Hi,
Our land line connection is disconnecting even though I am paying the prompt payments through ECS. Since 3 months I am facing the problems due to this disconnecting. BSNL people's services are not good at all. On the date of 16.04.2009 I booked a complaint (Docket No. is 102) and the linemen came and made repair. Again the same day night onwards the telephone has been disconnected. on the date of 17.04.2009 I repeatedly booked another complaint (Docket No. is 107).
Please look into the matter

I HAVE OPTED FOR ECS FACILITY AND THROUGH THEY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT.EVERY YEAR MY LAND LINE AND CELL NO. WILL BE DISCONNECTED. NOW SAME PROBLEM THEY SAY NOT PAID

    My residence is in Khargone district at sanawad city. I am regularly visiting telephone exchange office for getting wll unlimited internet connection but they are not issueing me instrument such that on which i can access internet. please suggest me what can i do?
    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Last month i bought Will Phone connection in poonamallee exchange (Rs.250 internet plan) and i deposited Rs.500 for that connenection. They said me that i will receive the bill around Rs.450 and the internet usage is unlimited at 230kbps speed. Yesterday i enquired my bill amount by dialling 1500. I received the message that my bill amount was Rs.820. Please do me the need full and still now i didnt received my last month bill.

    BSNL WLL CONNECTION — bsnl wll connection - not working for last 8 months

    I am business man Residing at coimbatore, Tamilnadu and I have a problem with the WLL line and on that for last 8 months a lot of times i has been reported orally but totaly invain. On 02.04.2009 in written i have lodged a complaint by person at the gandhi park telephone exchange and Ram Nagar Customer Service Center and On last july 16th july we have dropped an email regarding cable telephone connection. In that last 17th july an email came from AGM(PR), COIMBATORE – 43 stating that Work order has been issued for initiating the work. But still now dated on 6th august there is no symptoms for initiating the work.

    Without working for the WLL phone, I am paying upto date payment to the department.

    Hence I have decided to go to consumer court.

    This is ours advance kind information
    Today (20/02/2010) I received my bsnl wll bill.

    there is two fixed charges like below
    CDMA FXD Plan INET2, fixed charge to:31/12/09=183.33
    CDMA FXD Plan INET2, fixed charge to:31/01/2010=250

    if there is any additional charge for net using or downloading
    please explain it

    1. we would kike to invite your attention to the fact that almost all other mobile service companies, viz., AIRCEL, AIRTELL, VODAFONE, , DOCOMO, REKIENCE etc, etc, have installed their towers at BALIPADAR catering to the needs of their customers to their satisfaction. Even in absence of POWER SUPPLY due to break-downs, or shut-down, with our interruption by using their generator installations.
    2. Where as it is highly distressing to note that through BSNL has its LAND & CELL TOWERS closely fail to provide uninterrupted service to their patrons in the absence of power supply, unmindful of the trouble inconvenience to the customer knowingly willfully.
    3. we therefore request you to please to the need fully to provide continuous service with out any track, in par with other private channels without delay or negligence .thanking you in anticipation.

      Dear sir,
      i draw your very kind attention towards lazyness of B.S.N.L. LUCKNOW employees.
      (1) I cut the broad band connection of B.S.N.L(500/-RENTAL PLAN)on 29-08-08, and take a w.l.l.connection of b.s.n.l..
      regarding this i had done all the paper work.
      (2)But b.s.n.l.unneccerily sending me the bills, first few months i think this is my monthly telephone bill, but when i saw same amount bills coming again and again, when i contact local telephone exchange(chandan nagar), they told me this is due to "your broad band is not cutted due to some official resons, then they cleared the amount in the latest bill(the money excess taken from me) and said that they write my phone no. in the diary, in future you are (suman chaturvedi) bother about that, some 295/-rs remaining are adjusted in next bill.
      (3)Again the efficient employees of bharat sanchar naigam limited, lucknow, send me the bill with the same mistake, they add the broad band charges.
      (4)I am a senior citizen with diabeties and blood pressure like disease, this is not possible for me to run again and again for the same cause, in which i am not guilty.
      This time too i try my level best but frustrated by the working of b.s.n.l.lucknow, chandan nagar, and decided to mail, if no one is ready to my voice this time i am ready to disconnect phone.

        Double Bill Payment
        DOUBLE PAYMENT OF Bill for consumer No[protected] during March 2009 FOR Feb 2009 BILL

        Sir,

        I used to pay my telephone bill on-line using the facility available @ http://www.bangaloretelecom.com/
        During the first week of march, I used the on-line facility to pay my bill for the month of February for an amount of 513 INR.
        When my credit card bill (ICICI) arrived, I noticed that there were two seperate entries made for this transaction (same date and same amount). On contacting the ICICI customer care, I was told that I need not pay the telephone bill for the month of march and it will be adjusted with the extra 513 Rs. which I had paid to BSNL for the February month's bill.

        Subsequently as the bill amount was the same for March month (Rs. 513) I did not pay my telephone bill for the month of March. On April 19-th I noticed that my telephone was not working as I did 't pay the march month bill.
        Since I had some emergency I went ahead and paid the march month BSNL telephone bill (once again online) on April 20-th and the telephone started working.
        For february month - I paid 513 + 513 Rupees (bill amount was 513)
        For march Month - I paid 513 Rupees

        So now I would like to know, how you could adjust that extra amount which I had paid for the February month bill. Kindly respond.

          Hi my name is Saagar and I'm from nagpur, I'm using Data One Broadband and the speed i'm getting is so poor that a 5 mb file takes 40 mins to get download and they say 2 Mbps super speed. I'm sick and tired of complaining and they don't do a thing about it. Please tell what should i do so that these people provide me proper service. If any other information is reqired please let me know.

            BSNL HARYANA CDMA INTERNET system is so much faulty that if connected we do not have ALWAYS WORKABLE SPEED.Even there is no arrangement for recrded compalints and redressing system.In spite of so many complaints up to highest level no results as at top the officers blindely support junior staff actions resulting in harrassment of helpless customers.

              BSNL RBT

              Respected sir,

              I have downloaded BSNL RBT (code is 117278) on 22 April evening thru my bsnl net accout and same was deduct RBT charges from my a/c on dated 23 April 25, 2009 05:00 hrs, and receive conform message, Since I didn't get the above RBT tune...

              Also I called BSNL customer care on several time for above matter but not receive correct answer and till time not solve this problem....

              In such case, your next bill would be charges a screwing charges as 'one time charges' of Rs.500/- byu the AOTR, BSNL, Trivandrum, and they would not attend any of their telephone numbers.:[protected] / 2302765 / 2533063 / 2542344 /[protected] / 2380622 / 2377373 / 2377110 to look into your maters.
              BSNL Officers and other staff have other jobs than attending your complaint.

                For the past one month i am faceing permanent problem with BSNL broad band.
                I am not able to browse even for one miniute

                My bsnl braod band is disconnecting regularly and i am giving compliend at Ph: 1504
                We had BSNL broadband connection since when than it started at BURHANPUR (M.P.) & in starting BSNL people told us that BB facility not available in your exchange right now so you have to take connection of another exchange & for the purpose we had taken new telephone connection number[protected] & we used it for several months, but in that connection also we experienced frequent disconnection with ADSL & for that we complained to BURHANPUR as well KHANDWA BSNL office from time to time & but no improvement was there.

                Ultimately we decided to take one more BSNL WLL connection number 202067 for internet purpose but its again have limitation of speed so after using it for couple of months we disposed off it.

                Again BSNL office informed us that in our exchange also BB facility started so we taken connection over 245201 number which we were using only for fax purposes but again the same problems encountered us of frequent disconnection of ADSL so we called so many times to BSNL office & once a guy attended at office & informed us that you have to put a telephone instrument simultaneously to overcome this problem so we did that.

                It was perfectly working for couple of months but again its gives regular disconnection with ADSL, technically we could not understand what wrong goes with us?

                Kindly suggest, we are also ready to make other expenses if needed,

It is having dialtone but whenever somebody rings sometimes ring can be heard but most of the times not heared.As a result most ofthe important calls became not attended.                       I am having a prepaid bsnl mobile phone connection from the last 4-5 years on the name of ANIL SHARMA bearing number[protected]. I am having too much network problem at home i.e. when I am at home my mobile shows no network. Neither do i recieve any phone call nor do i can make any phole calls. As i am running my own coaching centre for which I will have to give an adv. in the news paper but because of having network problem i could not make any phone calls which is causing me a lot of financial problem. I have made unlimited requests to the customare care centres. MOST of the time they don't pick up the phone whenever they pick up they assure me that this problem will be rectified within next 24 hours. Till today i am having the same problem. For the last 3 months I am getting an SMS that "Your last last call cost Rs.12/- & your balance is ------" without making any call at that time. I am getting this SMS on every 15 days intervals and Rs.12/- is being debited from my balance amount. In September I got an SMS that "your last SMS cost you Rs.20/-". I enquired about this in your Bhubaneswar Office but they could not reply. Please advise me the facts. Expecting an early reply from you.

                        Hi Everyone,
                        I have taken BSNL Post paid connection on last month, It was good until i was relocated to another office ITPL. When i enter the office my singal will go off and when i came out it will take 5 min to find the tower and then it will resume. It means that 9 AM - 9 PM, i no need to carry the mobile, This is realy sucks me. In my mobile always show Searching when i was in the office. I am not getting any calls or message when i was in the office. ITPL is the biggest business area and these BSNL peoples not even taking care of those area. This is really frustrating. What is the Use of holding th mobile without getting any calls.

                        Hi,
                        I stay at nagarabhavi, very close to the BDA complex at the ring road.Even though a bsnl mobile tower is located nearby, the network is pathetic.The signal strength keeps changing from max level to zero.It is terrible to use cell phones indoor.I had complained to the cellone authorities about a year ago.They had visited the place after my persistent complaints, only to send me a mail stating that, because of the topography of the place the problems are prevelent.One of the officials told me that the problem will be rectified as they were planning to install a 2nd tower in 3 months time.10 more months have gone by..but still the problem continues.Really poor service...

                          My telephone number is[protected]. I have applied for BSNL dataone connection last year and got the same installed last month only. My first bill was totally incorrect, I have applied for unlimited plan of Rs.750/- but they have activated wrong plan due to which i was over charged for downloading. I have been to BSNL Ulhasnagar office personally and met some official there. I dndt got any refund and was advised to pay the bill and got the assurance that plan is now changed to 750 Unlimited Plus and next month onwards i will receive the bill of Rs.750/- irrespective of my usage. but today i shocked to see the bill of Rs.6000/-. I dont know why the problem is taking place and BSNL is harrasing me. Please look into this.

                          I'm a professional and have internet connections on[protected] and at my home on[protected]. Which shud be in Ur database.

                          U charge interest in the name of SURCHARGE, which even includes the penalty element.

                          Then, What is the occasion, that U disconnect my internet connection, on[protected], w/o any Notice ?

                          Are there any Rules ?

                          And I make the payment on 26.10.2009, assured that the internet connection will be restored by 4.00 p.m. on 27.10.2009 and inspite of my several phone calls to 1957, from where I get the repetitive standard reply since morning of 27.10.2009, that they are helpless and I shud contact 2333444 and when I try that number, no one responds, inspite of all my efforts.


                          Kindly look into it.

                            I am Nitin Rakshiye, from Sanjay Nagar, Mul Road, Chandrapur (Maharashtra).I have a BSNL landline[protected] in my home and I had applied for the broadband from last 1 month.I had paid the deposit for broadband modem and i got the modem.The problem for me is that from the last1 month BSNL had not started the connection of my home and they had sent a internet bill.I went to meet with the General Manager regarding this issue but he is the most useless person in the BSNL office chandrapur.He never speak truth.He only used to say that"Tumhara kaam kal 100% ho jayega" but my problem had not solved till now.I told him that I am going in consumer forum to complaint regarding your misbehavior then He told me do whatever you want to do...This is my last hope that my complaint will solve by using this site.Please dismiss such person from the job and keep some responsible person so as to take care of government asset

                              And BSNL associates told us to give the connection on the next day. But now almost 20 days passed. Meanwhile we have visited the exchange twice for the same.

                              Once bsnl associate told that the concern line man is on leave. And next time they told to meet line man personally.

                              Is it in the process of getting the phone line? Do we have to walk behind the line-man. And Mr. Line man is saying there is a complex issue you have to give some money.

                              We are not able to understand for which thing this money is required and he is not even willing to give the receipt.

                              Kindly look into the matter you help shall be highly appreciated.

                                  Its almost 3 weeks since I submitted a written application to BSNL (in Jaynagar 7th Block Commercial office) for transferring my landline (from J P Nagar 2nd Phase to Arekere, Bangalore). Despite reminding them so many times I am still waiting for transfer to happen. Reason for delay quoted to me was that they had lost my application from the file. This is shocking. Company must understand the problems caused to the customer due to the inefficiency and indifference of its employees.

                                    After several times of complaining against the improper billing to my local exchange BSNL is sending bills to my house. the telephone connection is dead from 15 months but they are sending bills every month. they have also send me a lawyer notice to pay the bills which i have not consumed.

                                    Hello sir iam from chennai kk nagar i own a telephone number 23716634 iam using it for past 10 years still now there is no problem only this i face a great ship of problem is that iam not using it and i have given for a plan change first it has been for 495 i have changed to sulbh monthly 99 incoming free plan where there is no usage of my landline phone but i dont know why the billing has been done in the previous monthly plan and they have not changed my paln that too when asked the persons in kodambakam telephone exchange they are just shouting and there is no response and that too the landline phone is not not working for more than 4 months when asked the person still they wanna pay the montly rent then only they can attend the fault is seems

                                    Lets be a who wants such a wasteful and fraud government coneection its better and best go for private where they give many offers and that hoo best pland but not a cheating central government but still this thing being settled iam not going to pay the bill it a promise lets the tellephone department suffer

                                    I think government making or collecting this sort of malpractice money for thier election its a free of cost no
                                    I am bsnl consumer since last 15 years. i have bsnl land line, Broadband, 5 cellphone connection . Last year my LL phone shifted & after that i have change my postal add but since last year i have n't recive my teliphone bill. Every time I have to contact for bill at you exchange & I paid . this month I have n't receive bill & my phone out going is disconnected . For bill I have several time requested but i have not receive timely. this is my last complain to you after that i will request for disconnect my all bsnl connection & i will opt other company
                                    I have not received landline and broadband bill of [protected] of last month's till today
