BSNL Mobile — irresponsibility of customer care

bsnl mobile is not attending the customer care calls properly
the recharge tariff are changing every week and causing unawareness among customers
time delay is very large in attending calls
causing very much delay during processing of flexi recharges and also ec recharges
appreciate i[censored] do the needful as early as possible and also i have recharged for rs 54 for a gprs pack please activate it immediately as possible

My name is Mohan KB, i am from ranny kerala.My problem is that in our area BSNL is not having coverage when the power goes.Its very shame that BSNL is not having coverage in our area while IDEA,VODAFONE, AIRTEL, RELIANCE, TATA INDICOM are having signals in the same area.In my family everyone is a BSNL users and my neighbours also have the same complaint.If some emergency comes there is no other options, please do some rectifications as soon as possible.Hope you understood the matter in right perspective and encourage genuine client to continue with the BSNL.Expecting a favorable response within a reasonable time.

I am bsnl 3g nestam user from the last 3 months i got sms thearts are coming and i am lossing money from my account. the sms is URL:wap.tesync.net/tesync/CMS/Content/Video/Nicole_Bahls_hot_01.3gp the sender address: +[protected] and created time:07.02.2013 at 01:12pm . i am loosing my balance .please rectify it and recover my balance. MYbsnl prepaid mobile NUMBER IS [protected].

My cell phone no. is[protected]. I have been charged with Rs.20 for renewal of Esy vault phn bckup service without opting for subscription or renewal. SMS came from 52585 on 20th April,2013 at 10:43:57pm.

Dear Sir, I am a BSNL prepaid Mobile user bearing mobile No. [protected]. For the last few months it has been found that every now and then huge amount have been debited from my account for different purposes like Caller-tune, Jokes etc. I like mention here that I have never subscribed for such facilities. However, I have un-subscribed such facilities many times. But the process of debiting the amount has not been stopped. Even in some cases, after debiting amount, the message for debit has not been received.It is very unfortunate and shameful. I, therefore, request you to take the matter on top priority basis to stop such illegal debit of amount from my account unless I shall be compelled to surrender the BSNL connection. Your early action will be highly appreciated. Thanking you.
I Shantanu Kumar Sahu, residing in Bhubaneswar, odisha having BSNL Prepaid Mobile No: [protected] want to Unsubscribe Mobile Masala Wallpapers from my mobile No. This service is automatically subscribed to my Mobile No. and also renewed today. I have sent SMS to 56566 2 times to unsubscribe this service but did not get any reply but Rs. 2/- has been charged per SMS. I also talked on 1508 on yesterday evening around 7:30pm but that fellow behaved very rudely and also did not tell his name.
I am a bsnl user & my no. is blocked..PUK code is required otherwise am unable to access my phone..So kindly tell the code..My no. is [protected]...

Mobile services are very poor, Why signals cut, missing. How many hours/ days/ months/ years?

Dear sir
I have tried to recharge my mobile through debit card of SBI on 31.05.2013.An amount of Rs.55 has deducted from my account and transferred to BSNL account.with ref no.[protected]. But the phone is not get recharged ( Phone No. [protected]). A message came to my phone that to contact customer care. the last two days I was keep on trying to get the customer service associate but not succeeded.
Arrangements may be done either to recharge my phone for the said amount or to refund the amount to my account.

This is to inform you that my Bsnl- Landline has been inactive/dead from past 3-4 months, There is no Dial tone.I have given repeated complaints to the BSNL people in the Telephone Exchange in orissa. But they have never minded to call back or tell me the nature of problem it has occured.
From the past 4 months I am out of connectivity But the bill is generated and am regularly paying the amount of the service that I am not even using it.

I would like to file a consumer case for the mental harassment caused to me for repeatedly going to the exchange and lodging complaint since 4 months and the service tax and the bill I am paying to the government without using the facility. Physical and financial harassment to be added.Non of my contacts staying far away are in touch with me and the feeling of isolated is to be considered.
