BSNL Overbilling

Sir, I'm using the BSNL Home 500C plan for the past 8 months. It has been good so far. I didn't found much problems with it. Last month my phone become dead. I wasn't able to use my phone and internet for 10 days. So, my free calls and internet usage become waste. After that it has been rectified. extension of validity charges

i had subscribed to Excel Anant and as per the scheme i had to pay only rs 50 for extending validity for further 6 months. My connection was due for renewal on 20/02/2009 and i had topped up rs 50 on feb 20, 2009.
Now this extension charge has been changed to rs 221 but BSNL site still says the old connection charges for extension is rs 50/-. If the old charge of rs 50 is not applicable the same will not be mentioned on the site. But...

BSNL LANDLINE : NO CALLER TUNE

I live in Shahdol ( Madhya Pradesh ). I have taken a new connection of BSNL landline only a month ago (Ph.no.[protected]. I applied for broadband connection also along. Day before yesterday I brought modem to home. But from that day there is no dialler tone in the phone. I complained it to BSNL exchange office, but they told to call them on Monday. But how can i wait these three days? It is very urgent for me.

Phone and Broadband

First question...does making a complain here works?
Second...the BSNL phone is always dead due to which I cant use the phone neither the broadband. But have to pay the rentals...this is ridiculous. Complaining to customer care and exchange doesnt help? What should be done?...

Allowing 20% concession in the rent to retd Govt. officers.

I applied for 20% concession in the BB rent provided by BSNL to the retd govt officers on 07-01-09 by enclosing my PPO, issued by Raj. Govt. I have been contacting the consumer centre, they said that my application has been accepted but the concession in the rent has not been given with effect from Jan 09 to date.
I contacted AO revenue who allowed the concession in the latest bill for the month of Mar 09 but he did not allow concession...

Excessive DEBIT in Bill

Sir, I just recieved my bsnl bill for the past FOUR months... and everthing in my bill is normal apart from the "DEBIT" .
My DEBIT has been conted to be ->151, 570.27
TAXES : 15, 061.84
GROSS AMT. : 166, 632.00

However i have 750 UL plus. I can say that certainly since my Phone Rental is 0.0 . and it has been given that "fixed charge" for broadband usage is :750.

breakdown of broadband

my broad band is breakdown frequently.i have complained for several time though i dont get any response from the service provider. every time i make complain nobody want to accept complain. every time they give me new number to contact. i collect more than 10 number. i had tried on all. still i am suffering from the problem. i m helpless that nobody is there to give solution. so kindly assist me how to reach to solution....

A month ago i changed my BSNL broadband plan from HOME 250 to HOME 500 C...
From the past few days, i hv been encountering error 691.But strangely my PC does connect sometimes
which means there is no hardware problem or any invalid username-password problem.I am also not able to check my broadband usage n change password coz there the page doesn't load.Please help me....
