BSNL Mobile — Disconnection of Mobile the bill has been already paid.

It is quiet astonishing to note that inspite of deposit of Bill No.59402748 dated 13/05/2009 paid on 03/06/2009 for Rs.480 outgoing calls of Mobile No.[protected] has been disconnected which created a lot of trouble to me. I m practicing Chartered Accountant & out of Station. You are requested to fix the responsibility of the erring officer immediately. We are BSNL Mobile Cellone Customer Since last 6 Years and Bsnl Landline Customer from last 15 Years.
I am not able to make any outgoing call since last 18 June 2009 from my bsnl excel sim having number [protected]. However there is no problem with incoming calls. Even i am not able to call customer care of bsnl. Kindly check complain as soon as possible.

MOBILE TIPS (FOR BSNL PRE-PAID AND POST-PAID CUSTOMERS)

1. How to activate Ring back songs
Activation: BT <space> ACT and send SMS to 56700
Song Selection : BT <space> songcode and send SMS to 56700
Deactivation: BT <space> DACT and send SMS to 56700

( It can be easily done: If you press * button on hearing the song when you call a BSNL prepaid or postpaid customer, the song will be activated as your ring back song)

2. How to Activate GPRS Option III i.e. no rent and pay as you go for every KB is 0.02 this is on post paid connection Type GPRSRF and send SMS to 53733

3. How to know Last Bill amount in Post Paid:Type BILL and send SMS to53333

4. How to Know the usage charges in the current Month in Post Paid Type AMT and send SMS to 53333

5. How to Know the Balance Credit & Validity of connection in Pre-Paid Dial *123# then call
6. Recharge in Pre Paid Dial *123*<Secret Code of recharge coupon># then call
7. How to activate Friends & Family facility?
Friends& Family facility will be activated for the Excel customers by sending SMS to the number 3733. The message has to be given in the format: FFE<space>landline number with STD code <space> mobile/ landline number with STD code.

Customers can either opt two BSNL numbers for local calls at 50 paise per minute for Anant plans and 20 paise per minute for all other plans or opt one BSNL number for local call at the above rates and another BSNL landline/WLL number for STD calls anywhere in India at Rs 1 per minute for all Anant plans, 20 paise/minute for Plan 725 and 60 paise/minute for all other plans.

8. How to migrate to other schemes/plans?
Existing Excel Anant subscribers can migrate to Excel General by sending SMS ‘MGEN’ to 53733.

Existing Anant subscribers can migrate to Saral by sending `MSARAL’ as SMS to 53733. Other prepaid subscribers can migrate to Saral by using existing migration coupon of Rs. 350.

To extend validity, recharge by top-up 200 or above every six months.

Present Prepaid One India customers can migrate to Super One India by sending `MSUPER’ as SMS to 53733.
Other prepaid subscribers can use 799 One India coupons which has talk value of Rs. 550 and one month validity to migrate to Super One India till 299 coupons is made available which has Rs. 50 talk value and one month validity.

of coverage area?
Divert your calls to 17010 and get missed call alert when you switch on your phone/you are not under coverage area

( If third party No. starts with 9447, dial [protected] and follow the IVRS instructions)

My name is Raghvendra Yadav and i have receive many unwanted call from [protected] .
I have BSLN postpaid conection Mobile no [protected]
plan 525 my due date is 8th of July and I made payment on 15th July 17, 2009 amount 1090 Due to non payment my services they hold on 16th July than I registered a complaint to call center 24365
No progress in the case so far. Details of complaints are

and also booked my second compliant after 24 hours but not given me compliant no. .On July 17, 2009 I made 5-6 call to call center 24365 all time they give me non satisfactory answer and always they transfer to my call team leader and hold my call to 15-30 minute and after that call disconnect Please immediately take action to all call member team and BSNL

I am using bsnl mobile connection since five years. last year I intend to subscribe caller tune facility but last month I adopt not to take this facility in my connection. My cell No is [protected]. my complain is for the last three months unusual shortage of balance in my mobile account. Kindly direct your subordinate Staff to take strict action regarding this. otherwise I feel no option but to take another any other connection like Air tel, Tata Indicom etc.etc.

I am using BSNL prepaid service (Mob. No. +91-[protected]) UP-east. I am facing regular problem in making call on certain numbers of West Bengal (Example-[protected]). The response from the BSNL server is that "this number does not exist".

Sir, please take immediate action against my complaint and logged me a complaint number as soon as possible.

BSNL Mobile — excess call charge of mob. no. - 9475824836

This is for your kind information that, I, Mr. Debasish Mallick, bearing bsnl mobile no. : [protected], recharged my phone with rs. 149/- power card to get 10 paise per minute call facility to other bsnl mobile numbers on 21.07. 2009 at 8:59 a.m. (reference no.[protected] and I got a replying sms that my request has been processed. But till date I have not got this facility though the power card had been accepted and the surcharge has been deducted. Moreover when I approached to the customer care service (ph. no.- [protected]) for last two days they are paying me a cold shoulder saying to wait for indefinite time and some time they are offering us a rude behavior.
I would be obliged if you kindly take necessary steps as early as possible.
