[Resolved]  BSNL meerut — fake billing

Hi,
I am a BSNL Cellone customer [protected]) in mainpuri. Since last two month I am getting SMSs from[protected]cricket service)and 15 Rs is deducted from my prepaid balance after 15 days for this. I never subscribed for any such service.many times i registered my problem to customer care(complain no.6778175 0n dated 11jan 2011, b24up347664 on dated 24 feb 2011, b28up379023 on dated 28 feb 2011, co7up432223 on dated 7 march 2011 )but my problem not solved still. This is clearly a fraudulent act from company owning the number[protected].
Please let me know how to get rid of this problem and also how to recover the lost balance.

Sir, I was taken a connection of BSNLbroadband aprox seven month before.my first bill was Rs5140/ i dont no why because i am not very much user.then i change my plan as per bsnl employ suggest me unlimited home plan BB499 but when i went to deposit bill i was again in strange because my bill was Rs1254/ in place of Rs500+service tax i wants to know that when my plan is unlimited then why i pay more my phone no is[protected] and address is CA-51-ansal colony, shastri nagar meerut i also wants to know why BSNL Dipartment never sent me monthly bill by post at my address not a single time so i always go for tele.Exchange. and get duplicate bill but their is no detail in this bill so please help me
