Excess Billing of Rs.1500/- due to same reason as shown above, now Rs.1500/- will be regularised in furure Bill, but 10% S/Tax i.e. Rs.150/- deducted against this excess Billing are not being refunded/regularised by A.O.(Shri Podder) for the same reason. 3). In this regard I had given him letter on 26.08.09 but he is not ready to do it. In this context I like to inform you about the law vogue in Income Tax Department, Govt. of India that if excess Tax Deducted at Source in a particular month and deposited in Govt.Treasury,the said excess amount is regularised in the next month or so if it is in the sameFinancial Year.This case also falls in the same Financial Year, so there should not be any problem, but only thing is to see that Toal S/Tax deduction must be 10% of total annual charge (i.e. BB Fixed charge, T/Phone call charge etc.), more over such type of S/Tax refund/regularisation had also been given to me in the past.Since this has happened due to your faulty system for which I may not be victimised. 4). i am a subscriber of bsnl MANIKJOD plan of kolkata,west bengal.
they had given an advertisement in the all leading newspapers that, those who have landline of bsnl in their house will get a rent free mobile for lifetime(subject to the condition of company's lifetime too).
and all calls made from that mobile to the home landline, against which the mobile was given will be absolutely free of cost.br...

I BROUGHT IT TWO WEEKS BEFORE ..THEY SAID ME THAT IT GET 144 KBPS ..BUT NOW ITS EVEN 5.00KB THAT TOO IT CONNECTS ONLY SOME TIMES IN A DAY ....

I have a 500C connection activated in late July which I knew to be an unlimited connection after calcutta telephones has slashed their unlimited plan charges from 750 to 500. however, the first bill I received was Rs. 31467/- with broadband charges of 27292/-. I lodged an online complaint against this stupendous amount of bill but still have not received any reply. what I want to say is that even if the plan has been discontinued or aborted without any prior information, I having received the connection at the end of the month can not possibly download data amounting to 35 GB within 3 or even less days. And in the month of august my data dl/ul amounts to 22 GB whereas I only used night ul timing to download. I only visited my orkut profile during normal surfing hour which can not amount to 22 GB in any case, at most it would be 10 * 0.80 * 30 = 240 /-. I wonder what's their problem, my elder sister had a bsnl landline number earlier, they charged her 4017/- stating internet bill usage charge but she had no computer at her house !

On enquiry it is known from your office that I have to go to local commercial office (Barrakpore) to shift my post-paid cellone connection to pre-paid. I am a Central Govt. employee and working in proper Kolkata. So, I have to take a leave for the purpose. Do you think that India will progress with this type of rule where a Govt. employee is compelled to take leave from office for a petty work related with other Govt. organisation? If you think 'yes', then I have nothing to say. But if you think 'no', then please give necessary instruction to your Kolkata Head Office to receive my application with a copy to me.

i dont want messages and ringtones from the company as it disturbs a lot.

I applied the IPTV on 11.07.09 and cheque got cleared on 14-15 of the same month. at the time of booking executive (Mr. Hitesh-[protected]) has told that Modem will be replaced at the cost of Rs. 600/- (after checking the Modem) but at the time of installation the amount was told as Rs. 1,600/-, so I refused to take the connection at the same movement because of wrong commitment before starting. Now when I call for refund the security amt he replied that he need an application from me and collected from me on 19.07.09, again he didn't come. When I call again he replied that he will conform me soon Then he gave me a new No. of Mr. Narendra to ask about cheque and I am asking him a long and his only revert is cheque will be dispeched tommorow or cheque is couriered and he will provide me the POD No. but till today I have not received the cheque.

Now it 2 months has passed but I have not received my money back and not received any satisfactory revert from Them.

Pls help me out.

This is to inform you that from last 2-3 days we are trying to activate GPRS service on my No [protected] (Student Plan). We called the Customer Care Executive many times but they are just giving one alternate to SMS (gprspre to 53733) with in response giving error message. We already has inserted Rs 230 voucher for GPRS on my Number but when we connect it to our Computer their is always a "TEMPORARY NETWOK PROBLEM". Please try to solve it ASAP.

Secondly we called one of your Agent Named (Mr Rupinder) Himachal Pradesh. I gave him my complaint No (I[protected] registered on 10th Sep at 11:46 Hrs but instead of helping me he gave a rude reply that He cannot help me and can't transfer my call to their Senior Person, after insisting he transfered my call to Mr Ravi Sharma he promised to solve the problem before 02:00 Pm (11th Sep'09) but after waiting a lot their is no solution.

Sir, I am a user of bsnl prepaid mobile (under saral anant scheme). My mobile no is [protected]. I live in Srinagar gate no.2, Madhyamgram, North 24 pgs, Kolkata-700 129. My problem is I'm facing poor network, call drop, STD and ISD facility is not working properly. I'm suffering this from last two year. I complaint several times in bsnl helpline and also submit complaint letters to Divisional Engineer (CMTS), Territy Bazar Telephone Exchange Kolkata 700073. But my problem is not solved.
If I will not get any improvement then I will have to discontinue my connection. I hope you will take care of this matter.

Really i fed up with BSNL Customer care service i am getting a service massage to my phone (Nokia e71) every 10 seconds no of times i contacted them no body solve me problem. if it is private service they will act immediatly

Sir,
I tried to enquire about the router for the net connection. I made a call 3 times to the customer care no. 1500, after excecuting the menu options the call is not answered. They are picking the phone and keeping it down without answering. At the same time the other p[hone in that office is ringing they are attending that phone. This is not at all good for such a big network.Very bad customer service.
Please instruct them to attend the calls.

I am a student, among many thousands studying in Modinagar, Ghaziabad.
Regarding the GSM services congestion has always been a problem since the very first day, but the major problem is the sudden absence of network signal. No other network whether Idea, Airtel or Vodafone poses such problem. This happens for 5-6 times a week and continues for hours, leaving us stranded without service. The situation has not improved since more than an year. Moreover the congestion is so great that it is possible to get a call made after making an average of 50-60 attempts. Hence we dare not attempt a call during peak hours unless it becomes absolutely necessary.
We live hundreds of kilometres from our families. Without proper telecommunication services, it becomes very difficult for us.

sir,i am using broadband for more than 10 months. internet is not constant when i am using, its automatically disconnected and connected.i have informed this problem in bsnl office many times, but they never cared about this matter.pls help me to solve this problem, the staffs working in bsnl office, mallapuram ,dont hane proper knowledge about the hadware and software......mallapuram,chengalpattu,tamilnadu.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR TELEPHONE CONNECTION AT MY RESIDENCE ( 52/C K M NASKAR ROAD, BEHIND MALANCHA THEATRE, REGENT PARK , KOLKATTA 700040 ON 21.04.1998 BY DEPOSITING RS. 3000.00 ( RECEIPT NO. RKTGG4040 DT. 21.04.1998 ISSUED BY Commercial Officer (South) calcutta Telephones, 3A, Garihat Road, Calcutta 700019. My application number was CTD/B No. 885631 dt. 26.03.1998. The Registration Card issued by Commercial Officer, South, Calcutta Telephones, 3A, Garihat Road Calcutta 700019 is bearing registration No. RKT/GG/98-99/0208 DT. 21.04.1998 FORM NO. B885631 under NON-OYT (GENL) category with Customer No.[protected].
I was not given any connection in that place. In the mean time I got transferred to Mangalore.
I have given letter to refund the amount or transfer the connection to Mangalore (Karnataka). The acknowledgement issued by them was RKT/GG/98-99/0208 DT. 21.04.1998.
There was no response for several reminders.
After shifting to Mangalore (Karnataka) my residence was "SHARADA" KALBAVI ROAD, KOTTARA, MANGALORE KARNATAKA. I have received one letter to my Mangalore Address from MR. S N BAIRAGI Commercial Officer, ( Jadavapur) Calcutta Telephones bearing with above reference number ( RKT/GG/98-99/0208 DT. 20.04.2001 asking me to contact him in person. But I could not go to Calcutta from Mangalore.
Subsequently I received one letter bearing above said reference number dt. 03.01.2003 asking me to send the original voucher of deposit and a stamped receipt for having received the payment with interest of Rs. 1050 along with the deposit amount of Rs. 3000.00 after that cheque will be issued.
I have sent the original deposit receipt and a stamped receipt for Rs. 4050.00.
But sir, till date I have not received the refund amount. My present address as below:
FLAT NO. 204, "MAHENDRA MANOR", PATRAO LANE, KARANGALAPADY, MANGALORE 575003. KARNATAKA. TEL[protected].

Please help me in getting back the money as early as possible with upto date interest @ 18.00 % P.A.

ihad made a complaint regarding migration of mobile no.[protected] from VENNELA TO VENNELAPLUS with the MIGRATION VOUCHER OF RS 199/ BEARING NO.[protected] ON 7-9-2009 AT ABOUT 6AM.IHAD RECEIVED SMS FROM 53733 THATMY PREPAID ACCOUNT WAS MIGRATED TO VENNELAPLUS ASKING ME TO SEND SMSFOR 5 NEW FNF NOS WITH ONE LANDLINE MANDATORY.ACCORDINGLY IAM SENDING SMS FORFNF NOS.TO MY SURPRISE IAM GETTING REPLY FROM 53733 STATINGTHATONLY LOCALBSNL LANDLNE NUMBER IS ALLOWED.THE LAST SMS RECEIVED REG FNF NOS WAS AT 8.28 PM TODAY I.E ON 10-9-09.
ACCORDING TO PLAN ONLY IHAD GIVEN 2 BSNL LANDLINE LOCAL NOS AND 3 MOBILE NOS. WHEN I COTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT [protected] REG THIS PLAN ,THEY TOLD ME THE SAME PROCEDURE SHOULD FOLLOW.
IYOU HAD TAKEN 4 DAYS FOR MIGRATION AND HOW MANY DAYS YOU WILL TAKE TO ACTIVATE MY FNF PLAN,FOR WHICH IWAS VERY MUCH ANNOYED AND MY VALUABLE TIME WAS WASTED FOR THIS SIMPLE WORK.
IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE FACTS I REQEST YOU TO ENQUIRE IN TO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

Panchkula(Hr.)But this time my simcard little bit broken & I have my broken simcard with sim no. but it is not activate . Bsnl Sec-5 Panchkula person says above said address are not sufficient or liable for issuing the duplicate simcard on above said address because the mobile no. in Punjab circle & address proof given from you in Haryana circle . But I am very surprised about this . Sir, if it is not liable then why you activate my cell no.from many years to till date , It is 7-8 years old no. Please issue me a duplicate sim card above said no as soon as possible
