[Resolved]  BSNL Mobile — No Incoming SMS During International Roaming

BSNL Mobile is well known for its worst service. But I do agree that their Billing is ACCURATE compared to fraudulent networks Like Airtel. I Had Deposited Rs 5000 and with a monthly rental of 99 Rupees for availing international roaming from BSNL. Only God knows the my headache in enabling the service from BSNL, Kollam, Kerala
Kollam BSNL, Kerala is well known for misbehaving, oldest and laziest staffs.
Now I travelled to GCC Countries Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, The United Kingdom & Sri Lanka
One fine thing to say is that I never received any SMS from my friends while International Roaming
Whenever a person send me an SMS, Of a sudden he gets a delivery report "Failed" while my handset was 24x7 online. I tries emptying message memory, tried changing handsets but it was all for no use
Finally i called BSNL Helpline in Kerala [protected]. I was amazed from the behaviour of BSNL call center. They behaved as if i was their servant and they are my Boss. I told them the problem and they were all time holding a single word..."Your Message sender Number is wrong"
But of all i was able to make and receive calls and send SMS. If my Message sender number was wrong, how could i send messages.
Finally i called and mailed many of BSNL higher Authorities, But was of no use
After Emailing continuosly for a month regarding the complaint one day i received a call from BSNL Office which told me...
"OUR SERVICES ARE LIMITED. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH BSNL THEN YOU CAN SWUTCH TO ANY OTHER PRIVATE NETWORK, AS YOU HAVE A LOT OF OPTIONS IN INDIA"

Of all what i need to say is...BSNL Has proved that they are the WORST Telecom company in the world as Air India is the worst airline in Asia
