[Resolved]  BSNL — misbehaviour of staff

Dear SIR,
Plz note that I,DR. DATTA DAS was a customer of BSNL landline phone bearing no. 2586443 for last 12 years.But,since last 2-3 years the service of BSNL people became so poor, that the remained dead for 400 days so to say within a year..As a result, the internet service was also disrupted almost all the time.If a complaint was registered, it also remained unattended for days together.Everytime, I had to approach the DGM for interference,which is highly unwanted and unjustified.LASTLY,AS I WAS FADE UP WITH THEIR SERVICE, I decided to surrender the telephone and applied for the same on 22.03.2012.The S.D.O. Mr. A.K.PATTNAIK, did not give any acknowledgement receipt to my husband and told that as the server was down, he is unable to give so.The next day, I rang him up, but he again said the same thing,and also said that"MADAM,you don't worry.Our lineman will go to your house to deliver the receipt and bring the set after 31.03.2012 as per official rule.You 've to pay the rent upto 31.MARCH ."So,I waited and rang him up again on the morning of 2nd APRIL.and he told O.K.But,at about 2p.m.some clerk from his office rang in our landline phoe and said that your receipt is ready,send somebody to collect the same.After that whenI talked to the S.D.O.he too told the same thing as told oppositely 10 days ago and behaved very rudely.The next day my husband went to the telephone office.Our phone was still not disconnected.So,naturally some altercation was there .And the other staff said he had delibarately done so and the S.D.O had to disconnect the phone from the date of application.When my husband asked him about it, he abused my husband and even dared to drive him out from his chamber,crossing all the limits of decency.So,I request you to plz take necessary steps in waiving out the rent of the telephone and b.b.for the same period at the same time action as deemed proper may be taken against the S.D.O who had misbehaved like anything.Moreover, I am unable to understand what the server had to do all along those days,when a hand written acknowledgement receipt was given to us yesterday.Isincerely hope that you will consider the matter and solve it quickly.

land line phone — misbehavior of your staff

This is with reference to my Post paid connection ( 0124 – 326993) in the name of Mohd. Hussain.
I would like to say that the said number is out of Order from last three months and already the Complaint has been lodged for that and against it the Security Deposit of Rs. 3000/- is therewith Reliance Communication for which I have the receipt copy of that.

Inspite of it I have received the two / three times threatening call from your collection dept. which really astonished me. I’ll say that I never thought in my mind that such type of staff had been hired in your organization.
I would like to say that the concerned person ( Antarpal, Moblie No. [protected]) is regularly interfering in my private life and hampering my social status.

Pls. look into the said matter and do the needful at ur earliest.

last one week my telephone is not working every time call center complaints they promising whiten 24 hours problem will be olives our land line #[protected] .

bsnl dgm — abusing

sir this user give me any mis call some time but i ignor and this user tell him name badssah and he gave me any derty abuse so pl. i request to you pl. stop this tipe complants

BSNL Orissa — Poor maintenance by BSNL Rayagada staff

Sir, it is bring to u'r kind notice that since more than 1 week, our telephone land line bearing No.[protected] is not working. Inspite of several complaints to the Office by person or over phone, no action has not been taken till now.
SIR,
I, Manmeet Singh resident of Moon Avenue, Majitha Road Byee Pass, Amritsar is a customer of BSNL landline phone no.[protected] for last 3 years.But, since last 1-2 months, my broadband and telephone is not working properly.As a result, the internet service was also disrupted almost all the time.I have submitted a complaint regarding the said problem. but no action has been taken.So I decided to surrender the telephone and approched to SDO Sh. K.S. Pannu BSNL exchange Majitha Road Byee Pass, Amritsar at 10.00 hrs.But he came late at 1045 hrs to his office. I told him that i was waiting for him for last 45 minutes. At this, he told rudely that he didnot care for it and misbehaved me. when i presented my disconnection form, he misbehaved again and refused to disconnect the said phone.At this, when i started to step out the office, he started laughing at me with his other two collegues.
Dear Sir, I just want to know whether the precious customers look like cartoons for your officials as they are laughing on them.
So, I request you to plz take necessary steps for disconnection of my BSNL broadband with all other services as i dont want to use your services anymore after this misbehaviour .Thanking you.
