Respected sir, I have downloaded BSNL RBT (code is 117278) on 22 April evening thru my bsnl net accout and same was deduct RBT charges from my a/c on dated 23 April 25, 2009 05:00 hrs, and receive conform message, Since I didn't get the above RBT tune... Also I called BSNL customer care on several time for above matter but not receive correct answer and till time not solve this problem. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

BSNL — automatically subscribed rbt

hi i am neha shrivastava, i am a bsnl prepaid customer, my complaint is that i do not subscribe any caller tune or ring back tone on my no. A caller tune is automatically activated on my no. [protected] and my balance is deducted from my prepaid account. so please deactivate my caller tune and refund my balance
