I made a request for the shifting of my land line connection no.[protected] in the month of Aug. 2010 from Murali Nagar, Madhavadhara, (Industrial Estate Exchange) to Madhurawada ( Opp. Car Shed Jn. exchange). It took almost one month for the shirting. The above phone facility was with a Broad Band under Home Plan. Even though the shirting of the telephone took pace in the fag end of Sept. 2010, I could not be provided the Broad Band facility for almost another 10 days. After a long pursuasion and complaint to the DE, on[protected] I could get the BB facility. Till then i.e. upto July, 2010 I paid the telephone bills & there were no arrears. The monthly bill for Aug. 2010 payable in Sept. 2010 could not be received by me inspite of my clear cut information with regard the change of address to the concerned authorities. I received the Bill for the month of Sept. 2010 payable in Oct. 2010 with some call charges & monthly Broad Band facility charges of Rs. 750/-. I paid the bill well before time - on[protected]. Inspite of prompt payment of my Sept. 2010 bill, my telephone line was disconnected with a message that some amounts were due. After verifying from the call center I could understand that the bill for Aug. 2010 of Rs. 923/- was not paid by me. I paid the samel on[protected]. My request to the concerned authorities is that when I was not able to utilize the telephone & Broad Band facility for the month of Sept. 2010, the charges for Broad Band facility of Rs. 750/- should not have been charged. Since I had paid the bills upto date, the excess charges be appropriated in the next bills. From the previous payment records also the concerned authorities may verify that I was always a prompt paymaster. Pl do the needful at the erliest.

I got connection of MyWay IPTV from BSNL on 10th of Oct. They disconnected my connection on 28th oct. But it was supposed to be one month free subscription. The reason when I enquired to the customer care I got to know that they have by mistake entered mode of payment as cheque but i had paid in cash. The customare care person told me that the person who received cash from me had submitted a cheque instead of cash which bounced. Everytime when i call to customer care they say wait for 24 hours to resolve the issue. And it is now 5 days over for the same. I suspect the person who accepted the cash from me has cheated because I am trying to call him.He is not receiving my call.Even i called from different mobile numbers he recognize my voice and disconnect it.Even i messaged him to receive my call or i will have to go to police station he has not responded yet. I am helpless now. I dont know what legal action i can take.Please suggest me the legal procedure.

A HUMBLE REQUEST TO BSNL OFFICIALS - LUCKNOW
Sir,
1. In this very era in India, when BSNL along with government, is promising to provide High Speed Data connectivity to far distant areas, my location is at very negligence!
2. I am fed up with my Dial-up- connection and looking for BSNL's Broadband to come to my location.
3. I am residing at Bhikhapurwa, Asti Road, Bakshi Ka Talab (B.K.T.) Lucknow .Which is just 900 mtrs from BSNL telephone exchange in B.K.T.
4. There is no BSNL's telephone Line to connect with at Asti Road.
5. I visited Bakshi Ka Talab's Local BSNL office and head office at Indira Nagar- Lucknow Many times. But officials said - "Telephone Lines are not allowed at your location - Asti Road" The reason is unknown to me.
6. Asti Road is the Educational hub for B.K.T., there are three Schools in the diameter of 1 km. each having a bulk not less than 3000 students and well equipped computer labs.
7. There is one Mangement Institute and two other PG Colleges.

So, please give a glimpse at the matter.

With reference to my BSNL No. [protected], i would like to state tower problem at my residence place.
My residence is at 2/87 Pandian nagar,Tirumangalam,madurai-625706 ,tamil nadu. My residence is on open road, no conjession, Infact Sunrays and raindrops are easily come at my residence, still BSNL Signals here are poor. Not only me, all colony person near to me are suffering from same problem. . I requested many times to BSNL local office and madurai office to solve this problem. .

Pls send me the details of out going calls for the month of
Sept 2010-to my mail Id or My Landline address Because I have called only below 25 calls but in bill it is 89 calls for the month. pls rectify the same and pls send the copy from september onwards . TVM 2391498
For next billing onwards also.

My mobile No. [protected]. I had received a spl massage from BSNl that my account has been debited by Rs. 28/- for renual charges of CRBT for which i had never requested.
Similarly after verification of old massage i find that the first time they had activatd CRBT with out my request and had charged Rs. 28/- on 30/9/2010 but i wa not alert on that occation.
Please arrange to re-credit of Rs. 56/- (debited twice Rs. 28/-) as i had never requested for such BSNL CRBT activation.
BSNL CRBT activation may also be discontinue with immediate effect.

BROADBAND BSNL CONNECTION GET DISCONNECTED IF A INCOMING CALL ATTENTED OR OUTGOING CALL MADE.THIS MAKES WASTE OF ENERGY ANDTIME AND CONCENTRATION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERNET BROWSING. NO PROPER ATTENTION BY THE AUTHORITIES.

Am Stephen Ponniah from Chennai, Am using 3G connection for the past 6 months.

Still now am facing an irritating problem with BSNL coverage.Inside the Building there is no coverage in these area, I have been submit repeated complaint every month in person to the Madhavaram Exchange. Also i had a talk with Madhavaram customer care head (lady) in person. Few months back i fill a complaint with consumer complaints. Till now there is no action being taken.
So my dear friends, while taking new BSNL CELLONE connections, pls refer with your nearest cellone users.

I want to deactivate the bsnl cricket alarm services which got automatically activated.Customer /BSNL support services is very poor & unable to resolve the problem.For cricket alart, since last 6 months I had called sevaral times the information given by them proved wrong and still these services have not been deactivated.


Kindly look into this matter and help me got the services deactivated as soon as possible.

BSNL Authorites unauthorisedly recovered an amount of Rs.50/- towards activation of Mega combo bsnl alerts from my 3g cell connection no.[protected] talktime.The activation fecility was not
requested by me.It is illegal.

My land line bsnl phone[protected] is not working past five days , we have approched Hosur Telephone exchange they informed us that phone is working but not working then we have approched New ASTC Hudco small exchange with our complaint , they have deputed Tech about two days back he has seen the defective phone connection afterwards no action beeing taken for restoring the phone connection . please restore the phone asap.

Dear sir / madam ,

Today 27/10/2010 at 6.18 pm , i went to retailer GAUMZI TELECOM, Krishna square-2 , backside celeberation mall to recharge Rs. 220 at my above no.in which company provides 220 balance and 60 days validity . I paid him all the amount and he says recharge take 20-30 min due to network problem. so i go for my dental treatment . But when i check my balance at clinic it was Rs.192.11 in which it also include previous balance of Rs. 31 so aprroximate i got only Rs.160.So i go retailer he make excuses and says he is not responsible for it . Then i call to BSNL customer care at 8.38 pm he said that u have recharged of Rs. 200 in which u got balance of Rs.160 and 60 days validity and but retailer take Rs. 230 including his commission . so I want take strict against that retailer and do need for me .

i purchased bsnl sim card{[protected]} in month of july but just after 1 month it began showing me "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" i tried to seek support from customer care but no response was given except "YOUR COMPLAINT IS IN QUEUE EVEN AFTER 14 DAYS";Finally i took duplicate sim;bt after 2 months it has again started giving me same error & when i talk to customer care they donot respond apprecabily.
Pls help me ,I AM A STUDENT OF ISM-DHANBAD{IIT-DHANBAD}
