Sir,
I have applied for BSNL broad band connection from[protected], and paid rupees 1664 for W1-1664 type modem and got new modem and conection. On[protected] the modem is not working and the dsl function is out of oder. so I reported to my service exchange, Nambali in Nagercoil telecom district and the authorities asked me to wait for one week, after One week I approached to the same office and I got the same one week extension that their is no modem, after few days when i approached them and I got an old unworking modem and with that modem i returned to my home, later I found that the modem is not working, Then i approached and complained them for another modem after two weeks they called to my landline and reported that your modem is ready and I gone their and recived the another modem, when I connected to my computer at home I found that this modem is also in out of working condition. I am mentally disturbed unnecessarily walked to pillar to post to their exchange. More over iam liable to pay the bill amount for this month without using the broadband, Now without any way iam using an hire modem from my relatives for my daily purpose, i have complained this matter to kanyakumari collector by online and complaint register number is TA/10/64485. Till now i did'nt get any service from anybody, Iam a retired Government employee Iam unable to walk to pillar to post. So please take necessary action sir.

I would like to give you a feedback about your services to client that my Phone No.[protected] is dead since last one month & I have requested many times to JE, SDO-Indriapuram Exchange, but no action has been taken till now & daily i listen that line is there to repair the phone . Your computerised complained Ph. also doesn’t work so cannot tell you complain no also.
I requested Line Man of Indriapuram Exchange also but they talk very rudely to their client.
This is very unfortunate that reputed company like a BSNL is behaving like this to their customer.
If your team is not able to repair the phone Pl. ask me, I would say you thanks & bye... I will find out second alternate. But this is not good for us that we request like a bagger to repair phone every day.
